Roger showed up at the prearranged time and completed the job efficiently.  He was supervised constantly by two dogs and a cat, and this did not distract him from his task . When he left there was no trace that he had been other than the newly installed bathroom faucet.

Unclogged my toilet. Fair price. Great service.  Cleaned up.  Have used twice and would recommend highly.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

0-STARS FOR HEATHER C for being the idiot that decided to give Reddi another chance.  For anyone that cares to read this tale of woe, here we go.

Called Reddi for a constantly running toilet.  I'm told $200 to replace the fill valve.  I decided to fix it since it's less hassle than replacing.  Fast forward a few hours, and it's running again.  Due to the 3-day weekend, I didn't call the tech out again until this morning.

Now, he's diagnosed that the flush valve seal is also bad, but they have to replace the whole thing.  Since the toilet was less than $200, I'm stuck with losing money either way now.  Dave did offer to discount the labor by 1/2, but still quoted another $130.  This wasn't acceptable.  Why should I pay any additional labor when I was quoted $200 to fix a problem that still exists.  Is it my fault there was only half of a diagnosis made?  And I would think the $200 I was already charged for SEVEN MINUTES of repair time and what was probably a $20 part would be enough to cover another 10 minutes or so to replace this 2nd part, which I was willing to pay for.

The tech apologized and advised had he known the flush valve was also bad...etc.  I guess I am supposed to know which part was bad?  So I will now be either wasting water or sending my husband to toilet repair school, but I will not being paying Reddi to fix it.

On a side note, I've had 3 quotes from Reddi to do the install only on a toilet.  In 2011, I was quoted $250 (we had it done elsewhere for half that).  A few months ago $150-$175.  Friday $275.  While I was previously willing to pay a premium for consistently good service, the poor service and/or unsettling business practices lately have made me rethink my own sanity.

One of the manager's, Adam, contacted me after my experience and offered his apologies and listened to my issues. As well they offered to compensate me for the work I had to have done by a different company. Thanks Adam, it made me feel better about the situation.

I live in a townhouse and have a small yard with dirt and plants inside my patio. Since the last rain, the ground never dried and was continually muddy. Then, a stream of water started welling up outside from the area against the foundation of my building and flooding out my patio. I found P & L Plumbing on Yelp and decided to go with them because their website indicated they can handle underground leak type of repairs plus also I was impressed by all their great reviews.

I'm so happy I called them! The plumber that came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices were definitely fair and reasonable. They did the repair in a day. They arrived around 8:30a, dug a trench and located my piping (which was about 30 inches down), and replaced it with a new better quality pipe. They also filled it back up, cleaned up everything, and had it complete by around 1:30p. They were awesome. If you have a plumbing issue, I would highly recommend them.

Hired them to fix a septic smell in our house.  Their employee did a partial smoke test of one vent and found a problem with the toilet.  He said that should fix it, but if not, he'd come back free of charge and do a smoke test in the other vents.  It did not fic the problem.  The company manager told me that he's not responsible for this employee because he was fired.  I pointed out that I relied on the employee and that the company took my $$.  The manager insisted they had no responsibility for anyone they fired.  BEWARE -- they do not honor their commitments.

Excellent service!  They replaced my water heater.  They came on time, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up. Good pricing on the unit and install.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Don't waste your time with the other results, if you need the job done ASAP call Freddy Fox Rooter. I've had trouble getting someone on the line all weekend to check out my water heater and he not only answered the phone but came out on down time just to bail me out.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. I was recommended to this company by a friend who is in Real Estate, and boy am I glad. Josh gave me a time and was at my door right on time...He even gave me a call to let me know he would be here on time. With a smile on his face he quickly got the job done and his price was as he quoted on the phone. I live in an old mobile home and I am sure I will have more plumbing problems so I will definitely use Cobra!

So on 5/13/2021  I had my full rejuvenation including opting for the Sadie guard dog annual package completed on my 8 year old AC  unit.  I was told that the AC  was in good shape for it's age.   I was also told it didn't have some of the needed items in ensure it would last years longer.    So I said goodbye to $1,100.00 bucks and prepped for a cool summer.

So fast forward to today 5-29-2021 and the old ac isn't working AT ALL.  So I called Goettl expecting and apology and a service tech shortly.    What I got was who are you?  It's like it's only been 2 weeks can we skip the name address phone number game.

What I got was so sorry no technician for you today.  How about tomorrow between 12-3?   Are you kidding me it's 100 degrees and it's a holiday weekend,  I had other plans than sitting and sweating my butt off waiting around for you all.

So  I'm off to a hotel for the night (BTW,  hotels are hard to find and expensive on a holiday weekend.)

I put the call in a hour or so ago,  waiting for a manager to call me,  he most be one busy guy,  cuz I haven't heard from him.

So GOETTL,  if you are listening,  you should always have techs available to service something you very well may have screwed up.  I'm not sure it was you,  but I'd bet it was,  it had been running solid for the last 5 years,  within to weeks of you all tuning it up it quits,  my money is on you all missed something or left something unfinished.

Way overpriced.  Called about my water heater as it was still under warranty.  Part was covered but they charged me $500 labor.  Told me they needed to replace the valve and as a matter of routine would replace the heat tray....parts covered by warranty.  They only replaced the valve and said that the parts company would not replace the other part because it was not bad.  Why did they tell me they were going to replace it then????  Especially if they usually always replace them together.  Labor price was the same!   It took about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and then they left to get the part.  Came back in about an hour and replaced the valve in less than 10 minutes.    I will not use them again.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday. They called and rescheduled for 10-12 on Friday. Received a call at 2 on Friday saying they needed to reschedule for the following week.  In the meantime, I called Flush King. In 1 hour from the time of  my call, Flush King had completed removal and replacement of the Pressure Regulating  Valve. Don't waste your time with Rooter Heroes. Call Flush King instead.

Did a great job getting my water softener installed. Stayed as long as needed to get the job done when some surprises came up. Great price for the quote, too.

Upon arrival at hine friday night my wife telles me we have no hot water, went to check the pilot light and found a puddle of water.. Humm  thats not good I thought. At this point it was after 630 pm Wasn't sure I could do much. Called ACE and they had a technician out 8am the next day.. Our technician Mitchell noticed we had mold around our unit from the leaking water. He said no worries made a phone call and within 1 hour we had a Company out to asses the mold and they are scheduled to do the work today actually. This was all due to our Technician Mitchell going way above and beyond for our family.. Really did quality work, and was great about educating us on best uses and how to prolong the life of our units. Honestly, for not expecting or wanting to deal with this on a weekend ACE made this as convenient cost effective and easy as possible.. Highly recommend them.
