I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our air conditioner went out in 114° and our warranty company would not be able to get anyone out for over a week. Hayes had installed the original system in our home before we bought it so we gave them a call. Not only did Charlie come out the same day but went above and beyond. We were not able to fix the unit the same day but he made sure we had some cool air and worked diligently to find the parts we needed. He was communicating with me in the evenings and on the weekend truly going above and beyond. They fixed our system and it was worth every penny! I would HIGHLY recommend Hays and can't thank Charlie enough!

Have had Hobaica for a number of years and always been thoroughly satisfied. Their personnel are professional, courteous and always take the time to explain what they have done and any issues that may have been found.

Less to do with actual service and more to do with the type of people they hire. If you own this business you should let your employees know that even the way they drive around town represents you. I was just almost rear ended by one of your guys driving aggressively and then he had the nerve to pull up and drive next to me with the window down yelling obscenities at me and trying to intimidate me for the next half mile until I took the first exit because I was afraid of what this guy would do. If I had the time to memorize his license plate before I exited the highway I would be filing a police report right now against that guy. You should be ashamed of your employees if that is the image they put out into the community for your business. I could not care less about value, and if I need any air conditioning maintenance this summer I will be calling you just to let you know that I couldn't care less about the price of your business, your employees have already spoken volumes to how you view your customers/potential customers.

Had our air conditioning serviced . They were on time ; did a thorough inspection of our system. Recommend a few things that needed to be fixed . Did the repair . Leonardo was very nice , explained everything with pictures of before and after work was completed. Definitely would recommend them .

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I scheduled an appt to get my a/c unit serviced. Pablo was right on time....covered his shoes with booties when he came into my home (which I love!!)....was very knowledgeable, explained everything in a way I could understand......I can't say enough good about Canyon State & Pablo!

They are very responsive and do great work. Hired them to fix my water heater, definitely will go back to them in the future!

I have a rental property in Arizona and I live in California.  This is my first rental property and so when the tenant called about problems with a lack of ample hot water to fill the bathtub I got concerned and assumed the worst case (water heater replacement or worse...).  I saw Hansen's had good reviews and was impressed by the business sense of the owner Eric to produce such a video promoting his company.  I just trusted based off of those two things.  I called and spoke with Eric and he was helping me diagnose the problem by phone.  I connected him with the tenant and Eric met him at the property in Arizona on Monday.  I was PLEASANTLY surprised that Eric called saying it was a valve that was shot and not opened properly to begin with because the townhome had been sitting for some time in foreclosure and so someone had turned the valve which limited the hot water supply.  Anyway, an expected replacement of a water heater of $700-$800 went to a replacement of a valve for under $200.  I appreciated and respected the honesty so much and now have a reliable, trustworthy and professional plumber in Eric and Hansen Plumbing Service that I'll use in the future and refer to others.

In addition to getting a new AC/Heating unit from Precision Air and Heating ,  I had roof vents installed.  Thom and Ed did a great  job, and worked fast. Can't hardly tell where the vents are on the roof.   You can count on them.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

The heating unit that was installed by Y P &H  4 1/2 years ago started acting weird.  They sent JOSE GOMEZ out to check.  After checking everything on heater and it was good, he checkeD thermostat.  It was bad.  Looking  at warranty  of 5 years still  had time so he called manufacture Honeywell and arranged a replacement for free.  He also drove across town to pick it up anD then came back to install.  None of that was his job,  but h wanTed to make sure we had heat and were satisfied with his service.  Thank you Jose!  I will ask for you by name next time!  M. Disappointing Goettl customer service. Waiting 2 hours after they said they would be coming. I had to call them to ask wear my plumber was. Plumber gives me attitude when he arrives, even though he was late. This has happened multiple times now.
I bought the Sadie Protection program, once it expires I won't use it again. Ken Goodrich has lost my business.

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

My husband and I are relocating to Phoenix from Tampa in the middle of the hottest recorded months! My husband is in the process of renovating the house and noticed there were some issues with the AC. We were realistic with the fact that this summer is already brutal and the amount of people needed assistance was probably extremely high! We called around to several places and decided on Chas Robert's, so glad that we did! The tech was not only timely, but extremely reliable and efficient, not to mention it didn't break the bank! We know we need new AC units eventually but he still made the necessary fixes to get us thru without any negativity (which generally doesn't happen with technicians).

We didn't even realize that they do plumbing as well! We will definitely be using them again and appreciate them making this brutal AZ HEAT bearable! We've already recommended them to friends abs family to do the same
