Best Sink Repair in Phoenix AZ
We could not be happier with our experience with Hays. They were extremely quick to reply and get us a tech to the house. Within 2 days they came out, quoted and fixed the issues we were having. Jason was our tech and he was kind, professional and really set us up for success.
Excited to now having a plumber we can trust and recommend!

Brandon L. showed up today for a water heater flush/safety inspection service. He was very nice, straight forward, honest and fast. It was very refreshing to hear from a company who isn't there to just sell you something new right off the bat. Thank you so much for your time and help. I will definitely book more services soon!

I can't say enough good things about Day & Night Air (especially their service technician Kevin K). I arrived home from a work trip Sunday evening to find my AC only blowing warm air. I called Day & Night and Kevin was at my house within a couple hours. He was courteous, personable, very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. To top it off, he even called my warranty company for me after he had already left because I didn't realize I needed authorization. Next time I need anything A/C related I'm calling Day & Night.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service! We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING! Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack! Zack and his working partner went above and beyond. I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me. I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.
Thank you to Hansen Family Plumbing for always taking good care of our plumbing needs.
(Is there a way to sneak in an extra star to give you a 6 Star Rating?). I would if i could!

I highly recommend Sam and will be using him for all my plumbing needs moving forward. He is not only a very fair price but more importantly very trustworthy and dependable. He saved the day for us in many ways. Thank you Sam!

Tech never showed up. Office and tech said they'd be here at 3pm. No calls and no tech by 3:30. Cancelled installation. They lost $7900.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best. Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Dion was ON TIME. That seems to be a problem with different contractors these days, and he got there when he was supposed to. Then he fixed the clog in the drain on the roof, and we haven't seen a drip since. Polite, to the point, and effective. The only way it could have been better is if it had been free. :)

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.
I highly recommend this company!

We had Parker and Sons put two new ac units in for us. From the first call, to the clean up everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They removed our old units and even our two usable evaporative coolers. The lifetime guarantee was a huge selling point.

I was doing a bathroom remodel and needed a toilet removed and a new shower valve installed. I was charged $625 for one hour of labor! $175 to remove a toilet and $450 to install a shower valve! I almost fell on the floor. The plumbers wanted an additional $275 to reinstall the toilet, shower head and control. I told them at those prices I couldn't afford to have them back. My handyman installed everything for $42.50. I will never use a plumber again unless absolutely necessary. I truly feel I was taken advantage of. The work was good but I'm giving fewer stars due to the cost of the job.

We have been very pleased with the service and feel that this company is honest, something that is in short supply in the valley. We required a new AC/furnace the sale and installation was done in a very professional and timely way. The Sales rep, Kara, and the installation team of Eric, Josh and Steve took great care of our house and were extremely competent and knowledgeable. The followup QA visit by Steve was a great, unexpected touch, demonstrating the company's interest in quality and reliability.

We've had a experienced with a couple of A/C companies since moving back to AZ but Dukes of Air has been the best. Kalem came out and performed the tune up while also checking to make sure everything was installed and working properly. Awesome customer service. I am one satisfied customer and I will definitely use them again.

We had the worst experience today with Goettl. We called to get an estimate for a new air conditioner and evaporative cooler. When the Goettl rep arrived to our home he said the Goettl service is a complete package for 1 price. I asked for a detailed receipt for equipment and services so we could compare with other estimates from other companies because we want to get best price for such a big purchase. A wise customer checks and shops for best deal. We told rep we had a family friend who has done service on our unit and wanted to compare prices. Goettl rep proceeded to our roof to start what we thought was our estimate. During visit we got a call from another Goettl Rep Austin and said he was told from the tech that we had someone else checking our unit and other estimates. I said yes we will have other estimates and Austin questioned if we were using Goettl's estimate to compare and I said yes. He said he was confused why we would request an estimate if we were considering other Air conditioning companies. We have the option to shop around especially with such a big purchase. Austin told his rep to leave our home. we didn't get an estimate or feedback that he was leaving. I called Austin back and asked why his rep left and he said I raised my voice and didn't feel comfortable with his rep doing business with us. I explained wouldn't you be upset if someone was questioning why you inquired about their service. Rep could have left estimate or email cell text we got Nothing! I asked for manager call back from Tony never received. One of your logos service since 1939 with this kind of treatment and these times Goettl should really consider better customer service you lost my business!

