Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

Being new to the Phoenix metropolitan area I did not have any leads on plumbing services so I turned to another online reference source and ultimately came across Belsito Plumbing LLC.  I'd initially contacted no less than three of this sources highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and three handymen.  Those who bothered ti respondr provided outrageous quotations.

The job I was seeking services was installation of a basic utility sink in my garage.  The price quotes I'd received from the aforementioned three A-list and highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and one handyman (two handymen never returned my email or calls, all A-listers) ranged from $705 to $850 for services.  These quotes did not include the sink, faucet and other plumbing essentials.  Belsito quoted and did the job for $342.57.  Their quote contained a few dollars for miscellaneous parts beyond what I'd obtained from Home Depot.  I purchased an all-in-one utility sink package that contained a faucet, P-trap, flex water lines and some other parts plus some copper pipe, elbows and angle stops from Home Depot for about $120.  In the end the job ran me about $465.

I dealt with a gentleman named Gene who took my first call scheduling plumber David to come out to my residence at no charge to look over the project and give me an estimate.  I received a formal quotation the very next day, which as I said is exactly what I paid David upon completion of the work.  Gene quickly scheduled the work and David arrived on time and was done in the time estimated in the quotation.

Am I living a dream or did I just tell you a story whereby I received quotes from other highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and one handyman for what surely would have been more than twice what I paid Belsito Plumbing LLC?  I can't say enough about my experience with Belsito, Gene and David.  They were very professional, courteous, timely and most of all fair.  What more could you ask for and exactly what I'd hoped to find.  I highly recommend them and will myself call upon Belsito for all my plumbing needs in the future.

This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I  had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

Jackie and Craig were awesome throughout this process and they were very responsive for what we needed to get done. Highly recommended and not overpriced

Beware!!  Especially if contemplating major plumbing repairs! He is not licensed - has appropriated the name of a bonded,licensed plumbing company by nearly same name (go with Cobra Rooter- on Meadowbrook- and you will be beyond satisfied). No- Josh with Cobra Plumbing on Camelback did not provide reputable repairs. I removed past negative review after he refunded 500 of my over $1,000.00 expense- which showed some professionalism--but now my tenant notices a pungent sewer smell near his other repair. I will soon be out more money to get a bonded plumber to properly excavate, diagnose and repair my apparent sewer leak in laundry room. You have been warned! Josh thinks he is doing legitimate work- but he lacks the credentials and knowledge to even use correct parts. He needs to do much better to retain clientele- starting with a company name change and why not get your Contractor's license?

My phone call was returned almost immediately. Ron was far from where I lived.  Nevertheless I told him the problem and he gave me invaluable advice. Solution was 10.00 as opposed to 200.00. Very nice and honest man. Highly recommend!

They did ok on the drains but were messy. We had to scrub the tub and do other clean up after them. Not too happy about that.

Did a great job getting my water softener installed. Stayed as long as needed to get the job done when some surprises came up. Great price for the quote, too.

Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

We needed our septic pumped (backed up the day after Thanksgiving); called several septic companies but they were either closed for the holiday or couldn't do anything until after the weekend - some advertised 24/7 service!  Reddi came by the following day, right on time, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes.  Not only that, I think the charge is very reasonable, and not having to pay extra for weekend service is a plus!

My shower drain has been clogged for the past month, and let me tell you showering with a pool at your feet is not fun. Finally, I put in an order with my home warranty company and they connected me to VITech. I placed my work order in the morning and heard from VITech a few hours later, they got me scheduled for the following day (at my earliest convenience) and came promptly in the timeframe they originally quoted me. The tech took a look at all my issues, fixed them within 30 minutes and was on his way. Best part?! I don't have to worry about my bathroom products floating around in a pool on the shower floor anymore! Thank you VITech!

Called Rooter Ranger for my plumbing services and they were very professional and did a great job in my bathrooms and kitchen. Adrain did a really good job and was very friendly and professional. Jordan the owner was also very professional and he answered all my question. PS they are both good looking ;)

We had a leak in our ceiling.  We called P&L plumbing and the guy was leaving work but said he could swing by on the way home.  He found the issue quickly (swamp heater from previous owner was removed and the old hoses were left up there and started leaking) and was done with the repair in about 30-min.  Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had an issue where the first repair company sent out by my home warranty company attempted to fix the problem but did not. The second time they assigned the repair to Affordable Plumbing. They contacted me and set up a time to do my repair. Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

One Call Plumbing Service, is a great company to hire for all your plumbing needs. Their prices are very competitive and they have highly knowledgeable technicians.

I do not recommend this company for service. I have scheduled with them for twice a year check up on units. They constantly call me 30min prior to the arrival time to push me out another two weeks.  I can understand emergencies and unplanned events, but to do it every time 30min prior to arrival?  This company does not put the customer first. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

The technician was very helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable and helped me and my wife make our decision easier to purchase a new unit, we were very satisfied with the service and discounts.

Someone called me from Plumbing Masters yesterday and left me a voicemail to call them back regarding my Yelp review.  So since only my first name is listed, I would assume that they researched to find out who I was based on the info I provided in this review.  But why call me now?  To waste more of my time?  I had an appliance install guy come out and with parts the entire job was $325.

***And now I get a long explanation of overhead costs etc. I completely understand what it takes to run a business.  But the average dishwasher install is $120 - $140 and I was quoted 5X that amount!  And was going to have something else done at the same time.  Sorry if I find that a bit unreasonable.  Maybe if you did less advertising and just provided better service, you could get repeat and referral business.  But obviously by the lecture that I rec'd on how businesses operate.  What do I know???  Thank you for the response but I am reviewing for the buyer to beware.
