Best Sewer Line Installation in Phoenix AZ
I was shopping around for a new HVAC unit, as mine was 14 years old and on its last leg. I had several companies come out and give me estimates (5 or 6), including Hays Cooling and Heating.
Hays had the best price by far on the HVAC unit I wanted, but did not think I could afford. My new unit was installed less than a week latter by very professional installers. In fact everyone I have dealt with so far has been very friendly and professional.
The best part was there were no hidden fees or other financial surprises at the end of the install. They did everything they said they would at the price they quoted me!
I feel Hays did a GREAT job for me and look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

We had Day and Night do a routine service call to make sure AC was working properly. Today we had Kasey come back and do the Gold Semiannual service. Oh what a wonderful experience! Kasey was amazing. Explained all he did and said we had good, working unit. We are so happy to have found Day & Night. We are snowbirds who have decided to stay in Phoenix full time. We not only signed up for the Gold, but added the plumbing as well. It feels so good to be connected to such a fine firm that employs such nice people who also speak so highly of the company they work for. Wow, so refreshing in this day and age. I called Goettl for a quote and to have some work done. They were not the cheapest but I didn't want the cheapest I wanted the best. The techs that came out were absolutely amazing, they listened, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond , when I brought up some concerns regarding my current airflow, the tech went in the ducts and fixed the flow guider (I can't remember what he called it) but he did that without adding to my cost and the airflow is now consistent in that room. Now I did have a problem with the scheduling dept. they continued to reschedule me. I filled out the survey they sent me and expressed how upset I was over that. That same day I had someone call me about it and said he would work on the issue. A day later I received a phone call and when I answered and heard the gentleman start speaking I said to myself I know this voice from the radio. Yes it was Mr. Goodrich himself, we spoke about the survey and what I had encountered. He promised me he would definitely work on the issue and then he made sure I was made whole. He told me that he wanted to make sure that I or anyone I referred knows that Goettl not only talks the talk but they walk the walk. I am here to say they do and I will refer everyone I know to use Goettl. They are amazing and just let them know I sent you. First class all the way. Thank you Mr. Goodrich!!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

They are very fast in a pinch but beware the blower motor was going out on my AC unit at least they diagnosed it correctly but wanted to charge me $1600 to replace it which prompted me to look into buying a new AC unit. And then after I researched the blower motor via the model number from the blower motor I found out that the part was 300 bucks. Needless to say I felt like they were trying to rip me off.

When having problems with a differential temperature control for my solar water heater, their service man was helpful and put in a new one, with a one-year warranty, for $528. 3 months after the warranty expired, the control failed and Donley would not replace it without starting all over with new labor and new parts. Another company replaced the one Donley put in with an identical one for $200! I realized then how much Donley overcharged me $328 for the first one which lasted only a little over a year.

Submitted a request for a price quote and Luke & Ian arrived at our house the same day and on-time.
They were extremely helpful and performed an inspection and explained everything they recommended with a new system installation. Our then current A/C units were 20+ years old . They also where willing to help with one of our current A/C units that was leaking freon (not working) while I worked with the home warranty.
After getting quotes from 4 other companies we decided to upgrade with Kings of A/C for the following reasons
(1) they are nice guys and explained in detail the services they would performed and the written quote matched (a other said some things but not on quote)
(2) their overall willingness to help, provided multiple options with different units (14 vs 16 vs 18 seer ; 1 stage vs 2 stage vs variable, etc) they explained the pros and cons of each and didn't push us to a higher priced unit.
(3) They were very responsive to my questions - I texted them 3-4 times with questions after the left while doing the research - each text was answered quickly.
(4) The value of the system (significant upgrade from what we had) and at a very competitive price - high efficient systems - they also didn't require the rebates others offered - the price they gave was the price we paid!
They were able to get the new system installed the NEXT day!! (2) 4 ton split units and new furnace. I paid the deposit and the next day they arrived sharp at 6 AM and worked 11+ hours- it was so nice to feel the cool air come on!
The new units are very quiet and the house went from 91+ to 78 in a few hours. They cleaned up everything - swept the floor - removed the old systems / parts and the concrete - I should have taken a picture of all the stuff they removed- it was a lot.
They came back the next day to tidy up and check the system. They replaced the trim on the attic access - paid attention to the small stuff.
Units worked perfectly - it's only been a couple of days since installation but all is great! We are very satisfied.
Highly recommend.
FYI - We replaced an A/C at our previous home 5 years ago with another company. While the system worked, the installers didn't clean up much - the attic access was damaged and some of the drywall was damaged and reused some parts (pan and electrical boxes) NONE of this with Kings of A/C- all new and left like they were not here.

It's not everyday you find someone in the Phoenix area who has the expertise to do exactly what they say they're gonna do...APES does! Whole house water filters, reverse osmosis, water softeners, inspections and old plumbing that needed to be redone, APES did all of it for me! They know how to use cell phones and email, too, which meant that the APES were always in touch and communicative - more so than most humans who just like to grunt and pound their chest about how great they are, ironically. Our A/C went out on Thursday am and they were not able to come out until this Monday, I know this is high time when things happen. It was not a big deal, we survived!
Craig is fantastic! He called my husband to let him know he was on his way. Craig knew when he walked in what was wrong. We signed up for the service plan, only 195/year! When you are signed up for this and there is an issue they will come out earlier. This service plan is so worth it!
I know other a/c companies do a service plan too.
