Always positive, energetic and professional.   Andy Hobaica is the most pleasant person I have met and would trust him and this company with my home and definitely recommend to anyone!!  They will not only help fix any problems you may have but give helpful advice to keep your air-conditioning running smoothly

We had some water issues in our primary residence over the past week. One was a mild ceiling leak fixed by their very capable and personable technicians James Hill and his partner, Josh.

Then, Sunday evening,  our hot water tank unexpectedly burst. We called Day and Night that Sunday evening long after their technicians were no longer on call. However, their answering service, Heather, took our call and assured us their technicians would be sure to come out the following morning. Heather was so calm and assuring, and also showed genuine empathy in understanding our desire for urgency.

Sure enough Monday morning, James Hill, and Josh showed up slightly after 7 AM. James quickly assessed the water tank issue and since it was already out of warranty he offered us two very good options to replace the tank. Within a few hours we had hot water again. And the price included a 10 year warranty on parts and labor.

If you have ever experienced a burst hot water tank, you know how fast 50 gallons of water can spread, but luckily most of the water traveled away from our home. James installed a new tank and gave us expert advice on its maintenance and operation.

Plumbers are a rare breed, but GREAT, courteous and honest plumbers are even more rare.

We use Day and Night both for our AC units and for our plumbing and couldn't be happier with the professional and caring service ! Use them with great consumer confidence.

We recently had one of our surge protectors attached to the outside AC disconnect box catch on fire.  Proskill was able to come out within 2 hours and disconnect both surge protectors that were put on by a prior homeowner and had a recall notice on them.  Whether it is electrical, HVAC or plumbing, they are always prompt and reasonable in pricing. They are always my first call.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I needed a couple of faucets and valves, disposal, RO, and gas cook top hooked up after kitchen remodel. Sam came the next day, was friendly, efficient, thorough and very reasonable. So happy to have found someone with good skills, and old fashioned values. I highly recommend his company and have his number saved in my contacts for future needs.

Wanted to make sure I dug up this company from the several pages of better companies that come up on Yelp when searching for air conditioning repair.

After hearing the radio ad I got online and used the instant messaging to get someone out to my house. The customer service was promising! We had been without a properly working upstairs air conditioning unit for several days and Precision was able to get someone on their way to us immediately.

Coy is a marvelous salesman. I imagine he does well at what he does. Unfortunately what he does is make tons of promises, condescending and dumbed down explanations, and then when he hands you a written estimate it has nothing that he promised.

Ultimately I went with my gut and cancelled the scheduled service call before they came out. This company (or maybe just this salesman) is downright swarmy.

After getting two more estimates we ultimately went with 1-800-Cooling (previously Cooling for Less). They delivered more and gave incredible service.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

This is the second time we have used Canyon State - the first was a large job replacement of outdoor AC unit and attic exchanger in the casita - their quote was significantly less than all others and the service was timely.  Today they came out due to a critical issue with the main house unit -Timely and professional. Most impressively, they were honest as it turned out to be a simple fix and they charged us $75 for parts and same day service. I trust this company and highly recommend them.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.

I have had Travis come out twice and he is one of the nicest guys. He has explained what he thinks is causing the issue and has been able to resolve. I greatly appreciate how polite and aware he is of what needs to happen in order to get the job done.

These people will try to scam you.
Yesterday our heating went out and I give these guys a call based on the fact they installed our system (with the previous owner). Guy arrived and was friendly but openly admitted he was green and The new guy. So I was put off almost from the start. He ran some tests and said it was likely our Thermostat acting up. Then said it would be $300.00 for a new thermostat. After looking on the internet I noticed they actually run around 100.00 bucks. He installed it but then said this model wouldn't work for me. He put the old one back in and tried a factory reset. The system came on and he left. Only to have it blink out about 15 min after he left. I called the office and explained what had happen and the manager got super shitty with me when I asked why a $100.00 thermostat would cost me $300. Her reply was because it is guaranteed. Sorry bitch that isn't an answer. I explained that the guy had replaced my stat but screwed it up and I wanted to replace it myself but thought Mongo could have wired it wrong before he left. As it now was not working correctly She called me a lyer and said he only reset it. He didn't wire anything. Bitch I was standing next to him when he did it. I am not some little blue haired lady you can f with.
Later that afternoon the tech called me back to find out what happen. I asked about the thermostat and he said I now needed the $620.00 thermostat because of a special sensors on my unite. Mother tucker was upselling me and playing like this was my only option now. He came back and worked on it for 2 more hours to make sure it was a bad thermostat. I refused the $620.00 thermostat and opted to go get my own and put it in my self. I found the correct one on Amazon for $123.00. My system still doesn't work and he managed to kill my emergency heat which was working when this started. In short this company is running a thermostat scam on people. BUYER BEWARE!!! I basically paid $105.00 for this rookie to come out and totally screw up my heating system.

They are very fast in a pinch but beware the blower motor was going out on my AC unit at least they diagnosed it correctly but wanted to charge me $1600 to replace it which prompted me to look into buying a new AC unit. And then after I researched the blower motor via the model number from the blower motor I found out that the part was 300 bucks. Needless to say I felt like they were trying to rip me off.

Finally, an AC company you can trust!  After over 30 years in Arizona, this is the first AC company that has been 100% honest.  Thank you Dustin for the service call.  You are the first company I will call if I have any problems with my units or when I need to have a preventative maintenance call.

Contacted the mid part of Feb.  Finally received service latter part of March.  Had to call several times for completed job....As of today have not received a return call about completion of the job to install a new box and cover, which took over a month to get around to.....
The install of the cover, needs to be completed. Leaving open ceiling is not acceptable, it needs to be framed in.  Plus the installer never cleaned the floor where he was working....

Made appointment for gutter installation. Joe said he was a month out for scheduling. I setup date for my job. Joe was MIA. No response to calls and texts.

We have used Chas Roberts's air conditioning services since we moved into our house in 2008. They have been quite reliable with their appointments, with the exception of their recent maintenance visit; the technician never showed, so my husband wasted hours in wait. After a phone call, we were rescheduled for the next week, and on that visit the tech was right on time. Our faith in the company was restored.

However, I'm inspired to finally review them because of what happened a few days later. I woke to find a minor flood in our kitchen--the garbage disposal cracked at the base as our dishwasher ran, causing the water to empty into the cabinet below and the floor. I called Chas Roberts to use their plumbing services for the first time. They were able to schedule us for first thing the next day--much faster than I expected. I was fine with the wait since this wasn't an emergency; I plugged that side of the sink to make sure we didn't let water into the pipe.

The appointment was schedule for 7-7:30am. The plumber called at 7am and arrived at 7:30. He assessed the situation and said, yep, we needed a new garbage disposal. I told him to go ahead and install a new one. He had the job done in 40 minutes! I was really impressed. He even asked if we had other plumbing jobs for him to check on while he was there.
