Best Heater Repair In in Phoenix AZ

My solar water heater became defective, called several companies for service, here are some of their comments, " if we didn't install it we don't service it". "we don't do solar anymore", We live in the Valley of the Sun. I called General Solar, spoke to Kent and he said he could come to my house on Monday, I asked if he had any solar water heaters on hand, yes he did, I said please bring it when you come.  After 4 days of no hot water and taking cold showers even during a heat wave, gets old, I had hot water within 1 hour, Kent and Steve cleaned up and removed the old water heater. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kent and Steve. I will refer you to anyone who is interested in solar. Thanks again, Mary

Tommy followed up on a quote very quickly. He was fair and reasonable.  I got 3 quotes overall but I choose T&K. I had 9 LED ceiling lights added in the living room and office, 4 Lutron Caseta smart switches added and they put in an outlet outside for me my sprinkler control box.  Pedro arrives on time.  He walked through the project to make sure we were aligned on scope and offered suggestions based on his experience and knowledge.  Pedro kept me updated throughout the job, completed all work we agreed to and gave me some ideas for the future!  Working with electricians is never cheap but I will say this company gives a very fair bid compared to the market, does great work and Tommy and Pedro were both great to work with.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

I found DTL through the Home Depot Trusted Associates  Program.  I took estimates for installing 5 fans, 2 of which required installing new wiring, fan braces, and switches.  They were the second lowest bid out of 4, but because Home Depot had done a background check I went with DTL because nobody could be home while they did the work.  They arrived early, completed the work in a timely manner, and even installed an electric outlet on the ceiling of my back porch where I will be installing a TV.  I can attest to their professional work and expertise.  Need some electrical work done call these guys!

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Very impressive service. They contacted us right away to schedule a visit for an in- person quote. Quote process was thorough and Rob was a real pleasure to work with. Quoted price was reasonable and the company is vet friendly. Installation occurred within mere days due to a cancellation, but expect about two weeks. The crew, including James and Eddie were great! Very friendly and Eddie's 20 years of pool experience was evident in the careful and meticulous work he did, even improving the current pump manifold configuration. They spent the entire day and checked and rechecked their work thoroughly. Our pool is already warming up and it was a true pleasure to work with this fine company and superb employees. Even the company founder, Jamie came by to meet us and check on the progress. Felix has my top endorsement!

Extremely disappointing! Pep Solar installed the solar system on our home. We have a concrete tile roof which has a projected life of 50 years. We were assured Pep would not damage our roof while installing the system. They caused major damage to our roof! We have numerous leaks in our roof now which we never had before they installed the solar system. Please stay away from this company for the sake of your home & sanity!

We used Heliocol to install our misting system in our backyard and they did an exceptional job. Michael was our sales guy and he walked us through the entire process up front and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. Mike installed our system and he is a misting "guru"! He really knows his stuff and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the pressure and the angles of the misters, etc. Finally, Aaron was a tremendous help with the programming of our remote with our Hayward system. He was awesome and helped fix some issues that had nothing to do with Heliocol. Can't thank him enough!

We're enjoying our misters every day and spending a lot more time on our patio! The system created a lot more living space for us instead of being confined in doors during the brutal summer months! I highly recommend them!

Received a call from Benjamin the day I wrote this initial review he promptly responded and let me know he was going to review my account information and would get back to me within a week. I have never received a call back and have left multiple messages over the last couple of months and sent a message via Yelp with no answer. I was excited about solar and during the initial sale they were helpful and routinely stated how it's a long term relationship we don't just sell you something and you never hear from us again. I don't usually write reviews but felt this one was important to share for awareness as solar is a financial investment so pretty disappointing to pay for solar and continue to have to pay APS bills every month that are over $100.
