Good reliable service with reasonable prices.  I appreciated the reminder call and the on-time arrival. Our toilet was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. For any future plumbing needs I will defintely use Belsito.

I recently moved to Scottsdale and also joined yelp. Tried the service for the first time because the refrigerator needed to be connected to Ayer for the ice maker and water dispenser to work. Using yelp I was connected to Flush King with in 30 minutes and they had a service technician available with 90 minutes. Tom arrived before the 90 minutes and began the work immediately. He was polite, professional, and punctual. The work was completed within 2 hours and situation was a complete success.
Thank you Tom and Flush King. I will go back should I need a plumber again.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. Option One Plumbing was at my home within 24 hours of my (non-emergent) request.  Tim was personable and professional.  He provided both a flash drive video of my plumbing issue and a written estimate.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I have used Freddy several times now, and everytime he's been great.  From replacing a hose bib that would stop dropping and ended up being a huge pain that he gladly took care of and only charged what he originally quotes me, to installing 2 water heaters(today he was in and out in about an hour to install one).  He even did a toilet at one of our rental properties.  He reliable, personable, honest and reasonable.  And also, I noticed some people saying he gives discounts for good yelp reviews.  If he does, he didn't offer one to me, and it wouldn't matter anyway...he's that good.

Edit:  I am leaving most of original text of the review, but have updated it with additional info.. The manager did reach out to me a couple days later and we had a good discussion. Apparently the guy that was scheduled for my repairs just walked off the job and was not reachable by anyone.  As a business owner myself, I can empathize with the situation.  I don't blame the business for this, however the manager did acknowledge that if they had better internal communication between teams, they could have rescheduled someone else once they were aware of the problem. In the end, I had another company complete the repairs so I cannot say good or bad about their actual quality of work.

Had a plumbing repair scheduled for a Thursday afternoon.  The technician called me a few hours before hand, he was stuck on another job and asked to reschedule for Sunday afternoon.  I said fine, but please keep in touch and confirm beforehand. He said he would.  I never heard from him and nobody showed up Sunday afternoon.

The guy did not respond to my texts nor did he answer or return my calls.. so I called the company to find out what was going on.  The lady told me I was scheduled for Monday at 3pm..  This was not correct, and when she looked into it, she saw that I was originally scheduled for Sunday and did not know why it had been changed.  Also, I was never notified of the change and I would not have been present. But anyway, I was told the technician had already checked out for the day and they did not have anybody else they could send out, and there was nothing they could do.  She said she would try to reach the guy and I could work it out with him. But I have received no communication at all, and it's disappointing that the person I spoke to did not seem to have the ability to resolve the situation herself.

This company has wasted 4 hours of my time and 240 miles worth of gas.. 2 round trips (one for the estimate and then today when the work was supposed to be scheduled). Totally failed to deliver.

I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies.  Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time!  He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener.  He was AWESOME!  I absolutely recommend this company!

My AC went out last night and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to make an early appointment for the following day online. Mattox discussed all the options with me. He got the job done, was nice and professional. Reddi services provided outstanding customer service

Kind and courteous from the start! Right from the people answering the phone to the actual job the experience with the company was great! They sent someone out quickly offered affordable pricing and got the job done same day. Pablo was the technician sent out and he was awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable that i asked for his information so i could request him again when i need plumbing services in the future because i was so pleased with the job!

Kyle did a great job.  Arrived on time and went straight to work.  Fixed the problem and clean everything up when finished.  Couldn't ask for more.

The plumbers were on time and very courteous. They came in and did exactly what was needed to be done and finished the job right the first time. Will continue to use Affordable Plumbing in the future for all my Plumbing needs.

One Call Plumbing Services was great.....I called in the morning and within the hour a plumber was at our house fixed our plugged kitchen sink.   He did a thorough job & they even told me about a special they were having in which it waived the service call fee.  I also told him about the Yelp $155 for $200 deal they were promoting which he also honored.   Overall, their BBB of AZ A+ rating & positive Yelp reviews speak the truth....One Call is the one & only call you should make for your plumbing needs!

Terrible communication on service time. Ended up being 40min late from what I was told. Terrible customer service when trying to get updated info. Spoke with a man named Corbin. Very rude and condescending. The commercials talk about best pros in the business with new trucks. My poor tech drove a broke down old van with two hubcaps and filthy. After service I got a call to confirm my appt for tomorrow. The commercials sound great but reality is very different.

Horible experience with this company! They called me several times untill I finaly accepted their offer to tune up my HVAC and add up to 1lb of freon for $19.95. Today the

*Tech comes out an hour after the 3 hour window quoted.

* Quotes me $1500 in much needed repairs but tells me he is such an honest peson that he wouldnt allow himself to do these repairs on such an old unit and the the right thing to do would replace the whole unit and he can get me a great price of $9800, abviously their goal all along is sell new units. Quick to provide a price but can't tell me the name brand or model of the unit he is trying to sell me

*Breaks the exaust/ output pipe on my system doesn't even tell me until I point it out and then tries to charge me $180 to fix what he broke.  Really?? he asks me what to I expect the system is old ... Does a Micky mouse tape job before leaving

* tech absolutely refuses to add any freon to my system even though he said it reads low

This company is pathetic. My wife did not want me to pay them the $19.95 and I shouldnt but like i told the tech (i will not call him Man) I am a Man and have integrity and payed what I had agreed to pay.

I called Plumbing Masters this morning, had downstairs bathtub full of Blue water. They sent a Guy out within an hour, he diagnosed the problem and had the fix in progress within an hour. The Job took all day but the repair was made and the yard was returned to its Original state, like nothing ever happened!!  I will use this Company again!! No one wants this to happen but they got it fixed FAST..
