Best Pipe Installation in Phoenix AZ

The AC unit in my guest space had went out overnight and it was set to be 113 the following day. I researched the best handymen in my zip code, called a few, however they would not be able to come out for a few days. This was an immediate need and I found Gary. He answered his phone, had to wrap up a few jobs and said he could be over by 10-11 that morning (This was 730am that same day).

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new AC unit and selected one that did not fit the space. Gary measured, and then went with me back to Home Depot to ensure that I got the correct size.

Gary was patient, and did an excellent job. Even with my mishaps he was finished within 2.5 hours and had the space cooling down before he was completely finished. I would recommend Gary to anyone that needs any type of work on their home.

This review is long over due but I wanted to make sure I got this in because Mike is probably one of the best Handymen I've ever used.  A move from Phoenix to Seattle had us scrambling to fix up the house for sale and we needed all sorts of work done - we had quite a bit of dry wall that needed repair and also needed a corner of our kitchen cabinetry retouched.  After seeing the reviews here on Yelp, I called Mike at Copper State Home Maintenance and he was out the next day for an estimate.

Now, the estimate was beyond reasonable and Mike even picked up the supplies needed and just charged me for those at his cost.  He did all the repair work very quickly and everything looked AMAZING.  I mean - there was no way to tell there was a smallish hole in one of the walls originally.  I looked and looked to see if I could even see a seam.  The paint was matched perfectly and everything was so professionally done - I was one happy camper.  

I'm really picky about how things look and Mike is a perfectionist.  His prices are great and if you need anyone to do anything in your home in the Phoenix area, call Mike.  it will be the best call you ever made...

I hired Everette after reading about him on the neighborhood app. Everette is the name of the company, and Phillip is the owner. I sent Phillip an email with a photo of the work I needed done. It involved fixing a hole in an exterior wall where we had something removed. He responded in a couple of hours with a quote.

We set up a time and he was here on time. He completed the work in about an hour or an hour and a half. He took time to protect our new concrete with heavy duty paper and matched the stucco to the existing wall. Overall, I am extremely pleased with his work. If you need handyman services, Phillip is a good person to call.

The vendor came to our home on Super Bowl Sunday and was so kind to take care of some persistent issues with our toilets. The value was great and they even did a follow up call the next day to fix an issue.

We've used Fix It Floyd a few times now, and every time it's been excellent. Friendly service, knowledgeable professionals, and high-quality work on every project. We're moving soon and will be sure to call them again. Kudos to Michelle, Brian, Dan, and Mario!

CAUTION!  if you are expecting  QUALITY WORKMANSHIP...look elsewhere  Quick response time, pleasant to do business with, however, sorry to say skill level for something as basic as installing laminate flooring is not acceptable

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Arrived on time!  Completed a quick diagnosis of the issue. Replaced a corroded refridgerator waterline. Repair completed in under an hour. We will use again this company again.

Dustin was great. Knew what he was doing and did a great job. We had some new lights hung in the outside entry. He came the next day right on time. They look good and we'll be calling him back when we have another project

Amazing work, very helpful. Very clean work. Left a great impression. Made sure that no leaks in any part of the lines or in the bathroom. Made sure to suggest other repairs for the future.

Great so far. I looked for an economical plumber, and by far Robert H of  "Handy4Home.com" met that qualification. I need 2 vanity sink faucets R&R'd and a toilet control valve R&R'd.I have set up an appointment for the job on 28 Jul 2021. Results still TBD.

Steve spent a good 6 hours doing several little projects I needed help with.  He was on time, and stuck with it until he finished.  He did a good and complete job even though he had to run out for parts twice.  I will definitely call him again when I need something done again.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

Donald is great! Friendly and hard-working he was able to do all the misc. jobs we had for him; building a gate, replacing doors, fixing a dryer vent, cleaning out our gas wall heaters, and replacing our bathroom fan. He carefully explains what he is going to be doing so there are no surprises. We will be calling him again!

Best experience I have ever had with getting a handyman. Responsive and fair price! Especially great for someone who has rental properties because you'll get updates regularly during the visit and you can pay online. I definitely recommend the company to everyone.
