We were using who we thought were the best plumbers in Phoenix based on all the TV ads we kept seeing. They could not get many of our plumbing needs fixed to our satisfaction. So we did an Internet search and saw all the awesome reviews for Pink. We set up an appointment and they started by sending us a text for when they would be at our house. They sent another text when they were on their way, and they arrived on time! Our tech Lou was an absolute gentleman and pro in every aspect of the term. He documented all our issues, discussed our needs, then executed all the repairs perfectly. No short cuts with whatever parts they had on the truck. Are you kidding!?! Am I dreaming!?! Pinch me!!! Obviously we are extremely satisfied with Pink and HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone needing expert plumbing repair.

Hansen Family Plumbing and the technician Zack provided A+ service from presenting an accurate cost  estimate, scheduling and completion  of repairs consisting of a shower cartridge replacement and a tub diverter spout replacement.  Could not have asked for a better experience. I was needing to replace and old cast iron sink and have a RO installed. An appointment was scheduled promptly and Shawn was incredibly helpful in making sure I had secured the correct materials. Work was completed as stated including a great cleanup. Will be using again for any plumbing needs!

I am new to Sun City from California and had been searching for a trustworthy plumber who stands behind their work and is fairly priced.  Needed a recirculating pump installed to get hot water across my home  to the master bath faster. Bumblebee Plumbing set up my appointment quickly  and even allowed a senior discount. The plumber called ahead to confirm his ETA  and arrived timely. Matt is the best, he looked me in the eye (some male workers don't connect well to a single female ) he explained the necessary work and un-nessarry work needed to update my old water heater setup and install the pump. There had been one plumber who told my partner how to do the job and hurried off and another company who tried to up sell my job to over 4 times the cost  Bumblebee quoted .

From the moment I called the number for Lawson Family Plumbing, it was obvious why they were rated so well! The dispatch agent was so pleasant to speak with and was very customer service oriented! Then we met our plumber Mike! He was so amazingly helpful! He answered all of our questions, and you could tell that he did not mind taking his time with us! Fall furnace (heat pump) checkup. Went as expected with no issues found. Love the entire process with text message reminders and notification of who the tech is and will be their shortly, etc.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Called the Emergency line on Thursday night at 7. our plumbing was backed up. Reached a lady on the phone, I was relieved. I asked if could send someone out that night. She said her scheduler would call me back in 5 -10 minutes. NEVER HEARD from them. Nothing!

I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

I had my countertops replaced and decided last minute to get a plumber to install my faucets and garbage disposal.  Went on yelp and called a few people and most wouldn't give a price unless they sent someone or others were so outrageous that I was shocked. Troy from Robinson plumbing messaged me and gave me a quote and said he could come next day from 8am-10a. He responded promptly and answered all my questions. His quote was lower than everyone else and honestly I was hesitant to move forward because they didn't have a lot of reviews. BUT after the job was completed I am so happy we decided to go with him and this company. He is extremely friendly and professional, finished the job quickly and did the work exactly as he quoted. Cleaned up the area as well. Everything works perfectly and again amazing job. I will definitely use them again and recommend him to everyone! Thanks again Troy!!!
