Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. Our new Luxury vinyl plank floor looks great, and Ty and his crew were easy to do business with. His price was very fair and his work ethic was impeccable. He showed up on time every day, and cleaned up completely when done. Ty is very friendly and professional, and we will definitely call him in the future for any other projects we have. We recommend Ty highly.  He was an absolute pleasure!

Very late review, but that's on me.  I'm busy and forgot all about how Mike helped me when I bought my first house and he came over and just fixed all the little things that I never would have ever gotten to.  Now I need a little more things done, and I found his card, and it reminded me of the work he did.

I'll keep this short - the man is a jack of all trades, no surprises, and he just jumps in and starts to get things done, including running down the road a few blocks to get some things at Home Depot.

He even told me that one of the things I needed fixed, didn't need fixed, but just needed to be cleaned a bit.  He could have easily spent an hour fixing/replacing something that didn't need to be fixed - but he didn't.  It's stuff like that where you realize that you are dealing with someone who is just going to do his best and not try to rip anyone off.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

We had a great experience with the plumber we worked with and the company as a whole. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, efficient, clear in communication and professional. We were so impressed we signed up for their platinum service agreement and had them knock out a laundry list of issues. I believe you get what you pay for. Almost all the work we've had done was to correct work done by some one else we thought was cheaper.

Ricardo explained what he was proposing and then answered all our questions before moving ahead. We had an issue with a tub we had installed by a different plumber. Ricardo reinstalled it and explained what had been done incorrectly and how he fixed it. When we later discovered another leak he was back out next day and diagnosed a manufacturers' defect causing the issue. George Brazil contacted wayfair (where we purchased the tub) to get a replacement part on our behalf. We wound up getting and entirely new tub as a result. Reinstalled all under warranty.
Though the entire process Ricardo and his supervisor took ownership and worked to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. It was clear this wasn't a transaction but a relationship with a trusted contractor that wanted us to be happy with the outcome.

We've worked with many contractors over the years. Our experience with George Brazil stands out as among the very best.

TH replaced my old breaker box with a new unit. They did not label any of the breakers so now I don't know what breaker goes to what. Everything else was okay.
