Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

This company is my go-to place for air,water softener,RO, hot eater heater. Just moved in to our new home and wanted these systems inspected and maintained because the owner did not have any other information and I did not want to rely on the inspection reports (these guys are a joke... Would rather have individual trades people to examine the above systems). This company is fair professional efficient knowledgeable! These are the guys you want! Thank you so much. The heat at my office wasn't coming on, and my employees and customers were cold!  When I first called Hays, they said they couldn't get out until the next afternoon so I was going to check around to see if I could get someone out sooner.  Hays called back a few minutes later to say a cancellation had opened up a time that same afternoon.  It turns out they still weren't able to make it that afternoon, but Mike was at my office promptly at 7:00 the next morning.  He was police and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined my options.  I was pleased with the service and will definitely call Hays again if I have any heating or air conditioning issues, either at my office or at my home.

As always the 6 month checkup went very well.  Brian was on time, very knowledgeable and answered all questions with patience with both me and my husband.   Highly recommend.

Proskill installed a new AC for us at our old house so when our new house needed a new HVAC system, we called them first.  After 3 estimates, they were not only the best price but the least amount of pressure also. This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

I was referred to Hobaica by a company that services industrial/commercial businesses for air conditioning and heating. Hobaica Services Inc. is a family-owned and operated business since 1952. Hobaica received very high ratings on their service and reputation, so I contacted them because my Mother's air conditioning and heating unit broke down, as it was very old (20 years). I called Hobaica and not only were they friendly and helpful, they replaced my Mother's air conditioning and heating unit promptly, about a week and a half, after I first made the call. The technicians went to my Mother's house in Phoenix to provide her with a free estimate for a Lennox A/C and heating unit. The price was very reasonable, considering all of the services that they provide (free estimate, quick service, delivery of the new unit, installation of the new unit, roof/duct modification for the new unit, haul-away of the old unit, and a follow-up inspection in a couple of weeks to make sure the system is running smoothly). I was very happy with their services, and my Mother is also very happy, as her old unit broke down at a time when it's not cold in Phoenix and it's not scorching hot yet. I highly recommend Hobaica Services Inc. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is fantastic.

My ac went out at 11pm on Wednesday night. I called and was told that the earliest they could come out was by noon the next day but they would call at 8am to confirm. At 8:05 they called and told me Rickey would be at home home around 10:30am. He showed up right on time, brought the necessary equipment, took his time diagnosing the problem, and explained to me exactly what was wrong. Before he left he took even more time to check the outside unit and found a blown capacitor and also the need for 4lbs of Freon. I had another company show up right before Rickey and the tech completely missed the blown capacitor and the need for Freon. Rickey told me had he not checked the outside unit the condenser would have gone out in the near future and would have cost me 4k. I definitely highly recommend Day and Night and especially Rickey who certainly went above and beyond to fix my ac problems. The other company told me it would be the next day before they could get the part and fix it. However, Rickey located the part, drove to get it, and was back within an hour. He had our air fixed by 2pm and we couldn't have been happier! Great job by both Day and Night and Rickey for all of their help and excellent service!! Thank you.

Highly recommend King Plumbing!  Extremely fast to respond for service.  Very prompt,  extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field.  Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well.  In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Very DISHONEST company! OUTRAGEOUS prices! Contacted Precision Air for second opinion. Just had my outdoor coils cleaned a week prior by another company. Precision wanted to charge $150 to clean already clean coils. The company that came a week prior, checked the run capacitor and said it was fine. Precision said it was bad and would cost $325. You can get that done for less from almost any company. I had the capacitor checked again by a 3rd company after Precision air just to make sure it hadn't gone bad in a week and the capacitor measured fine. Precision wanted to charge $358.42 to install a 5-2-1 start kit. It makes it easier for the compressor to start. It takes 5 minutes to install and the part is $30 online for a 3 ton unit. Precision recommended cleaning all the vents at $50 a piece. 10 vents $500! And, they put it on the bill twice, perhaps an error or hoping I wouldn't notice. $1,000 to clean vents! Maybe the techs make a commission, but they definitely try to up sell you on services that are not necessary or not even faulty. What is most annoying is that the owner mentions the integrity and trustworthiness of his company in the TV ad. There are may great A/C companies out there, but all the negative reviews of Precision Air should be enough warning!

This company is truly a class act from the owners to their customer service representatives, to their extremely informed and educated technicians, installers and plumbers. We had the unfortunate experience of having to replace two AC units in the same week. Canyon State made a rather painful experience as painless and as affordable as possible! After doing my due diligence in research I found this company to be the most fair and honest. And at the end of the day, I would always rather support a small family owned business with familiar, friendly faces than a large outfit.

They are very responsive and do great work. Hired them to fix my water heater, definitely will go back to them in the future!

The installers Francisco and Frenando were very professional. They had lots of patience with all my questions and concerns. I felt like they were installing the unit in their own home. Thanks guys we could not be happier.

The A/C is fine because they didn't make it. When something goes wrong, you discover that Chas Roberts is unable to appropriately service what they sell. As I write it's over 48 hours in Arizona heat without repair, on an expensive unit under two years old with full warranty. The company has been told repeatedly that there is an 80-year old woman and five dogs in the house but they are unable to get the work done. They've ruined our 4th of July weekend and compromised the health of my mother and my dogs, as well as the dogs I was caring for over the weekend. Looking at their Yelp reviews it seems clear that they prioritize paid repair work over fulfilling their warranties. Don't do business with these people.
