I called before  8 am Erik answered. I explained what the problem was he was here in less than 2 hours. Prompt, fair priced and I would recommended him to friends and neighbors.

I had plumbing work done in my kitchen in December of 2017. There was a long-term leak in some old plumbing (from the 60's), which required demolition of part of the wall to repair.  Jason K from Lawson was very expert in diagnosing the problem and did a fantastic job on the demolition portion and the repair of the plumbing.  I also had an outdoor leak repaired at the same visit.  In addition to doing a great job on the two problems, he noticed that the pressure control valve (PCV), which was installed by a different company 2-3 years ago, had already failed.  He repaired that as well.  Furthermore, rather than just charging me the initial estimated price, he charged for the actual time it took to repair, so that the total job, including the PCV add-on, was less than the initial quote.  The service was exceptional from the initial contact and everything following. Jason was not only very knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company.  Their reviews are well deserved.

Lawson Family plumbing was great when they installed a new kitchen faucet, a dishwasher drip line and a new water pressure valve in my home. Very nice guys performed the work and they were neat and on time.

ProSkill came out yesterday, just for routine maintenance on our AC/Heater.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  Technician, Gaquar Moore, was right on time, sent text to let us know he was on his way, his picture was included so we would know him when he arrived.  He was friendly and courteous.  Even slipped on booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean.

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

The driver in Tempe from the US60 to L101 NB did not treat people on the road like gold. The driver closely road peoples bumpers, then proceed to cut across the gore area leading the L101 ramp. Multiple cars had to slow down incredibly fast and swerve to allow the van in.

Don't drive like a mad lad in a company van.

I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

These guys are truly great. Real professionals not fly by night guys. Brendan provided prompt, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable service. He was able to quickly assess the scope of our leak and get it fixed right away. They came out within minutes of our call and did really fine work. The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.