I do not recommend anyone hire Joe for tile work, or anything else for that matter. I reached out at the beginning of June to have him demo and re-tile two bathroom showers and initially, Joe was very responsive. I chose him because he had photos of a previous tile job he had done. He sent me a quote and told me it would take 2-3 days per bathroom from start to finish. He came out the first day and removed the tile, and then found that the original tile was put up on drywall. As we decided to put in cement board, he told me it would take an extra day per bathroom. I offered to buy the backerboard, he said not to worry about it.
First day was demo. Second day was 5 days later due to his family emergency, and he put in the backerboard and shower valve. Day 3 (a week after starting) he started to put up tile and wasn't able to finish, so he came back the next day. Took 4 days just to get the tile up (no grout), at which point I was able to get a good look at his work.
He had left tile spacers in from Day 3 (should have been removed after 20-30 min). If I hadn't removed them, they'd have been left in over the weekend. Most of them were stuck and broke off. There was also a dent in my tub and adhesive all over it. When I texted him about it, he said I could clean the adhesive with a sponge and regarding the damage to the tub that happened when I did the demo. No apology or offer to fix it.
I then noticed that one of the walls wasn't level. Several of the tiles were out of place, one had a corner popping out. None of the grout lines were even. There was a huge gap between where the tile ended and where the drywall began. When I texted him regarding the wall not being level, he took two days to respond. When I sent a follow up text after not hearing back, he said he could take out and replace the tiles but could not fix the wall not being level.
I then had two separate contractors come out to assess it and both said it was the worst work they'd ever seen. They confirmed that the wall should not have been tiled until it was level, and that they could definitely level it but the whole shower would have to be ripped out and started over. Additionally, now the tub needs to be replaced as Joe damaged it during the demo.
I reached back out to him with this information and apart from saying sorry for the inconvenience he did not take any responsibility for not only the terrible work, but the damage he caused. I sent two additional texts and he completely ignored both. He has refused to refund my deposit or fix the work (beyond replacing a couple of tile, which is a complete waste of time). So now it has been two weeks, I still don't have a functional shower, and I am now out $2,000 between the deposit and the tile and tub. Unacceptable.

I am very disappointed in their customer orientation and response to customer needs. This is a company to avoid.
They installed my HVAC system in my new home. It was immediately apparent that the system was running 24x7, wasn't cooling the rooms and my electric bills were through the roof.
It took a lot of work on my part to convince Chas that there was a problem. I had to keep asking their service people back to find a problem. They said the system was working as specified and nothing they could do about it. It was frustrating that I had to keep re-convincing them that there was a problem in order to get someone to come check out the system. Finally, three hot summer months later, they found the problem.
Their installers had mistakenly wired the air handler such that the auxiliary heat strips were always on. So the chilled air was being heated by these strips as it was sent into the house. They re-wired it the right way and all of a sudden the rooms were cool, the system only ran periodically and my electric bills went down.
I did a thorough analysis of my electric bills and determined that I paid over $1350 extra as a result of those heat strips being turned on during that period. I sent the analysis to Chas Roberts and requested a re-imbursement of that amount. I followed up my request with occasional e-mails and voice messages to their warranty service people. They rarely returned the calls or e-mails. Once again - very frustrating.
Three months later, one day after I threatened to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors, I finally got their decision. They said they would not offer any re-imbursement. They said I should expect to have a high electric bill since I have things like a swimming pool, refrigerator, computers, lighting and other devices plugged in. In essence, it looks like they think they have some magic heat strips that don't draw any power!
In summary... They did not respond in a timely manner for requests for service. It took several unanswered calls and e-mails to get an update on my re-imbursement request. It took them three months for them to consider my re-imbursement request. They declined any financial responsibility for costs incurred by me due to their installation errors.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
