We are very happy with American Home Water & Air. Their offering for a home water softener and reverse osmosis systems were much more affordable thank other companies. We've now used them for three years, and their service, response times, and value continue to impress. We'd highly recommend this company.

Richard was out today to do my yearly check on my heater.  He was friendly & courteous & here when they said they would be.   They do a great job!

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

Last night my a/c stopped working. I called ProSkill and left a message. I also called first thing this morning and was lucky to be served so quickly! Gavin was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My house is cool already!!

Great service! I had a water pipe break outside, and had to turn off the water main. Hansen Family Plumbing is the only company that said they could come out the same day. They came a couple hours after contacting them, and made the repair in about hour. They also came under the original estimate quote.

Recently found this company Four Seasons Home Services though Groupon to tune up and inspect my home A.C. unit.  It was starting to give me a problem.  Four Seasons sent two of their workers Chris and Carlos come out to my home. They did a great job, super honest and hard working guys. My A.C. needed a new motor and I ended up getting a one year service with Four Seasons cause they did good work. I trust that they will do good job in future for me. I super happy with their service and recommend this company to my friends and family giving to give them a chance to prove their work for you.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Louis Hobaica was very helpful sending a tech named Brandon to my home to use test equipment to confirm a leaking condenser.  Brandon made a video which I provided to the company holding my warranty and that company replaced it under my warranty.  Hobaica has been fabulous every time.

Just had Day & Night come out and repair my dead unit. I noticed it was not working as of midnight last night. I called George Brazil, Goettl and Day & Night, and they were the only company that could come out today/this weekend. I'm extremely impressed with their ability to get me on the schedule, get my unit diagnosed and repaired all within 12 hours of me identifying the failure. And I wasn't even an existing customer.

They replaced a set of fuses and two bad capacitors. I also signed up for their Gold plan on both of my units, especially since it comes with a free capacitor yearly.

Nick performed the repair and I couldn't be happier with his promptness, courteousness and knowledge of the system. Having shopped around in the past for HVAC repair companies, I'm completely satisfied signing on with Day & Night for the foreseeable future.

King Plumbing provided my family with the absolute BEST plumbing service we have had in our 50+ years.  Not only was the work professional, on time, well organized with no gimmicks, but the technician was polite and efficient.  He was the most on-task person we have ever met.  We will call King Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and encourage others to do teh same. Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I had an estimate for some electrical work.  Very high quote for 2 outlets and 4 can lights when electric is already there and all they have to do is run wires and put in the boxes.  Materials at Home Depot, less than $200.  Estimate, 800 for 2 outlets, and 1400 for can lights.  Then, to add insult to injury, when I decline, a few days later I get a call, asking if I would go ahead at a lower price.  No, thank you.  Now, if something catastrophic happened and I needed service ASAP and every other contractor on the planet had gone out of business...nope.  Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.  So, if you must use them, take any price they offer you, cut it in half if you don't have time to go somewhere else.  And always use a credit card-not debit not check-so you can dispute the charges if the work isn't done correctly.

AC went out last night.  Scheduling was quick and easy, and they came out the same day while others were quoting at least 2 days.  Aaron showed up, and had our AC up and running in no time!  Went over all options with us, and gave some helpful tips and pointers for the future.  We even bought the 3 year service contract because it was such a good deal!  Will also be making my appt with them for duct cleaning and insulation.  Would highly recommend Aaron and Precision to anyone.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Friday morning, just about to finish my shower and I go to shut off the water and the handle comes off in my hand. The water is still on full blast and it's hot as hell. I've got no way to shut it down. The top of the stem is still in the handle. It twisted right off.
I quickly dried off, through on some clothes, and headed out to the garage and shut off the hot water at the tank. Hot is off but still have a little cold running. Time to call a plumber.
I ask Google for a plumber in the Sun City West area. I get a bunch. Call the first...they can't come today. Call the second...cant get there till Monday. Third was Canyon State...She told me they could have a plumber there in two hours. Great, I said.  Send him over.
He came on time, fixed the problem (it wasn't easy) in an hour and he was gone.
The availability was great, he was very professional, (knew what he was doing), and the price was reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more. I've never used them before but they will be my first call next time.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

I really appreciate Goettl fixing a longtime problem. I'd given up, but pursued it one last time. I appreciate George sending someone out to properly fix the problem. Really appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism of him and his employees.

Chas Roberts is a horrible rip off.  Do not use them for any service.  They will charge $85 just to come out and then hit you with excessive estimates for repair work hoping you will just go with them out of deperation or because you have already invested $85.  They had my repair so inflated and basically just wanted me to buy a new system even though mine is perfectly repairable.  The service tech had a HUGE attitude started trying to sell me on the environment and freon, etc.  They must train them to try and give some fake emotional sales pitch.  He did absolutely nothing on my system and in fact told me everything was fine until I told him it leaks freon each year so I finally wanted to find out what was wrong with it.  Then he tells me it is the coil which I already knew.  Worthless!!

They must get some sort of commission or bonus for selling a new system because it is very obvious they are headed in that direction when they come out.

I know they are a well known company and install a lot of new home but I would not trust them on the service side.
