Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

Used this company for my new house on the recommendation of my realtor. The owner Tom Atkinson showed up the day after I called him, provided us the options and pricing for both a water softener system and reverse osmosis system for drinking water, fully explained the alternatives, and was low pressure. We decided to buy right away because he's been in business for more than 30 years and comes across as honest and trustworthy. We did not shop around because his pricing seemed reasonable. The installer Angel came when scheduled, seemed very capable, left our house as clean as he found it and thoroughly explained the operation of both systems. Based on our initiative experience I recommend these folks.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

I've only used them once, and that was due to my normal plumber being unavailable but my water heater blew and flooded my garage, and since it was 11 years old, it was time to get a new one.  As one of the few 5 star rated plumbers out there, I decided to give them a shot.  They set an appointment time for later that day but actually called to see if they could come even earlier as they were close by and the transition from their office to the field was smooth.  They had a new water heater and everything back up to normal in no time.  I'd definitely consider using them again (though I hope I don't have to anytime soon haha).

Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system. Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best).

Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

Andy Hobaica is the man! Always responsive and such a genuine and honest guy. You know you are getting the best every time his team is out at your home. I've used them to service my home and referred them to multiple family members!

After our AC died last week, we started to search for a reliable and highly rated company on Angie's list and Yelp. D&N came up with very good reviews and our initial visit was also very positive. Our system was 20 years old and we decided to upgrade everything to have a peace of mind for the next 10 years. The price was kinda steep that's why I only gave it 4 stars but I would rate them at 4.5 for sure. After a week of waiting (busy season) and toughing it out by sleeping downstairs and outside the house, they came with 6 men and a huge amount of equipment. After seeing the amount of stuff that went into my house and the bad condition my old system was in that they ripped out, I did not feel as bad anymore for paying so much. They came at 6am and were done with the whole job by 3:30pm the same day. I was amazed how fast and professional they were. You hear a lot about some service horror stories, but we had none of that. They cleaned up after themselves and you could not even tell that they were there. They also installed new and bigger pads for the outside condensing units and did a good job there as well. We have a 10 year warranty and service with them and it seemed worthwhile. I would definitely recommend them again.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I scheduled an appt to get my a/c unit serviced. Pablo was right on time....covered his shoes with booties when he came into my home (which I love!!)....was very knowledgeable, explained everything in a way I could understand......I can't say enough good about Canyon State & Pablo!

They are very responsive and do great work. Hired them to fix my water heater, definitely will go back to them in the future!

Wouldn't hire anyone else. This team of professionals glided in and took care of faulty furnace/ air conditioner,  leaky ducts, outdated therrmostat, and more. They were professional,  knowledgeable,  courteous,  and worked harder than any group of guys I've ever seen. And boy did they ever pay attention to detail!  Great job, guys!

Sam Jamel, Neighborhood Plumbing and Air, recently replaced my water heater. He did a great job, and I knew I would hire him again.

Then one of my AC units quit working. I got three bids and his was the lowest. Easy decision! Sam and his son replaced the outside compressor and the inside the attic air handler. Drop cloths used inside and swept up/cleaned up afterwards.
Great worker! Great price!

Driving and texting.... will not do business with them...  van #3618 should not have phone in hand while driving... no excuses for it... stop if you have to send a text or call

Claims of upscale product and service will prove their true worth when the thermometer soars.  My Goettl AC unit ($7500) only has problems when the temperature goes up.  Funny, that's when the unit is supposed to be at it's best.  Call Goettl for service because they will VOID your warranty if you have anyone else fix your unit.  forecast for today is 119.  I have no cold air coming through my only 4 year old $7500 Goettl unit and Goettl says we can come in 5 days. We'll be dead in 5 days.  It's easy to promise things and take the money up front, but the true worth shall be revealed. Suggestion Goettl:  I would invest in some portable lighting and have some techs work at night.  it's cooler for the workers and you can reach more of your customers in a timely manner.

On june 2017, My Air Conditioning was dead and needed new unit. So, i have called Precision Air & Heating for quote and never received a call back. I have asked My sister's and brother-in-law to call them too and they have no luck either. Precision finally called back after a week later.
what a bad service...........I will never call them again....
