Best Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ
I had a great experience. I bought a new water heater since mine was 14 years old. It was fast and way cheaper than other businesses I looked into. Thanks for the awesome service.

Just had Dustin out to the house today. Our primary drain from the AC was blocked. Dustin was very professional and did a great job. My wife has posted the Dukes of Air phone number on our pantry door. It's not easy to get listed on the door. I originally selected Dukes of Air based on the five star rating from Yelp. All the Yelp reviewers came through once again!

There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

I recently had a pipe collapse under my house which caused sewage to start spewing out of my shower and Bathtub. As you can imagine, time was of the essence as my whole house started to reek like a Porta-Potty after a week long music festival. TERRIBLE! I have a home warranty with Old Republic so the first thing I did was have them send out a technician. He did a half-ass job and after about 30 minutes of trying to get his equipment to work he said I would have to hire my own plumber to get access through the roof (they aren't insured to go on the roof). This is when I found EH Plumbing on Yelp. Robert came out to my house the following morning and he was able to diagnose the problem. It wasn't necessary for them to go up on the roof and they determined the line under my bathroom would need to be replaced. That day I got 2 other plumbing companies to come out and give me an estimate. The first plumber quoted me $3700 and the second $2800. Eric quoted me $2350 and was able to fit me in the very next day, despite another job they were working on. I will use E H Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the area from now on. They not only did a great job, but they helped me clearly understand the problem so I could get a $900 payout from my Home Warranty company. I would feel comfortable referring Eric and Robert to any of my friends or family.

Tom was my Service Tech today. Not only was he performing the twice yearly HVAC service-but installing a wifi thermostat. I was trying to multitask a technology glitch-and he patiently waited for me-as he needed my information to complete the task. He was a true professional!

We had Day and Night install 2 new units on our house in May 2013. We had problems with one of the units from day one and they told us they would take care of the problem. This went on for a couple of months, they even had the Amana Rep out. After replacing a couple of parts, they decided to replace the unit. Day and Night made the decision to replace it with a bigger unit at NO COST to us. They went above and beyond to help us and to make sure we were happy. Everyone they sent out was very professional and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Great company to work with and would highly recommend them.

Terry and Brandon came out to address a problem today that was left by a previous company (they refused to come back out). They were completely professional, kind and took our concerns very seriously. King fixed the problem and made sure we were satisfied, telling us they would come back out if we had any further concerns. I look forward to using them again.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

If you had a rating lower than 1 star I definitely would pick it.
We purchased a water softener over a year ago from a Costco.
Parker & Sons installed it. After a period of time we called Parker to
get a service person to look at unit as it didn't seem to be doing anything to the water. A gentleman came out - put a strip under my kitchen faucet & stated it was working. He never looked at the unit itself.
In the last two months my water bill has went up immensely. My husband went looking for problem and the 2 bags of salt we just put in were gone so we thought it may be the softener. They sent another repairman out who said that wasn't the leak problem but their was a faulty part on our softener which he ordered & replaced. When he left there was water above the salt which he said was how it should be.
He also called & had a plumber come out to check for the leak. This employee told my husband we had a leak somewhere between the shut off valve & the meter ( about 20 -25 feet) & it would be $3600.00 to fix.
I thought this was very high so had 2 different plumbing companies come out & we do not have a leak between the house & meter it is our drip system in the back. Which can be repaired or replaced for anywhere from $200- $500. Quit a difference !! In the mean time the head water softener guy from Parker ( the same one who supposedly tested our water came back and re-fixed our softener! That's 3 different guys all with different fixes! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! RIP OFF !!!!

I paid for over a decade of maintenance contracts. The company has refused to do business with me and refused to refund my maintenance contract payments. They have open claims with BBB and attorney general. Do your research! I have been robbed for thousands of dollars and their response to the BBB was a prorated amt of $100 after paying for a 10 yr contract June 2020 in the amt of $1k and prior to their $2k all towards a new unit when the time comes and they refuse to provide service or a copy of the contracts. They actually told the BBB this is slander and i did not answer their calls while i was out of town as if they are my

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I needed a broken kitchen faucet replaced and am no longer agile enough to do a job I had often done in past years. I called Goettl to do it. They said they would send someone the next day. I asked whether I should buy a replacement, and they said they would prefer to provide one. (I was curious how they would find one we liked.) A plumber arrived the next day and had no faucet. He told me I could supply one or they could order one. I asked how much it would be if he did that and was told a price over a thousand dollars. I was shocked and asked what kind of faucet cost that, and what part of that charge was parts and what was labor, He did not know...he said that was the normal cost. I was told when I called that there was a 80 dollar charge for a service call that would be waived if I had the work done. He said it was actually $89, but I paid it. Pretty good racket...charge $1000 plus for a simple 39 minute job or collect $89 for 10 minutes work. I also realized after he left that while I signed 3 times on some digital device, I received no receipt. This is a far cry from the Goettl that has ads about a boy holding a flashlight for his dad.
