**Above and beyond** My AC had stopped working. Jerry and Nolan came out, listened to all the things I had already tried, breakers, batteries in the thermostat.  They immediately got to work and realized there was a hole and I had a leak. They didn't have the part, but would have it next week.  My biggest concern I explained, was that my daughter was in the hospital battling COVID would hopefully be coming home soon and the attic opening is in my her closet.  After a few minutes, they told me they found a part in AZ and would drive to go get it. Jerry stayed, and started removing the bad part, while Nolan drove to pick up the part.  Let's just say by end of day, my AC was working and they have a very loyal customer who would highly recommend them!!  I can't say enough, thank you so much!

Ron Johnson, their service tech, is terrific! We had our floral cooler go out  this afternoon and we called Hobaica immediately.  It only took a couple of hours and Ron came to our shop, and he worked very diligently to fix the old lady. Sure enough after a few hours, she was purring like a kitten. No matter that it was a Friday afternoon/evening. No matter that he had to climb up on top of the cooler and take the compressor apart, in an area that was about 3 x 3.  Hobaica is definitely the #1 air conditioning company to use in the valley.

We have used D&N AC for almost 10 years and have always been pleased with our service.

Our silver maintenance plan was renewed today and our service tech Eric did a great job on both my mother in laws house as well as ours, he was thorough and informative and would like to request him for any of our service calls!

Our old air conditioning units were failing, ProSkill came out, and diagnosed the problem and cost to repair them.  They provided the work estimate and I asked them to price out replacing the units.  They worked up the options while the technician gave our unit what he needed to keep the units functioning for the few days until they could install new units.  The new units were very neatly installed and the technicians were very respectful of my house.  The pricing was competitive and the work done was expert.  I will always use ProSkill for any hvac work, I trust them and they always go out of the way to make sure the customer is satisfied.  Recently one of the new coils failed (manufacturer flaw), the owner came out to install the new coil on the same day!  True craftsmen who care about their customers.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Last Thursday at around 4:30pm when my wife got home she realized our upstairs AC wasn't blowing cold air.
We discussed for a moment waiting till I got home to take a look at it (since I do many of our home repairs myself) but quickly concluded that we should get a technician out to our house ASAP or we'd likely need to wait till the next morning.  My wife called Canyon State a few minutes after I got off of the phone with her (maybe 4:45pm) and was pleased to learn that a technician would be out to our house (we live in Surprise) between 5 and 7 pm.

Astonishingly, the technician (Jake) knocked on the door shortly after 5pm!

He quickly determined that the problem was with the outdoor unit corresponding with the upstairs AC (a motor had failed, and the unit was evidently SUPER hot)

We approved the replacement for that motor, and by 6:10pm I was paying the bill for the completed repair (using a slick iPad app - which wasn't really a factor, but was cool to see how they were using modern technology to make transactions easier).

We had a cool upstairs by bedtime, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.

If anything breaks again, I'll definitely be calling Canyon State (saved them to my phone as a contact :)

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

Finally, an AC company you can trust!  After over 30 years in Arizona, this is the first AC company that has been 100% honest.  Thank you Dustin for the service call.  You are the first company I will call if I have any problems with my units or when I need to have a preventative maintenance call.

From the first call and estimate, Hansen Family Plumbing has exceeded my expectations.  I've needed several projects and repairs done at my home over the years, and I have to say that Jerry has been the best of them to work with.  He is punctual, friendly, fair, and takes the time to answer questions so I understand what he needs to do. Highly recommend Jerry and Hansen!

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. This review is long over due! I contacted Sam for services about 2 months ago. I needed my drain pipes in my restrooms shortened to accommodate some IKEA vanities I purchased. I can't praise Sam and is son enough! Both were kind, knowledgeable and explained all the work that was being done. The pricing was super reasonable and they arrived when they said they would. To my surprise, they completed the job in less than an hour and this includes the time it took for them to go to the hardware store for specific material required for my job.  When they were done and it was time to pay, Sam charged me less than what was originally quoted! It was great to work with individuals that value honesty! I will definitely request more assistance from this company! I'm actually going to start a new request now... the service was excellent! Thank you Sam and son! You've exceeded my expectations!

I was unhappy with the last HVAC maintenance company I had used; I felt that they didn't have the knowledge base to explain why they were recommending a particular rather pricey repair to my AC.  

I reached out to Precision and they were prompt in arranging an inspection.  Brock who was the service tech that arrived was knowledgeable and friendly.  I signed up for the service contract because he was flexible in understanding and meeting my needs.

The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating was not my experience with Brock, it was with the person who answered the phone; no matter how much I tried to explain what I wanted it seems that other than scheduling a service tech they cannot explain pricing or triage needs.  Everything requires that you remain home for potentially a 5 hour window to discuss anything with the service tech.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Not the family owned company they used to be I believe they have been bought out by Ace services I will be using a different company from now on, somebody local with an interest in giving good advice and service not turning the service call into a sales call!

The owner of the company did reach out and a customer service person did as well and they refunded our money. I will give them that however I am now back to square one looking for a reliable A/C company.

You wouldn't believe how difficult it was to find someone willing to install a flag bracket on a stucco garage! I put the word out on Yelp and Joe Honeycutt  came in with the most reasonable quote among six vendors. He immediately offered to do whatever else I needed within the one hour of his time I was purchasing. Not only did he come prepared with special long stucco penetrating screws and anchors. When I mentioned a ceiling fan that was wobbling at high speeds, he went to Home Depot to get a fan balancing kit to fix the problem. ALL at no extra charge. Great communications in the days leading up to my appt. Clean, friendly, punctual and effective. I recommend Joe Honeycutt very highly.

One of our two builder grade, 16 year old split system A/C units quit working on Saturday night.  I called for service Sunday morning and received a service window between 4pm and 8pm that day.  Joshua called me at 5:11pm with a 45 minute ETA and he arrived at 6:03pm.  I explained the problem as I saw it (the air handler would run, but the compressor would not start) and after a few minutes of checking Joshua told me that at a minimum, the start capacitor was dead and needed replacing.  I was provided a quote of $197.50 to replace the capacitor. I knew the capacitor retails between $15 and $25 but I also took in consideration the cost/value of the service call, so under the circumstances, I accepted the quote.  

After the capacitor replacement, the compressor unit started right up and the system began to provide cold air.  

Joshua checked the freon level and amp reading of the compressor and told me the freon level was fine, but the compressor efficiency was below specs.  No other problems were noted.

I was happy with the service call and the outcome.
