I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

Chris provided great service from start to finish. He had a very professional operation set up, including timely, clear communication. He went out of his way to set proper expectations and get the job done right. I highly recommend him!

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called Pipe Bursting, where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of several of the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies.  Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time!  He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener.  He was AWESOME!  I absolutely recommend this company!

This is my second review my first one was not very good.  They did come back out and hopefully fix the problem.  However to fix the problem completely we still need to have a camera put down the drain and then they can find the real problem.  I am still a little skeptical; but time will tell.  I am happier they did come back out.

In May, Louis of Belsito Plumbing provided an estimate which was the best of the
three plumbers from different companies. Louis is fair and honest in comparison to the others who explained the services that they would have provided. Please with his work and price, we added additional tasks in the days that followed. We intend to use them again in the near future. Thank u Louis and the staff @ Belsito Plumbing.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

Reddi sent Kyle Sims on a Saturday for a flooding situation. He resolved it quickly and effectively. Kyle said he will be working 10 days straight as they are short on plumbers. He is a definite Reddi Hero and deserves the points. Plus overtime.

As a general contractor, I use these guys on all my commercial jobs . They outbid all the other plumbing companies, they know what they are doing, are dependable and accountable. I really appreciate that the owner, Jordan is very involved and always answers my calls directly. I highly recommend these professionals!

Kevin and Kyle were awesome! They did an excellent job on repairing and replacing all my showers and sinks at a very reasonable price.  My first time using this company and I love the fact they are a small family business, very professional but not fake, like some places where you feel you're being scammed. They seem to really care about doing a job well done. I appreciated the respect they had by covering their feet and wearing a mask. They took the time to show me tips on how to maintain going forward. Seemed like overall very good people who are now my 'go to' plumbers. Thanks guys!  I'd recommend them for sure!!

I had to contact Option One Plumbing on a Saturday night when my hot water heater gave out on us. They were not only responsive and sent someone out the next morning but they put me first on their schedule and worked tirelessly to get the job done promising not to leave us without hot water. Their prices are very fair but most importantly their customer service is 5 star

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Very responsive, had issues with bathroom toilet and the shut off valve breaking. He was able to fit me in asap and was able to get it all taken care of and more. Great pricing and helpful. Also has great recommendations for maintenance and other things.

Called with a plumbing leak that I found after I got home from work - very professional on the phone.  Came right out and fixed the job - they were dressed professional - did not have to worry about them dragging dirt thru my house - which was nice.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need and I know that  I would use One Call Plumbing again!!!

Stay away.  They use a rather deceptive approach of not giving an estimate over the phone, but send out a tech to make the estimate.  If you don't like their estimate they charge you $29.95 for the estimate.    

Would be OK if their estimates were realistic, but in my case it was outrageous.  Bought a new toilet from Lowes which had a install fee of $200, but the real issue was that they were scheduling out 30 days.  

So, I tried Plumbing Masters based on some good reviews.  Big mistake.  The tech showed up and looked at the elongated toilet I had purchased from Lowes and the master bath.  He then checked his handheld computer and stated that the basic installation charge would be $495...!!!!

I decided to just install it myself, which took about 2 hours.  Installing a toilet is not rocket science, but it can be messy and the base bowl can be pretty heavy (52 pounds).

This company is just trying to rip you off.  I guess the young tech thought he had this old guy over a barrel.
