I needed a new Heat Pump and wonder who would be the best place to replace the unit. I went to their store and talked to Mike, a sales consultant. After going over price, size, and when I could have a unit installed, I decided on Canyon State Air Conditioning. They show up on time and worked nonstop until it was finish. I was very satisfied with the installers. James and Victor made the installation enjoyable. After they got done installing the unit they came in so they could finish up the process. They explained to me how to run this system and all about their company. They made this a very great experience.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Today Christopher Metcalfe was trying to solve a plumbing problem at Amy Trowbridge's home a stopped-up sewer line and we could not find a plumber Several companies just could not help. But one call to Hansen and life is good. A lady that answered the phone Jessica is a STAR she had a technician near me Dick Hansen the father of the owner of the company. I had Brandon from King come out to give an estimate for a waterline to the refrigerator and for my dishwasher. He was completely progressional in appearance (that matters to me) and manner. So impressed I called them back the next day to the job. The day before he showed up we had our AC quit working, he was nice enough to take a look at it and even figured out the problem right away, so my wife and newborn could get some cold AC. I am very impressed and will call them anytime I have any issues.

Sam went over to do a estimate on my underground pipe leak. He gives me an estimate which is a lot lower than the other 3 companies. Two days later he got the job done. Now no more leaks and we have hot water again. Thanks Sam and your son for doing a great job at a reasonable price.

We have had Precision out to our house several times. We have a yearly maintenance plan thru them that we paid for a few years ago. I think it has been worth it. I like that they call me every year to schedule my free maintenance check up. We had a tech come today, Austin Allen, and he did good. He could've been a little more friendly and upbeat...but he was fine. I think the prices they charge are a little inflated. Overall I am satisfied with Precision, nothing more, nothing less.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I had Yavapai Plumbing and Heating out to put in a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that I had bought and supply and put in new pvc trap.
They quoted me $950. I paid the $59. service fee and told them forget it.

We had Goettl put a entire new system and duct work in specifically  to address the issues that our three bedrooms were not cooling like the rest of the house.  We were charged what we discovered  was over market value and our bedrooms  remained warm after the install. We complained numerous times, they came out numerous times and never rectified the situation. We were told when purchasing  that they had engineered the system to meet our needs. Never recieved any credits or refunds and have been living with half of our house warm still after spendning $14,000.  Now we are paying a reputable company to redo and fix all tbey did wrong.

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

This is the worst company I have ever had to work with! The only reason why we're using them is our units are only 1yr old and they installed them so their under warranty. We were told if we use someone else the warranty is void! We've been out of air conditioning for over two months they've been out to our house 4 different times the problem still is not fixed! Our appointment times have been ridiculous! From 7pm -midnight! The one appointment we had from 11am -3pm the guy didn't show up until 9pm and did not even call! The technician's are not trained at all! Chase Roberts should be out of business! Their horrible!
