Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had a hot water leak at 1am on a Saturday.  Bad news!  I call belsito and the my said the earliest they could come was 6.  Ok I understand. I shut the water off and waited and cwaited and called and waited.  They arrived at 8 and fixed the water heater by noon. They guy did good work, but I definite paid a lot for the service.

Then, NINE months later, I get a call from a collections company saying I never paid.  I never received any call or letter since the service.

We had a leak on our main service line that required a fast response - we got referred to Flush King by another plumber who was not available, and they were extremely responsive and got what turned out to be a more extensive problem resolved within the morning. I would definitely use them again.

I just used Ron to have my tenant's kitchen faucet installed (in AZ). I called him based on these Yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. He was quick to respond to my voicemail and was able to install a new faucet the same day I called him. My tenant is happy and so am I! He was very honest about his pricing versus a handyman's pricing and though it sounded like he might cost more, I chose him because he's a licensed plumber. He was professional and nice. I would recommend!

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great!  Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience.  I was wrong.  They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate.  I would definitely recommend them!

My experience was as bad as it can get, and I've had many experiences! I had these criminals come out and assess a leaky toilet valve. Since I wasn't home at the time my wife met the plumber. We were quoted $350 to fix which I thought included a more serious problem of fixing pipes in the walls, etc. It turned out it was a simple valve replacement and new tank assembly. All parts at home depot about $50 I would estimate. Outrageous mark up and took advantage! Then, they wanted another $300 to fix the flange but i then told them to stop and get out! If I understood how easy the original fix, I wouldn't have had them do the work. Avoid this company like the plague!! They are unfair, unprofessional and, wouldnt call me back after asking for a supervisor. Hire them at your own risk!!

The guys at Jason the Plumber were fantastic! I called them Saturday after we noticed our water heater was leaking and they came out and gave us a really great quote. The next day was Super Bowl Sunday and they sounded very busy but they still were able to fit us in and they completed the job in a couple of hours with plenty of time to spare so we could enjoy the game. They replaced our water heater with a new unit, installed a pan, and they even fixed and painted the area the leak had damaged. I highly recommend them they were fast, nice and they did fantastic work! I would use them again.

I have bee in the process of readying my rental home to sell and a few plumbing issues (among others) have come up requiring repair or replacement. A friend recommended Vitaliy at VITech and I have used his services twice in the last couple of months. Both times, Vitaliy was highly responsive by phone and showed up quickly and on time, keeping in contact with me by text regarding arrival time. Once he arrived, he took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, honest, fair and much lower priced than I expected! We have had an issue with our 2 master bath sinks not draining well for the last 2 years.  We dragged our feet having it addressed as we feared it might be something major related to a remodel and poor plumbing work.  We recently got to a point where neither sink was draining at all, and friend of ours recommended Soro.  We found Soro to be knowledgeable, thorough and honest.  The cost was very reasonable for the work done.  We would use Elite again and recommend them to others

I was sent this plumbing company from the service line warranty that I have for water and sewage lines. I checked the reviews on Yelp! Before they came of course and decided to go with them.

I live in an old house in uptown phoenix. I knew when I bought the house it had old plumbing which definitely presented some problems throughout the project. A water pipe in my backyard busted and was creating a small puddle in my yard. They discovered my plumbing was old galvanized pipes and very rusty and eroded. During the dig some of the sewage lines got damaged and those needed fixed too. They had to dig the yard, open some walls in my house and replace all the water lines with copper. We also replaced my hot water tank because it was found to be leaking. One problem after another! I recommend getting a warranty company that covers some of these expenses. My warranty coverage the exterior pipes but the pipes in my house and the water tank were my responsibility.

Pros: Nathan was nice even when I got frustrated about how long things were taking and through some setbacks. Some days I felt like we were taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back. We would fix one problem and then 2 more would arise. However, I made a list of everything that was happening and Nathan addresses them all. So far everything is working properly and I can get things back to normal.

Cons: At times, there was some miscommunications. I wish things were communicated more clearly. There was some trash left behind in the yard like cigarette butts and plastic bags and such. I wish things happened more timely. I was upset that I had a pipe leaking water and they couldn't get to me for a couple weeks because they were busy. Maybe it's because they are a smaller company idk.

