Belsito is great, I've used them for two repairs now. It's easy to set up an appointment, and they always show up on time. The work is great and prices are very fair. I had a service call today and was given a $35 discount.

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great!  Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience.  I was wrong.  They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate.  I would definitely recommend them!

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

We called Reddi Services when the water in the Guest bathroom's tub would not completely turn off. We were surprised and pleased when we were told that Reddi Services could have a technician out later that same afternoon! Upon arrival the technician, Ben Cruz, was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for the repair. Upon getting the approval, Ben immediately went to work replacing the faulty cartridge. He had everything fixed and cleaned up before we knew it! As a welcome bonus, Ben even did the repair for BELOW his original estimate! We are very happy with Reddi Services and would highly recommend them to anyone for any and all plumbing needs!

Vitality and his crew are hard working pros. They worked their a**es off re-configuring my bathroom plumbing for a remodel and installed a new loop for my water softener. Prices are the beat in the valley and the craftsmanship is second to none.

Elite Rooter was able to come out quickly and was very reasonably priced and quick to diagnose the plumbing back up problem.

Raul is probably the best technician I've ever had at my house. Not only was he very professional he was kind courteous and even funny at times. I hope that all the technicians that I have at my house in the future, even half as closest to Raul. If I ever have any plumbing issues again, Raul be the man I will call.

The job PandL did today should win them an award. They took several ideas and agreed upon requirements for a professional darkroom to handle many unique plumbing requirements. I used Yelp to reach out to a few different contractors for a natural gas BBQ hookup. Option One was the first to respond and they were even able to schedule an estimate the same day.  Tim arrived during scheduled window and had me hooked up in 10 minutes.  Great service, great rate, happy customer!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Top Dollar Plumbing cancelled my appointment after 4pm on a Friday evening leaving me with a leaking drain pipe for the weekend. The technician's underwear bunched up when I commented on his extreme tardiness. We clearly agreed on an appointment time and I rushed home to honor this appointment. After waiting an hour, he's still 10 minutes away.  He then explains it's customary to provide a window arrival time and it's my fault for not being available earlier as he had finished prior jobs earlier than expected. Additionally, a customary window time was not communicated but instead the technician REPEATEDLY provided a pinpoint time. In doing so, HE set any and all expectations.

Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and his lack of communication, he's insulted by my dissatisfaction and cancels while en route.

In the future, Top Dollar Plumbing should CLEARLY provide arrival time windows so that customers' expectations are reasonable and so that contracting decisions can be made based off those times. Also, don't cancel appointments when company communication is unclear and/or lacking. Instead, Top Dollar Plumbing should practice owning their mistakes, apologizing and striving to provide better customer service going forward. This is what makes a Professional Team.

If I could give goettl lower than one star I would. I switched to them because they are supposed to be reliable. I scheduled my summer tune up 5 months ago. I get a call today stating that they screwed up and lost my ticket and as a result I'll have to wait until June for service because they are just too busy. Basically said because they have other people schedule im not important. Use this company at your own risk. They do not stand behind their products or their word. All they do is make excuses.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday. They called and rescheduled for 10-12 on Friday. Received a call at 2 on Friday saying they needed to reschedule for the following week.  In the meantime, I called Flush King. In 1 hour from the time of  my call, Flush King had completed removal and replacement of the Pressure Regulating  Valve. Don't waste your time with Rooter Heroes. Call Flush King instead.

I am no expert when it comes to plumbing. But the advice given to me by my parents seems fitting. Which was to get three quotes. On the plus side they were first to respond to a online form that sent my contact information to five companies. They were friendly. At least that was until I asked for a written quote.  Then the smiles went away. I made it clear I wanted 3 quotes before I picked anyone. I had to wait till their boss could send me a quote, they could not write me one while they were there.The quote I got did not mention a best and worse case scenario on replacing my water heater. Just a standard cost +tax.  I suspect that meant hidden fees.

I ended up going to Lowes where I got the best and worse case scenario. Also I got pricing I could keep, which another plumber would not let me keep.  Overall it cost me $90 below what Amigo's was going to charge me.

Now the point of why I write this review. If it was not for their last phone call I would not have bothered. But when I got called again right as the contract plumber for Lowes Installed my new water heater. I told the guy on the other end thank you but I already picked someone. For which I was told Thanks for wasting our time.  Being a business owner, I can tell you now that was a stupid mistake.

Just because they came over and gave me a quote does not entitle them to my business.

When you live in the desert, AC is crucial, even moreso than water at times. ACE was professional and courteous when they came out to service my parent's AC unit. The staff is responsive and generally accommodating to your needs, given the peak season where everyone wants their home to feel like an igloo. The field techs are hard working and knowledgeable of what works best for your needs. The only reason it is a star short is because the tech had damaged the attic opening but I credit anyone willing to go up and suffer the inferno of a crawl space. I read the various reviews and given I've used ACE several times for my family needs, my experience has been great and would recommend them!
