Best Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

Good experience all around. They were quick to schedule an appointment and called ahead to say they could arrive early. Nice! The plumber, Louis, fixed a leaky shower for us and installed a bunch of new faucets throughout the house. It was service with a smile and they got the job done right the first time. The price was good, too.

I got quotes from several plumbers for a sewer camera inspection on a home we were looking to buy, and Chris at Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers was the most competitively priced, and he was super easy to schedule with. He gave a detailed report that I could provide to the sellers and provided videos he took, along with narration explaining everything. He also promptly responded to questions via text and call. Very grateful with how easy he made the process, and I'll definitely be contacting him again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Ron was able to come out at a moments notice to clean out the sewer drain. Friendly fast service. I would definitely recommend Ron to anyone!

Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.

Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.

Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.

Go Direct Plumbing & Sewer in Mesa is a small honest plumbing company, so take advantage of it while it's still small and honest, because we all know that as one gets bigger... LOL,

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

This company has got it all right! From setting up appointment with update of time, name of plumber with pic and bio. Very professional and upfront cost with options if plan A didn't work. Never an emergency fee or weekend...always same price. Did I mention they use drop cloths to ensure a clean area along with cover for snake to prevent any splatter across the kitchen! Yah very happy. Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

We called Niemeyer a couple of months ago to come out and re-route/move our washer and dryer.  They had to come extend and move the water supply lines, drain line, and gas line.  They came out promptly and finished quickly in one afternoon.  The tech they sent out was great, he was informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing.  After our good experience with Niemeyer we then referred them to a friend who has had them come out twice, once to install a new water heater and a second time to do a few other things as part of a remodel.  Our friend was also extremely pleased with their timeframe, work quality and their competitive prices.  He had previously had other companies scheduled to install his water heater who did not show up more than once, Niemeyer showed up the first time and got the job done.

I was just looking them up to refer them to my sister as well who is in need of a plumber and saw their Yelp page and wanted to leave them the feedback they deserve.  Good prices, fast service, good all around plumbers.  I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs and continue to refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.  It's hard to find a good trade company and it was awesome to find this great company!

Outstanding service from this company.  They were responsive, checked to see if our water heater was still under warranty, provided info from manufacturer and came out day after our initial discussion. Jeremy was on time, professional, pleasant and courteous. The workmanship was excellent and the invoice was exactly as was quoted. Very, very impressed with Jason's. I'd definitely use them again!

First found these guys on, uh, another recommendations site and was very pleased with the fast, thorough work. Hired them again for a second, messier job--not only was it done right, Vitaliy even cleaned up afterward! I've used a lot of plumbers that have been good to so-so, but these guys are by far the best and most reasonably priced.

These guys were prompt and professional.  Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me new faucet; first looking to see if they could correct the issue.

After assessing corrected faulty handle at a fraction of what others were quoting.

If your looking for a team that will assess before pricing (which was fair by the way) then they are the way to go.

Great service we had a leak in our main line so water was all over the driveway and the street. Thanks God I did purchase a special insurance through the  Phx water company that cover any repair outside the house, it cost me $63 a year. I did call them I  had to wait one day, it was not easy without water in the house for one day, but it cost me 0 if i did not had insurance the cost could be $400. Jason came over and he did a excellent job it took a little over an hour and magic man Jason replaced the broken pipe. So I highly recommend them.

I had no issue with their services, but PLEASE DON'T LET THEM REFER YOU TO OR CALL IN QUICK RESTORE FOR MITIGATION. Quick Restore LLC is a dishonest,  unorganized, incompetent company. RR Plumbing is damaging its reputation by referring business to Quick Restore.

I have been using Option One Plumbing for several years personally and professionally as a real estate agent. They did a full sewer replacement on my personal property as well as numerous miscellaneous plumbing jobs. I have referred Option One to my clients, both buyers and sellers, and received positive feedback from all of them. The two technicians I work with consistently are Andrew and Robert. Andrew is always professional, considerate and listens to your concerns and questions. If he encounters a situation he is not familiar with or wants a confirmation that his approach is correct, he will get on the phone with Robert, his supervisor, or another colleague. This builds confidence in me that the job is being done right the first time. Robert brings a level of knowledge, skill and direction to the jobs. He is great at overcoming challenges and his communication with the client is honest and transparent. In the years I've worked with Option One, I have never felt like they dishonestly diagnosed a job for their benefit to make more money. I will continue building and maintaining my relationship with Option One plumbing today and moving forward.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Beware!!  Especially if contemplating major plumbing repairs! He is not licensed - has appropriated the name of a bonded,licensed plumbing company by nearly same name (go with Cobra Rooter- on Meadowbrook- and you will be beyond satisfied). No- Josh with Cobra Plumbing on Camelback did not provide reputable repairs. I removed past negative review after he refunded 500 of my over $1,000.00 expense- which showed some professionalism--but now my tenant notices a pungent sewer smell near his other repair. I will soon be out more money to get a bonded plumber to properly excavate, diagnose and repair my apparent sewer leak in laundry room. You have been warned! Josh thinks he is doing legitimate work- but he lacks the credentials and knowledge to even use correct parts. He needs to do much better to retain clientele- starting with a company name change and why not get your Contractor's license?

Initially their price seemed fair and they could come out quickly so I was eager to give them my business. Apparently, the receptionist didn't ask enough questions to give the proper quote. The man that came out to do the work didn't tell me there was going to be an extra charge before starting. He knocks on the door says is done and I am ready to pay $315 as I was quoted and the amount of cash I had. He said it would be $440, so I had to give him my debit card that he wrote down in their archaic unsecured method. My biggest issue is the complete lack of communication from the man who came out. If you are going to change the price (especially because of YOUR error) you need to say it BEFORE you start work.

Had a problem with my unit I purchased and was very disappointed with my customer service call, however Greg called me back shortly after to resolve the problem after listening to the recorded call and eased my frustration by taking care of the situation. The service tech Bryan was very prompt and efficient to fix my unit under warranty and made me feel that this company really appreciates their customers. After this experience I had I would definitely refer anyone just based on the customer service received even 5 years after purchasing two units.