All in all, I do think that this is a trustworthy company and they were honest with the problems that arose. I do feel that if something happens and doesn't work correctly they will make it right and fix it. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Called Rooter Ranger for my plumbing services and they were very professional and did a great job in my bathrooms and kitchen. Adrain did a really good job and was very friendly and professional. Jordan the owner was also very professional and he answered all my question. PS they are both good looking ;)

Awesome service. Has a major leak and was looking for a well reviewed plumbing company in the east valley. I gave P&L a call and I'm glad I did. An hour later the issue was fixed and work was guaranteed.
Price was about half of what I was expecting to pay.

I purchased a Kohler faucet for my master bedroom bathroom to replace the very old faucet which became an eye sore & had a broken hot water handle. Zest sent out Dalton for the installation who provided service that was beyond outstanding. He was on time, replaced the faucet and also replaced the very old shut off valves (which were difficult to turn) with the newer quarter turn types. He was so nice, efficient & professional with excellent communication & technical skills. He checked the faucet & valves multiple times before leaving, left my bathroom sparkling and made sure I had his contact information for any issues or questions. This was a plumbing experience best described as perfection. Huge thank you to Dalton and also the wonderful team who does scheduling who so graciously adapted to my non-existent tech & gadget lifestyle. You are all the best & most appreciated.

We had previously utilized Simply Better Plumbing & Drain (DO NOT USE see my review on them) to do some work on our house. Ended up having to find a new vendor and Larry and his team were professional, courteous, and priced fairly. The customer service they provided was top notch! We will definitely use them again. Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Josh came late on a Saturday as we had sewage backing up in our house. He worked extremely hard to help us with our particularly difficult problem. More than clean, pleasant, affordable. Highest possible recommendation!

My wife and I recently bought a house in Phoenix that was a flip. We love it but then our plumbing goes out. So we started our search for a plumber and after a bunch of research and bids found Freddy. Working in home improvement for so many years if there's one thing I know how to do is look at a home improvement contractor. Considering my job required digging a trench 50ft in my back yard to the main with a bunch of other stuff I was worried and knew I had to be careful. What I'm saying is if you need any kind of plumbing done don't waste time with anyone else but Freddy. When we first called him it was 9:30pm and he not only called back that night but came over to try to fix our problem!  Once we found out what the problem was Freddy was like a doctor trying to solve a problem with minimally invasive procedures all to try to save me money. Above and beyond that, he did it all before asking me for a single dime. Once we found out this was going to require major surgery we had no choice but to plow forward (my option would have been to never shower or flush my toilettes!). Freddy coordinated everything with the city and finished on time as promised. I would recommend him to anyone. Lastly, some unsolicited advice: I've learned the hard way that you will always get what you pay for. I searched very carefully for a plumber and Freddy is not the cheapest, just the BEST. Always go with the best. Call Freddy. Hurry up, you're still reading this review, Freddy's number is at the top.

The two stars are for diagnosing the problem and the nice and competent technician.  The loss of 3 stars are for the frustration of dealing with them and the price gauging.  I scheduled a repair service and the 'salesperson' who scheduled,  first tries to talk you into taking their yearly service.  I explained that that might be a possibility once I had them see the unit and diagnose what the problem was (turned out to be the condenser motor), and then I would decide.  I called the position 'salesman' as she definitely wanted me to call her back,  so am sure she was getting a type of compensation for selling the yearly service. Then, like many of the companies apparently, they have the technician also become the salesman after diagnosing what the problem with the A/C unit was.  As he talked and wanted to start the repair, I looked up the part (thanks Google) and it was less than $200 but the quote 'from the office', for the repair was $1100!!!  When I told him I would like to get some other estimates, he said fine and would get his tools off the roof.  He came back down and said the 'boss' told him, they could actually do it for $800.  I declined that offer also.  In the next few days, called several companies and got 3 offers for $475 so figured that was the going rate and selected one who did  the repair two days later for the quote given (no extra charges or other things needing repair) about a 20 minute job.  When I asked several companies for an estimate for a condenser motor, they came back with 'we do not take other companies repair decisions'.  Fair enough but asked if it is the condenser motor, what would be the charge.  They indicated that it would be the technician who could decide that!!  In other words, those companies also made their tech guy a salesman also and would imagine a 'kickback' from whatever he could get by with.  Not real happy with trying to find ONE honest A/C company!!

Finally found a plumber that can get my drained fixed. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He was a Quick and Efficient Plumber.
So far so good!
