Craig came out the day after I called for a broken garbage disposal and resulting clogged sink and dishwasher. He unblocked the garbage disposal and got everything draining almost immediately, then we decided to replace it, which he did easily and promptly. Craig is very respectful and timely, will definitely work with him again in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. We were so impressed with GERALD!  We own a property in AZ and live out of state.  He was there within 12 hours (because of tenants schedules), but could have been there within 2 hours.  He replaced our water heater and went above and beyond! He quoted the job and turned out to be much more involved, but kept with his quote and his word.  He is professional, courteous, and a rare gem!

ViTech came out for a home warranty plumbing service. Prompt reply and easily made arrangements to have my issue taken care of. He was quick, efficient, and honest.  Would definitely consider calling them again if the need arises.

Paid these guys 10k to replace a collapsed waste line, and they didn't bother to clear the lines, which lead to my toilet being clogged. When I called them out to look at it they told me it would cost 4k. I got a second estimate and had it fixed for less than 1k.

I've waited a couple months before posting this review, because they said they would pay for the other plumber, but they haven't.

Anyway, don't call these guys in an emergency, they will take advantage of you.

I had the pleasure of Mike and Brett come to fix a blockage we had in our bathroom today. They were very professional, on time, and honestly did everything they could to resolve the issue. Found out over the weekend that our water heater had finally given up on us after 15 years. I reached out on yelp to get a couple quotes and received a message from Diamond. I wasn't expecting a response on a Sunday night at 11pm but I received one. The owner ended up messaging me and was able to give me a quote for the unit over the internet with not issue. After receiving a couple other quotes Monday morning I decided I was going to go with P&L Plumbing. We were originally scheduled for Tuesday the 5th but I received a call that they could fit me in on Monday. Took them up on the offer. They came out and did an awesome job. Took their time with everything and the best part, no hidden costs. The price I was quoted online stayed true and that means something.
If I have any future plumbing needs I think I found a plumber I'll be using going forward.Great customer service and a great team.

Best experience ever! I texted a photo of the issue to them, and they responded with a reasonable quote. Upon arrival we decided to do a bit more to assure leak would be fixed properly as suggested by the Tech. I was very comfortable with what they suggested, and felt they were very honest. The job was completed and the price was very reasonable (affordable). I will call on them again in the future.

We used Option One Plumbing last year when we had to have all under-slab sewer pipes replaced at my mom's house. They worked every day for a week  (weekend and Thanksgiving included) to get the pipe replaced. That job was strictly the underground job. On New Year's day found my mom's bathroom sink not draining. I called Option One again. The first tech not able to snake. It did require more work but they got the job done and everything back in order as quickly as possible.

I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we had a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation.

Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink.

We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a cougar but I let it go. Whatever?

Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable.

Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is shot. He can tell this be just feeling the tank.

He has to rush off and we consider all of this.

The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work.

I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming).

THE KICKER...

MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Beware!!  Especially if contemplating major plumbing repairs! He is not licensed - has appropriated the name of a bonded,licensed plumbing company by nearly same name (go with Cobra Rooter- on Meadowbrook- and you will be beyond satisfied). No- Josh with Cobra Plumbing on Camelback did not provide reputable repairs. I removed past negative review after he refunded 500 of my over $1,000.00 expense- which showed some professionalism--but now my tenant notices a pungent sewer smell near his other repair. I will soon be out more money to get a bonded plumber to properly excavate, diagnose and repair my apparent sewer leak in laundry room. You have been warned! Josh thinks he is doing legitimate work- but he lacks the credentials and knowledge to even use correct parts. He needs to do much better to retain clientele- starting with a company name change and why not get your Contractor's license?

If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Freddy was fantastic. I had a clogged kitchen sink and had been dealing with my home warranty company for a week already trying to get it fixed. Freddy was at my house about an hour after I called him. He worked quickly, professionally, and got the job done. His price was also reasonable. I will absolutely call him again.

We had a pipe burst in March last year. We called the sunny plumber aka goettl. The service tech was nice and took care of the pipe for us and replaced our faucet fixture. It was a reasonable price. A while later we noticed that our fixture in the bathtub was leaking, a fast drip. We called them again because they offer a warranty on their work. The tech who came out replaced the fixture that they had replaced before when they fixed the pipe.  About a month later we had to call again due to leaking from the fixture again. We called, the tech came out and determined it was a valve. This time it cost us more money. They offered us a credit for half of what we originally paid. So we did. Had to call again today due to leaking, again, from the same fixture. They send the tech out, he checked it out and determined that the entire valve plate in the wall was the problem and that it was going to cost us $1600!!! My Husband said heck no. We will definitely be going somewhere else for ALL of our plumbing needs from here on out! It took FOUR trips to our home and they were still guessing! Literally the guy said, well, it could be this.... are you kidding me?? Who in their right mind would pay $1600 on a guess??? Goettl,  you guys suck. Your slogan says We do it the right way, not the hard way but it should be We do it the hard way, not the right way!! You are out there to rob people with your uneducated guesses! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Bad bad bad business!

What I want to tell you about this company is that this is a great company that I had to deal with. My Kitchen sink got clugged very bad, on the outside of my house, and it was clugged for about 3-4 month. I was trying to fix it myself, it hepled for a little while and then same problem over and over again. So I called one company, who couldnt tell me the price for cable drain over the phone, so when they came the waned to charge me $225, so I said that ROOTER HERO charges only $77 for the same job, and they left. So I called ROOTER HERO, they showed up in about 30-40 min and the guy, name SORO, told me that my problem wouldnt go away if he would just do a cable drain. So he suggested to do a complete water jet cleap up for less than $300. So he did, and now my problem is solved!!! Also, he gave me 2 year warranty on this. I Think this is a very good deal!!!
