I had a great experience with Pink Plumbing - they will be the first company I reach out to for future plumbing needs!

Initially, I hired a different plumbing company (highly rated here on Yelp) who came out to my house. The experience was a lot like buying a car...The first employee tried some simple tricks to unclog the bathroom drains - you know, trying to do his best to save us money, which we appreciated at the time. Those didn't work, so he had to go on the roof (an extra $100) to try snaking it from there. After it proved impossible to unclog with a snake, he walked in with another employee who just happened to be nearby, with a camera to run down the lines to see what they were working with. The $150 for the snaking from the roof was graciously waived and applied toward the $200 for video imaging. They said that showed that the house had to be hydro jetted, which would normally be more than $3500, according to the pricing guide they showed me on the second plumber's phone, but they would do it for us for $1700. What a deal.

They sent a third plumber over to begin the hydro jetting that night. Thankfully for us, he was unable to get the hose into the pipe from our front bathroom and had to leave (it was about 5:30pm) without even starting the hydro jetting (they left the pipes unconnected, dirty gloves in the sink-during COVID shutdowns-and puddles of water in the bathroom). I reached out on Yelp for second opinions and several told me they thought we were being taken for a ride (a direct quote from a third plumbing company).

Pink Plumbing was one of the first to respond for our request for a second opinion. They told me they would come out and snake it and, if that, they wouldn't charge me anything (NOTE: I do not know if that is the company's usual policy, or if they were just helping me out because I was already out a couple hundred dollars from the first company).
They got it unclogged from our master-bathroom in a matter of minutes. No roof access needed.

In addition to unclogging our pipes, they also gave some great advice about maintenance and even talked me out of doing about $1500 of maintenance work I was considering (recommended by the first plumbing company that came out here) that would likely have caused us to have to replace our main lines (approximately $15k-$20k, according to that first company).

Pink Plumbing gave me straight answers and clear explanations.  Again, I had a great experience with Pink Plumbing and will happily use their services again in the future.

Very quick response rate, when I requested a quote at 9:30PM via this app the owner replied within 10 minutes! He knew the exact issue based on my explanation and the price was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

I lost power to my electric water heater and Jason came out and said my control board was fried. My heater is 13 years old so I am due for a new one but I just got a new AC and solar panels installed so I didn't want that expense. Jason said I could try ordering a new control panel if the manufacturer still carried them (it would be cheaper than if he ordered it for me and I might get it free if I'm the original owner) and then he'd install it for $150 but no guarantee how long that would hold since it's an old unit. I had checked with another plumbing/water heater company that also had great reviews and they said they don't work on units over 10 years old. So I'm so grateful that Lawson Family Plumbing was able to help me out. When I need a new electric water heater, I'll be sure to call them again.

After another plumbing company did not show I turned to Bumble Bee! Michael C. came out first thing in the morning. He was very polite and professional. He explained the issue, the options to fix it and walked us through everything. His customer service was awesome. Once we picked a solution he got right to work and felt like he was done in no time. The work was great and everything works amazing. I would recommend Bumble Bee to anyone and wish I had gone with them first!

We had Austin with Lawson Plumbing out to our home this past weekend to replace our leaking water heater with power vent. We are so pleased with the level of service we received from Austin during the 4 hour process. Austin was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions throughout the installation/clean up process. Our new water heater looks great and works perfectly. We will call Lawson again if we need plumbing services in the future!

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

We needed a broken spigot on the side of our house fixed asap as it was leaking water pretty quickly. We called them this morning and they were out here within a few hours and replaced the whole thing! McKinley was great to work with and got the job done quickly. We were recommended them on Nextdoor and we can see why. Highly recommend!

If I could give more stars I would. I utilized the yelp quote function and received several responses with requests for high payment prior to even looking at the problem.  Allegiance is the only company who offered to take a look and then give an estimate for price.  When all was said and done the total for the job was very fair and the work was top-notch.  Extremely professional customer service. Highly recommend.

I was able to get a Saturday appt with no up charge and was scheduled for the very next day. Office staff and plumber who came to my home were all very nice, very fast and knew their jobs well. How refreshing! There was no song and dance about how I needed and 400.00 widget, in fact the plumber said it was not as bad as it was described and he had the part and I'd be up and running shortly. I felt very comfortable with the person in my home and appreciated the fact this is an honest company and didn't try to take advantage because I'm a woman. I was given a reccomendation for this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. Won't call anyone else. Oh and their base fee is less than other companies to boot! 10 stars!

Awesome company. They were able to come out same day as we called to look at some issues our Casita was having. Casey was super nice and gave me great advice on how to replace some of the parts easily myself. Will definitely call them in the future!

I had a leak from an upstairs shower that seeped down to the first floor ceiling and possibly down the first floor wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based on what seemed like legit Yelp reviews.

They answered the phone right away. No message with, We'll call you back when we have time. Then they scheduled someone for later that day!

Daryl came and what a nice man. Down to business but just really genuine and no b.s.  Luckily he was there before the restoration company the insurance company sent out left. Daryl took about 5 ten minutes to inspect the shower, took a hard look. He then acquiesced to my request he huddle with the restoration guys and he said, I don't think this is a plumbing problem. I think the water is getting through the cracks of the tile joints. That was exactly the opinion of the other company.

I was so grateful he didn't just try to make money and ask for permission to start removing tiles, etc. not only was he honest, but he and Lawson Family Plumbing did not even charge a fee!!!! EVERYBODY charges an outlandish service fee even if they don't do anything!

Do yourself a favor. USE THESE GUYS!

Where is Option One?  They did not return my phone call for service. Same deal for my daughter who called weeks ago. Not sure if they are in business. I was pleased with the one service I had from them in the past.

I called Hays this morning to try to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the two thermostats we have in our house.  We had used Hays in the past to repair our air conditioner and had been satisfied with their work.  The gentleman told me on the phone that it would be a $79.95 charge for them to come to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our thermostats.  I asked if the $79.95 charge could be waived; he said no.  I asked if we ended up going ahead with the replacement if the $79.95 charge could be credited towards the replacement costs; he said no.  I relayed the information to my husband and he decided to call them to see if the almost $80 trip charge to provide us with an estimate could be waived since we have a history with the company.  Not sure who he talked to, but whoever it was agreed to waive the charge for him.  A few minutes later he gets a call back from someone at Hays telling him that the person he talked to earlier was new, and that they were not willing to waive the charge.  Heading in the wrong direction Hays.  First, not being willing to waive the $80 fee to come to our house to give us just an estimate, after being loyal customers, seems like bad customer service and in poor taste.  But then to actually call us back to tell us that you're taking back your offer to waive the fee after saying you were willing to do so is just something else entirely.  You've lost this loyal customer and any future referrals.

I've used King Plumbing, Heating and AC twice now. Once for an AC issue and once for a plumbing problem. Both experiences have been wonderful! They arrived on time and figured out the problem quickly and completed in it in the same day. I felt very confident in their work and will definitely use them in the future.

Neat, clean, polite and efficient! Will definitely use them again! Don't bother calling anyone else, use Affordable Plumbing!

Had a clogged toilet today, called, got Barney to come out in about 30 min.  $47 to unclog.  
Highly recommend.  Great service, personable & fast.
