Hello, my name is Todd Meyer, and I own North Star Outdoor lighting. Brian, the owner of Fix It Floyd is an amazing man. I would highly recommend him! For the last five years Brian has used my company for his lighting needs. ALL Brian's customers rave about him. Behind the scenes Brian, and his crew truly does care about their customers. Yes we all need to make a profit, but Brian bends over backwards for his customers. If you want someone to count on, Fix it Floyd is the company to use.

Donald is great! Friendly and hard-working he was able to do all the misc. jobs we had for him; building a gate, replacing doors, fixing a dryer vent, cleaning out our gas wall heaters, and replacing our bathroom fan. He carefully explains what he is going to be doing so there are no surprises. We will be calling him again!

We are absentee landlords and Linda has been very helpful in working with us to maintain our property.  We found them by a referral from Home Depot for an electrical project that was very difficult.  We met Terry when we were onsite between tenants.  He handled several problems very well.  We have never had to do the same thing twice.  AZ Mr FixIt works well with our tenants, provides accurate estimates, and always notifies us when unexpected issues arise.  It says a lot that we have worked with them for nearly two years by phone and email while not on site!

BEWARE: I hired David with "Mohave Leveling" to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
