Best Pipe Installation in Phoenix AZ
Our 13 year A/C stopped working last night, or should say the Blower stopped working. I can do some A/C stuff, so went up on the roof, but couldn't get it working. Called Hays at 7 AM, they said someone would be there between 9 and 11 AM. They called back at 7:30 AM and asked if it would be ok if the guy showed up between 8:15-8:30 AM. Of course I said no problem. They were there at 8:25 AM, So time estimates where dead on!
I explained what was going on, we went up to the roof and they did a quick test to bypass the thermostat. It worked, so I went back down and set the thermostat to on, it worked again. They also recommended switch the fan motor for LOW to HIGH. I inherited this A/C when I bought the house 3 years ago. What great guys to explain how it was hooked up, I said let's do it. What a big difference that made in the house, really blows now, covers the rooms better (1954 house)! They checked the freon, cap, etc and said it all tested good.
They also told me, if it happened again most likely it means it's the circuit board, which I believe, he tapped the relay's on it before bypassing the thermostat. The Circuit board is showing some burnt spots etc. They did not recommend to replace it at this time, it might last 5 years, it might last 2 days they said. If the issue occurs again, the board probably needs replaced.
They charged me standard $69 service fee, and 1/2 hour of labor. Sounded right to me! I cannot stress how great it was to find honest A/C service techs. Hay's is my new #1 A/C company!

5 star Customer service from start to finish! My technician Joshua arrived promptly for a general inspection of my new a/c system in a brand new condo. He discovered an underperforming part that would have eventually caused the unit to stop cooling or cause damage. I've used ProSkill for years to service my HVAC system. When it came time to replace it, I called them as they always do quality work. Tyler E. did the estimate.. he checked the configuration of the existing system, inspected the floor layout and venting. He then recommended the replacement system and explained why. He went through the estimate and rebates. The pricing was good and what I had expected it to cost. Scheduling installation was easy. The installation crew (6 technician's-sorry I don't recall all 6 names, Carl, Dan, Cezar, Terrance) arrived on time. They began there work. Two were in the attic removing the old furnace, two were outside replacing the AC units and two were staging the new furnaces and removing the old. The teams worked effectively as a cohesive group. After installation they cleaned up the work area and you'd never know they were ever there if you hadn't seen them do the work... Everything was in order. They demonstrated the new system and answered any questions. I can't be more pleased with the work ProSkill has done. The technician's are true professionals. It easy to highly recommend their services. In addition to this review I called Tyler R. (One of the owners) and personally let him know how pleased I am with their service and the new units.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service! We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING! Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack! Zack and his working partner went above and beyond. I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me. I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.

This is the second time we have used Canyon State - the first was a large job replacement of outdoor AC unit and attic exchanger in the casita - their quote was significantly less than all others and the service was timely. Today they came out due to a critical issue with the main house unit -Timely and professional. Most impressively, they were honest as it turned out to be a simple fix and they charged us $75 for parts and same day service. I trust this company and highly recommend them.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. Came home with a busted AC unit so I went to Yelp and found these guys. Called at 445 and they were out by 630. Curt arrived, got on the roof for about 15minutes and pinpointed the problem. Within 20minutes the AC was fixed. Fast, courteous and to the point. Definitely recommend them!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.

Our AC unit was not working so I placed a call to Yavapai Plumbing & Heating on a Monday. On Tuesday the technician (Shane) showed up on time. He was great to work with and after checking our AC units along with furnace - our AC unit was up and running. I wanted my split system indoor coil cleaned. I told Goettl the brand I had installed 5-6 years ago, it was a manufactured home, access to indoor coil in the garage via a closet type door. Being the the HVAC business, that would tell them EVERYTHING they needed to know to give me my requested estimate for cleaning. From the above info, it was plenty info to get an estimate. I asked them to reply via email and NOT to call. They called and said they needed to come-by because they DO NOT give estimates without first looking. NO THANKS. I gave you more than enough to provide me with an estimate. Goettl just wanted to come by to see how much they think they could up the price pending on my residence and how wealthy I looked. I do not recommend anyone hire Joe for tile work, or anything else for that matter. I reached out at the beginning of June to have him demo and re-tile two bathroom showers and initially, Joe was very responsive. I chose him because he had photos of a previous tile job he had done. He sent me a quote and told me it would take 2-3 days per bathroom from start to finish. He came out the first day and removed the tile, and then found that the original tile was put up on drywall. As we decided to put in cement board, he told me it would take an extra day per bathroom. I offered to buy the backerboard, he said not to worry about it.
First day was demo. Second day was 5 days later due to his family emergency, and he put in the backerboard and shower valve. Day 3 (a week after starting) he started to put up tile and wasn't able to finish, so he came back the next day. Took 4 days just to get the tile up (no grout), at which point I was able to get a good look at his work.
He had left tile spacers in from Day 3 (should have been removed after 20-30 min). If I hadn't removed them, they'd have been left in over the weekend. Most of them were stuck and broke off. There was also a dent in my tub and adhesive all over it. When I texted him about it, he said I could clean the adhesive with a sponge and regarding the damage to the tub that happened when I did the demo. No apology or offer to fix it.
I then noticed that one of the walls wasn't level. Several of the tiles were out of place, one had a corner popping out. None of the grout lines were even. There was a huge gap between where the tile ended and where the drywall began. When I texted him regarding the wall not being level, he took two days to respond. When I sent a follow up text after not hearing back, he said he could take out and replace the tiles but could not fix the wall not being level.
I then had two separate contractors come out to assess it and both said it was the worst work they'd ever seen. They confirmed that the wall should not have been tiled until it was level, and that they could definitely level it but the whole shower would have to be ripped out and started over. Additionally, now the tub needs to be replaced as Joe damaged it during the demo.
I reached back out to him with this information and apart from saying sorry for the inconvenience he did not take any responsibility for not only the terrible work, but the damage he caused. I sent two additional texts and he completely ignored both. He has refused to refund my deposit or fix the work (beyond replacing a couple of tile, which is a complete waste of time). So now it has been two weeks, I still don't have a functional shower, and I am now out $2,000 between the deposit and the tile and tub. Unacceptable.

We moved into a home that the previous owners had used Chas Robert's for everything. We had seen them twice for AC tune ups. Takeaways from those visits were they wanted to upsell us on many add ons. Today we discovered our 6 year old water heater leaking in the garage. Called Chas Robert's and Evan arrived within 30 minutes. He had to get a new unit and came back within an hour and worked until 8pm to install. Really impressed with their responsiveness and how knowledgeable and professional Evan is. Based on the reviews I was not a big fan of the company, but todays experience was excellent and a big call out to Evan!
