I cannot say enough good things about Chris at Scottsdale Rooter Plumbing. I have a property in Scottsdale Arizona that needed a new water heater ASAP. Of course it's Saturday evening. I sent out a request for a quote on Yelp ( Chris has 5 stars) and within about 30 seconds of me doing that Chris is on the phone with me. I explained it was a rental property I needed to have a water heater replaced and how much would it cost to get that installed and he gave me the price which was the same as the final invoice   I then asked when  he could  put the water heater in. He said I can do it today which was actually this evening (Saturday and it would not cost anything extra for the weekend). He called my renter immediately after getting off the phone with me and had an appointment within an hour to get out there and fix it. This guy is great. My renter was over the moon happy with the quick service and I was really happy with the price.  Chris even gave me a $50 customer discount. I will use Chris for all of my plumbing needs in the future on this rental property. Thank you Chris I appreciate the  great job you did!!! Will highly recommend to friends and family in Phoenix! Customer Service just doesn't get better than this!!! A++++++ service!

Had a clogged bath drain and gave Ron a call.  He came out the next day and fixed it quickly and for a fair price!  Highly recommend Ron for any plumbing needs.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

I had a flood in my kitchen and after having the cabinets removed and trashed we found the pipe was leaking.  Not knowing what to do, I called Reddi Services after reading rave reviews.  I knew at that point Ben would know what to do so I requested Ben come to the house for an estimate.  I can't say enough good things about Ben.  He immediately determined the problem and wrote up his estimate.  The next day Ben repaired the pipe which was below the concrete and I had running water in my kitchen sink.  Each employee I spoke to provided the best customer service and answered all my questions.  I was so pleased with everyone at Reddi Services, their professionalism and can do attitude, I will be calling them again if I need help.  Ben will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.  Thank you Ben, for all your hard work and making a difficult repair an easy process for me.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cartright's Drain Service! I originally meet Rob when I first purchased my home and ran into some plumbing issues on my older home. He came out and ran a camera down the drains. He was able to diagnose that the previous workers plumbed my pipes so that crap had defy gravity by going up and then taking a sharp curve before hitting the city's sewer line. Well that was not very efficient for me as I always had things sitting in my pipes until there was enough pressure to push things through. He provided me with an estimate on replacing the old cast iron pipes with the standard PVC pipes. He set up an appointment date with me and took care of the rest. Now everything that goes down my pipes takes a 6 foot ride before hitting the city's sewer line! That was a well deserved praise from 2 years ago.

I recently had another issue. I had water running through the hallway wall  when using the shower. I called Rob and 20 minutes later he was at my house and diagnosing. A broken pipe under my tub was the culprit. He scheduled a time about two weeks out to come and demo the tub, installed new pipes, and the new tub. He is there on time, gets the job done, and is out. The only problem is that he is so great at what he does, he is always busy. He has contracts with a couple different cities as well as a huge list of highly satisfied clients.

Niemeyer crew is exceptional in every way.  They schedule quickly, arrive on time and really know their stuff - without any upselling or deceptive practices.  Some of the most honest people you will find in the industry - and great senses of humor to go along with it.  I call them anytime I have a plumbing issue even though I have a home warranty.  I'm happy to pay them because I know it will be done right the first time and everything they do was necessary.  Best of the best!

Excellent service! I called on a Sunday and left a message with a phone service who said I may not get a call until Monday morning. Jason called 10 minutes later and was at my house in another 30 minutes. He spent a couple hours (including a trip to Lowe's for parts) working on our water heater and a couple faucets. Was knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I called VITech Mechanical on a holiday and was scheduled for the following day. He arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what needed to be done. Great professional service. This is my plumber from now on!

While visiting our daughter, one of her bathrooms had a leak and was flooding the downstairs. Took a look at Yelp and gave Elite Rooter a call. Dispatcher/receptionist was quick to respond and had Brian there within the hour. Despite a series of issues from prior poor maintenance/workmanship that he had to work through, Brian was pleasant and helpful. Since we were from out of the area, we were definitely thankful for the honest reliable service!

We heard water running through the wall  I called our warranty company and they sent Jason from Johnco.  He came first thing in the morning.  He determined we had  a leak under our slab so we had Precision water finders come out to detect where the leak was.  Precision  let Jason know what the problem was and he came out the next day to fix it  He was very professional and explained everything with no hidden cost or surprises.  I would defiantly use them again.

I had a good experience with Kevin and his brother. They came in on time & replaced a leaky hose bib in the yard, as well as replaced some valves/cartridges in the bathtub faucet to restore pressure in the showerhead. Everything was no-nonsense and done well at a very reasonable price. I would definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs.

Affordable plumbing is the best.  We are landlords and we just discovered this company recently.
We have used them 3 times now and our experience has been great each time.  The owner, Ron, has put together a company that is 100% focused on customer service and trust.
Both of the technicians, Curtis and Ben, have been great.  They are professional, courteous and capable.
The name is also very appropriate.  Their charges are very reasonable and you know what you are going to pay, before they start the work.
As landlords, we have been disappointed with many other plumbers.  But Affordable Plumbing will continue to be our go to company for as long as we own rental properties.
Do yourself a favor and call these guys next time you need a plumber.

We used Option One Plumbing last year when we had to have all under-slab sewer pipes replaced at my mom's house. They worked every day for a week  (weekend and Thanksgiving included) to get the pipe replaced. That job was strictly the underground job. On New Year's day found my mom's bathroom sink not draining. I called Option One again. The first tech not able to snake. It did require more work but they got the job done and everything back in order as quickly as possible.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Had no heat on the lowest level of our home. But the AC worked fine. Called Goettl was on hold then disconnected, called back spoke to a rep for 11 minutes to schedule a tech to come out and then listened to a sales pitch for a service contract. Tech came to the home explained the issue of no heat on lower level. He went to the roof was up there for a while then came down. When he came down he stated that he checked the system and it's not operating he found an OPEN LINE WINDING on the compressor, and it was cool to the touch, he showed me a photo on his phone of his voltage meter reading OL, then stayed Compressor is burned out and We needed to replace the system and it's no longer under warranty due to its age. He insisted on having a field supervisor come out as soon as possible and he could quote the cost. In his opinion it was going to be around $4,500+ I explained that I needed to bring my wife up to speed on this and she was not home. Although she was. He questioned when she would be available and if I could reach her.  At this time he went onto explain how their service contract works and how beneficial it would be to purchase it for the 2 units on the roof. More we haven't even repaired or replaced the bad one yet and he wants me to sign up for a service plan. I paid the $79.00 service call fee and said we would be in touch.
Went inside and showed my wife the emailed estimate details that the tech wrote up, and explained that if the compressor was burnt out the AC would not be working on the lower level, also showed he my volt meter and when I switched it to the OHMS setting it showed OL on the screen because the probes were not connected to anything to test. Called another co they came out and checked the unit, verified that the compressor was working very well and the no heat problem was due to the REVERSING VALVE not working, the valve was not stuck it was not moving so to a bad controller. Part was ordered and installed and the 2 units were gone over for a cost of $600.00 a far cry from the estimated $4,500 + that the Goettl tech said it would be and we did not have to replace the unit as he wanted to do. This Tech and apparently the field supervisor are running a what would seem to be a total scam on people who don't know any better. I will never use Goettl's or Recommend them for to anyone for any type of service. They also do a sales pitch for their Sunny Plumber as well, while trying to sell you a service contract.

Gabriel was great! Thorough, informative, punctual, polite and clean! He kept me up dated throughout the work and was able to clear out a clogged drain! My drains are working very well now. Good stuff!
