I normally don't give 5 stars but Austin from Snake N Laterals did a terrific job. Not only did he fix the clog, which was extremely burdensome but he explained the entire process and gave us options to improve our pipes moving forward.

I'm giving this company 1 star, not because they did a bad job but because they Price gouged me. Let me explain, I called and requested a quote because I had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, after checking all the P traps I figured the seal on the toilet was loose and sewer gases was leaking into the air, I was given a quote of $95 to replace the wax ring and reinstall the toilet - that included parts and labor. When the technician arrived (very polite man) he checked the toilet, he said everything seemed fine (there was no removal of the toilet or anything like that) Turns out there was a dead mouse in my vent, he took the Mouse out and rinsed off the vent. I asked OK how much would this be? He replied i'll have to call the company, when he came back he told me that they told him that a air conditioner company would have charge me $185 but they were only charging me $125. I was shocked because that price was more than actually removing the toilet replacing the wax ring and reinstalling it!! And had I known I would've had my son get the mouse, it was literally laying on the vent. I felt railroaded, I had no choice but to pay this amount because he had already done the job but let's be clear I would've never paid someone $120 to dispose a mouse! I feel this company possesses a lack of integrity and I will definitely never use their services again. So BEWARE!!

PS. The technician was very professional and kind throughout the process he was not the problem the company was.

I had a great experience with B B plumbing & would recommend highly ! I called for appointment on a Friday & they were able to come out on the next Monday morning. The Plumber  who came was courteous and took the time to explain the repair.

I needed a shower installed during the holidays and Ben was prompt in returning my call. He showed up on time and quickly gave an estimate. Ben had a prompt, no-nonsense attitude and was upfront about what was included in the estimate. I was out of town before he could finish the work but he finished the install and sent pictures to confirm. I will hire him again.

Two young men showed up even earlier than scheduled. Our water heater was leaking.. but was 19 years old so we knew it would be replaced. They were professional. Told us exactly what they were going to do and why. Gave us a quote and got to work. 3 hours later it was finished. They cleaned up and took all the old parts away. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Chris did a GREAT job in a timely, professional manner.  
Our gas was shut off in the middle of the night (a leak had been detected by SoCal Gas).  He came up with the solution, rallied a crew, and completed the job in the time frame as promised.  The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, but he kept to his timeline and his price was very fair.  I will call him with any future plumbing needs and can recommend him highly.

I feel like they over charge me for a $600 water heater replacement. They could have just fixed the part and cleaned the screen. My plumber buddy said I got screwed. I am going to pay $1750.... I kinda of feel sick to my stomach.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Tod is a very friendly and honest man. He's very punctual, and to me, he seems to be a perfectionist. His price was very affordable. He installed a new water heater and ran into quite a bit of problems. My water heater's been leaking for a while and damage the top of it and some dry wall. The base that it was sitting on got a lot of damage too. He fixed all those things and made a new base. He knows his job well and explained what he did. He didn't even up his cost for the extra trouble. He kept the same quoted price. You can tell he takes pride in his work.   I will be using him in the future and would highly recommend him. Do not hire this company.  We did a remodel and our contractor used this company.  First they didn't cap off a pipe and caused a leak in our ceiling, then they dented our refrigerator moving it back in, they reversed the hot and cold on our washing machine hook up, they left a piece of plastic in the garbage disposal when hooking it up that made us think something was wrong with the disposal, and the worst was hooking up my gas stove and not checking for leaks.  Thankfully we discovered it before it blew up my house because it was leaking gas!

Our AC stopped working, first we called Lee's Air but nobody picked up and I left a message for them to call me back. Over 2 hours later they never called me back. So we decided to call Allbritten. They answered right away and they were very polite. They answered all my questions and booked me for an appointment the next day per my request. I really appreciate that they will keep you updated via text when they will arrive so you can go about your day normally instead of having to sit around waiting and they will also call you 20-30 minutes prior to their arrival. The very next day our AC all of a sudden decided to work again. I called them to cancel and they were very polite and were not at all upset about the cancellation. I will definitely call them if I ever have any issues with my HVAC. I love their communication.
