Jason was amazing and did beautiful work on our new water heater. We called after business hours on a Monday and he had it hooked up and done even though he didn't get finished until about 11pm.

I feel a need to edit this review. Not to take stars away, but to tell you just how much these guys actually care about the customer: My water heater job ended up being a really weird unlucky one, my first heater did not work out. We're unsure if it was caused by a leak that another company caused, or if it's because the unit was just defective. Either way, it wasn't working and Jason came back out to install another one asap. The next one though had an issue which was kind of their fault. The control valve broke and gas leaked. I let Jason know and he got out of bed to come over and take a look, deemed that this one also needs replaced and the next day (today) a new one was installed and is in perfect working condition! Chris has kept in constant contact with me to ensure everything has been taken care of. They were beyond amazing during this whole process and I couldn't thank them enough. Anytime I have another plumbing need, they will be the first people that I call.

Contacted them through Yelp and they were incredibly responsive. They offered to come out the same or next day to take a look at our leaky sink. Great experience! This is our go-to plumbing company!

My Ahwatukee area property,  had developed a leak somewhere between the meter box & the house. Our go to household plumber said he didn't do those types of plumbing jobs. So I did some research and contacted Lawson Family Plumbing. From my intial call to discussing what was wrong, through scheduling and meeting the plumber everything was positive, polite & professional. The quality work and attention to detail was excellent. They carefully pushed back gravel to dig to make repair, when they finished there was no sign that the area of the yard had even bee touched. The gentleman did a great job & I even got a on-line discount that was mentioned / offered at that time!  Will definitely use again!!

My first call to Rooter was at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. By noon a brand new water heater had been installed, the old unit taken away, and with a very competitive price. Can't ask for anything more.

Our tenant was unable to get the shower to turn on. Another plumber looked at it and said the entire wall needed to be opened to see what was going on. We then asked Lawson Family Plumbing for an estimate. They found the handle was just stuck and he was able to loosen it and get it to turn. He did not charge for the visit. So impressed! Now I know which plumber I will always call for our home or our rental property!

We've hired these guys for 3 different jobs over the last 2 years. They are always professional and have the best customer service of anyone we've encountered. They've installed a water softener, hot water heater and replaced our main water line to our house. These guys are the best... very responsive, communicative and respectful. We will always call them first!

The name says it all. Fast, courteous and professional. Had a water pressure reducer installed, the piping was old and constricted and installation by the owners son was meticulous. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

I had to get a new hot water heater as mine was leaking. JT came over and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and very professional. I have used Lawson before and I will continue to use them. They do a wonderful job and I feel that they are affordable compared to other plumbers.

I recently moved into a new house we had built and there was a miscommunication which left our garage with just preplumbing for a sink.  We asked for a quote, they got me in right away.  Sammy came out and did a fantastic job with getting my sink up and running.  His work was accurate and he talked me through what he was doing along the way.  Friendly service and a great customer experience.  Sammy made my experience in getting this done, way easier than I thought possible.  Thank you and I look forward to having a great plumbing company I can use and refer.

Affordable came to my home through a home warranty claim. I felt Ben was very honest and thorough in helping resolve my plumbing issue. I also like that they can communicate appt scheduling and reminders via text. That is really helpful. I would not hesitate to use Affordable again.

Apple Plumbing is incredible and we have used them for three different homes we own!  We had a massive clog in our main line that caused sewage back up in several bathrooms.  They understood our emergency and redirected technician Grant immediately.  It was late on a Friday, so even more appreciated.  Grant arrived within 40 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He resolved our blockage rapidly and gave us recommendations about maintenance for the future.  He even insisted on covering his shoes before entering our home.  A+ for Grant and Apple Plumbing.

We had a slight emergency lastnight and needed a plumber on a Sunday night. It was Father's Day too. Joe the owner was more than willing to come out to our home and was there in an hour. He fixed our broken shower faucet and prevented my husband from causing even more damage.

We cannot thank you guys for doing such a great job installing our water softener system and our BevGuard on the refrigerator.  I know if was a lot of extra work having to route the plumbing from the main all the way to the garage, but we REALLY appreciate the great job you did.  You started and finished when you said, cleaned up after yourselves, and did a quality job.  We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Bevguard system you put on the refrigerator so we get great water and ice.

When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.

I called Eddie in the evening about a shower that had a bad valve and could not turn off.  He instructed me to turn off the water to the home and showed up right away the next morning.  He wears shoe protectors and a was very efficient and professional, also calling ahead.  I highly recommend.

Finally found a plumber that can get my drained fixed. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He was a Quick and Efficient Plumber.
So far so good!
