Our water main was leaking the Saturday before Super Bowl. I called Flush King on Sunday when AC by J never showed for their 9am appointment. Larry and Chris were on-site in 2 hours, provided a replacement proposal and a temporary line to get us through as we we're hosting a large Super Bowl gathering and many out of town visitors. Not only we're they the best price, but Larry and Chris showed up when no one else would, provided options, didn't push us to make a repair immediately (allowing me to get other proposals) and got us through your hosting event with a temporary line. They replaced the line in 48 hours without damaging our landscaping! The crew was amazing and I'm happy bot recommend Flush King as I'm sure I'll be using them for future plumbing repairs.

Excellent service from Brent S.  On time to install our RO system, was quick and efficient, and he explained clearly about servicing and filter changing.  He was friendly and attentive, and made sure we had no further questions.  He was also respectful enough to be masked, which I appreciate.

I had a recent experience where I called Rooter Ranger to come fix a valve on the toilet in the master bathroom after I accidentally broke it off while trying to turn the water off.  I was leaving for a week and it happened the night before.  They plumber came out the next day and replaced the valve & the leak but did not fully tighten the screw which caused a very slow leak over the next week which I noticed when I came back.  I also noticed the moisture had seeped into my walls & baseboards and I contacted Rooter Ranger immediately.  They sent a plumber out right away who told me it was not tightened fully and made sure that it finally was.  I asked him if they would be able to replace the baseboards and the plumber called his manager and they sent out a restoration company to do an analysis and dry out the area and are replacing everything at no charge.  This is what I call great customer service and i would recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone!!!

Our house had a water softener in the garage. We didn't want it anymore, so I bought a whole house water filter to replace it. I reached out to P&L Plumbing when I decided I have too many projects going on to do it myself. A couple of weeks later, I also had them install a pressure reducing valve, and an anti siphon valve. Everything works well, and looks good.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

49 trip charge just for an estimate for a simple copper pipe leak. I provided pictures and it's an exterior pipe that should be an easy fix. Laughable.

I used ACE Home Services after I bought a Groupon for an AC service visit. The technician showed up on-time and set right to work. After being on the roof for a little while, he returned and informed me that my coils were absolutely filthy and showed me pictures to prove it. He explained why I would want my coils cleaned, so I hired him for the job, which he did right then and there. He estimated it would take an hour and a half, and it did. I can't attest to how fair ACE's pricing is because I didn't shop around for coil cleaning. However, the technician did a great job, kept me in the loop, and met all my expectations.

So why not five stars? This is my first experience with ACE, and they're honestly the only interaction I've ever had with any AC company. Thus, I have no comparison. I'm happy with the service, though, and would recommend them to others.

My bathroom faucets were draining slowly, and Jonathan and Joel were able to diagnos the problem and fix it right away.
I also had some filters that needed replacing and they were able to take care of that as well. Excellent customer service and highly professional.

Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

I called Empire plumbing at 230 am on a Wednesday. I expected to here a groggy 70 year old man on the other end, but was surprised that the operator was very friendly and not the least bit annoyed by my call. He arrived 20 minutes later .  The fix didn't require any new parts and I was only charged the service fee of about $70. This was the best experience in the situation I could imagine. If you need emergency (or any) work on your AC, call these guys right away!
