My Mom needed a new water heater and these plumbers were very helpful.  They took the time to explain things to her, from what happened to old one, what options she had, and answered her questions.   The friendly and sincere approach to any service goes along way for my mom and for me.  Great business!

Gabriel came by to look at a leaking bath faucet and gave us an estimate of $1185.76 to fix the leak.  Amazingly he had just come from a call for the exact same thing.  Went on and on about brass fittings, which is weird because he hadn't looked at anything but the leak from the exterior and not sure brass is used as widely as it once was.  He also let my wife know that water might be going everywhere once work proceeded?  Stay clear of this guy.  Don't know the company but this dude is a predator looking to up-sale.

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday night. I called this company and someone answered right away. Rich came over and fixed the issue and we we're very satisfied with the completed work.

Bumble Bee helped us when we needed a rooter service. They were great! Called at 5p and they had someone out first thing in the morning. Great customer service, and did a great, professional job with the issue we were having. This family-owned company cares about your business and it shows!

I just used Lawson Plumbing again today to replace a bathtub spout and James was very efficient and polite.

While there he also gave me a quote on a repair for my other bathroom that was more than reasonable and we will be using Lawson Plumbing again in the near future for that repair as well.

We have had Nick W., Craig, Greg all come to our new house for different things we needed fixed over the past few weeks. They were excellent, professional and SAFE in these COVID-19 times. We have also been using ProSkill at our old house for 12 years, and have always had a great experience. They know what they are doing and keep you informed every step of the way what is needed, the cost, and time it will take for the repair. I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

Our 14 year old air conditioner gasped its last breath of hot air with low freon a little over a week ago. Our first thought was to get the company we had come out once before several years to see if more freon was needed. It was not Hays, but a well known company with their amusing commercials. To be fair, they did send someone out and after examining the unit outside and in the attic, he said it pretty much on its last legs,. Suggested we have a sales rep come out the next day and I said well what do I do till then? Three dogs and one of the highest temps this summer in Phoenix, our hour was not over 95 degrees with nowhere to go. He offered a temporary fix a with five pounds of coolant but warned it would most likely be gone in a week or less with the holes our coils had. With little choice in the matter and becoming very ill from the heat, I said go ahead. The cost approximately 700.00.

A day later we had a sales rep come out and gave us an estimate. He was nice but my dad always told me to get a second estimate when confronted with something as expensive as this. I went online and search help about found one company with five stars from every reviewer! That is unheard of! Then I went on better business bureau, and three other review sites. Every single one of them had no bad marks against Hays air conditioning and people seemed pretty happy with the results.

Made a call and a technician from Hays named Mike came out and looked at our unit.he said basically the same thing as the other company but had pictures from his smartphone he took up in the attic to help us see exactly what was going on. This young man was very respectful of our home and I could tell he knew his business well. He told us the five pounds of coolant had already went down to three and the hole we had on the coils was pretty huge to leak that quickly.

We decided to call for an appointment for a someone to come to see what his estimate would be. and within the next day a sales rep name Jim came out and talked to us after he examined the unit. First thing he asked was what kind of units were we looking for and we were thinking of a two stage type which was recommended by the first company who came out. He explained to us how a variable units compared with a two stage and well as a simple one state unit. So many brands to choose from, so many variables in units...it was quite overwhelming. Jim was very nice, professional and not at all pushy. He left us with some information on the units we were thinking of and said to give him a call when we decided. Three agonizing days later after doing research on brands, energy savings and of course the outstanding reviews we read of Hays reputations and standing behind their work, we decided

Within two days they had our new Trane air conditioner installed. They said our old one had just run out of coolant as they dismantled it., it took them approximately eight hours to get everything up and running. Not even sure they took a lunch break! They were very efficient, polite and knowledgable. There names are Rich, Reg or Rey, and Robert. I cannot say enough good thing about this company and their team. I would highly recommend them  because they are honest and stand behind their products and service. And now that we had our first 116 degree day, we are so grateful we found them just in time. Thank you.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.

The plumbers were on time and very courteous. They came in and did exactly what was needed to be done and finished the job right the first time. Will continue to use Affordable Plumbing in the future for all my Plumbing needs.

Troy was incredibly responsive, answered my post on Yelp immediately, came out early the next day ready to do the job.  He's skilled and efficient, and his work is impecable.  He explained everything, tried to find ways to repair instead of replace (no luck there, unfortunately), and put everything back in its place when he was finished.  Also, he's a really nice hard working guy. Highly recommend Robinson Plumbing.

I had Belsito Plumbing do a septic connection . Robbie and Prosite Jon did a wonderful job! They were so nice and did everything to make the job as easy as possible for me! Really appreciate a great job!

Don't use these plumbers!!!  Apple Plumbing are dishonest plumbers!  They agreed to do a basic faucet repair, knowing that the insurance company was paying for it, and charged the maximum the insurance company would pay for the repair.  A few weeks later, the repair failed, and Apple refused to stand behind their work.  When I asked for the receipts to justify their original repair, they refused to provide any proof of the work done. Their employees are rude and abusive, and I'm very sorry I ever used them in the first place.  I picked Apple for one reason:  they had a good review on Yelp--but the reviews don't reflect my experience.  They're crooks.  Save yourself heartache and hire anyone else.
