What a great Company!! Very responsive and polite. They kept me well informed every step of the process. The Repair Person was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. 1st Choice Mechanical is going in the Contacts List on the cell phone. I will definitely be using them again.

I could not of asked for a better experience than working with Ideal Energy. They communicated when they were coming they showed up went on time. They sent me text with pictures of the people that would be there. they perform the highest quality work that I've ever seen done by an AC service company no wonder they are nationally recognized for their work  I am so happy with the results my house went from a 5 ton unit to a 3 ton unit due to the improvements made in my ductwork and insulation. Plus and am saving lots of money on my electric bill  Alex Chris Kurt and the entire team did a phenomenal job. They made sure everything was exactly as I expected it at the end of the job. There is no reason to ever call someone else. 5 stars is not a high enough recommendation.

We returned from an out of town trip to find that one of our air conditioning units wasn't working. It was a great experience working with Freddy's; they were very responsive, communicated well, and fixed the issue.

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

Kirk came out to check our ice maker, figured out the issue right away. He provided very reasonable quote for the material and labor. Came back a couple of days later and fixed the ice maker. He was very responsive, showed up on time, very professional, answered all our questions. Definitely recommend and will use again if we need other appliance repair.

I'm blown away how much attention to detail our appliance install received. Jeremy explains the brand technicals in detail and also the operational dos and don'ts.
My advice to future consumers is , please save yourself time and heart ache and get Jeremy to take care of all your home appliance needs!

I have used this company for a stove repair for my rental and am very disappointed with their service. This company was referred to me by my Home warrantee (HW) company. This appliance repair company replaced a gas lighting system which only started to light after several clicks. After the repair and part replacement was done, I was not informed of its work status. A few weeks later, the tenant reports orange flames and was concerned about carbon monoxide issue.  The HW company told us to contact this repair company for a recheck. When I contact this repair company, the phone receptionist (?owner) was very unprofessional, condescendant and unhelpful and questioned my request for recall. He said another work order needs to be placed before a tech can come out again. I do not recommend this repair company due to their very poor customer service and business practice.

We had to have some lights replaced at our business. They were reasonable and quick to get our estimate. Also did a good job communicating when they were able to get the replacements and scheduling the install. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they were great to work with.

We had our house built in September and Chas Roberts put in our AC unit. We used them to complete our maintenance for the first year and during this time we noticed the over flow drain off was dripping. We were told at 2 different occasions that this was normal. About 2-3months later our drip pan overflowed and leaked into our ceiling. It look them 6 hours to come out. They would not give us an estimate of when they would come out and during this time we had another AC company come out to rig it enough to use the AC because it was during the summer.  When they finally showed up,  they blamed the other AC company for the over flow! They stated we lied.  We had to get the home builder involved in order for Chas Roberts to fix their original mistake.  I would have given more stars for fixing it if we didn't have to get the home builder involved to even address the mistake.  And every time we have had a technician come out,  they are rude and don't have customer service.  We had one technician refuse to come into the house because he did not want to put covers over his shoes because his back hurt! On top of all of this, we wanted another AC company to service our AC due to our history and they put locks on their units so we had to pay $85 just have them come out to take off a lock that took 2 seconds. They just want your money with no regard for their customers or if they do a good job. I wouldn't even waste my time with them.
