Best Toilet Installation in Fresno CA

Since initially using them for the leak in my garage coming from upstairs shower/tub. I have used them a few more times and their customer service and professionalism is consistent! They have replaced a water heater for me as well as a toilet in one of my rental homes. The communication is always quick and prompt with the office and the plumber always keeps me informed and explains to me the reasoning of what needs to be done. They will be the company that I always call first when I have any plumbing issues with my properties!

Simms said everything I wanted to hear the first time we spoke. Scheduled a time without a problem. Then did not show. We rescheduled and they made up an excuse to why they did not show. I needed the help and did not want to start this process again, so we continued with them. Since they would be coming to my unit I had to be friendly vs getting in an argument why they did not show and then having them in my place.

If zero stars was an option, I would give them minus. They were not cheap and they wasted my time which is even more important.

Once you know... we all have options and instead of going in to the details, I will just say beware, they are bad... don't use them. I should have looked here first

If you keep reading, Simms has no customer service. They have little to no communication skills. We scheduled an appoinment and blocked out 3 hours. They did not show multiple times.

They do the work that is requested, but it is probably more difficult to find a plumber who cannot fix a broken item, so that is not saying much. It is very surprising in a time when people are looking for business, Simms appears to not be interested.

I would suggest to go somewhere else. Not even worth trying Simms, because there are plenty of options. Obviously I will not call them again.

Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

Ben's A1 Noble Plumbing is a godsend. I bought a new dishwasher from Sears, but the guy who came to install it ran away from the job saying I had to take care of a big plumbing problem first. I contacted Ben, who visited promptly to give me a free estimate. Not only was there no major plumbing issue, he said, but he could install the dishwasher for me for a much more reasonable price. While he was here, he also fixed a couple of small things and didn't even bill me for them. He installed the dishwasher competently and with great attention to detail, including clean-up. So, some weeks later, when I discovered a minor flood in my kitchen, naturally I called Ben first. Again, he came by promptly despite a full schedule; assessed that it wasn't a plumbing issue, and put me in touch with someone who could help me with the appliance. As he was leaving, I happened to mention a slow drip in one of my faucets, and although Ben had had a long day, he offered to fix the faucet as a courtesy. Besides being great at what he does, Ben is impeccably professional, takes pride in his work, charges very reasonably for his labor, and has kindness to spare. I won't be looking for another plumber any time soon--and you needn't either. Highly recommended.

Our A/C went out late Friday night in the middle of summer. We called D&S early Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze us in. We were given an 11-1 time frame, but our technician called us at 10:30 and let us know he was going to be early. Angel, our technician, was able to diagnose our A/C quickly and had it repaired within two hours! Angel was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the work he does! I would definitely recommend D&S Plumbing to anybody needing an A/C repair!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Tod was awesome! Not only was he courteous but he was prompt and knowledgeable. If I ever have anymore plumbing issues Tod is the one I'll be calling.

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

Our kitchen drain stopped draining and after some DIY trouble shooting, it became obvious it was not a simple under the sink clog. Snake 'n' Laterals was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the service. Our technician, Austin, went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he quickly clear the blockage while managing to calm down my barking dog, he even helped me throw away the pumpkins for Halloween. Highly recommend!

John did an amazing job installing ceiling fans in our home. He not only showed up on time he went the extra mile. The fans had a missing part from the manufacturer and he was able to make it work and get them installed in a timely manner. He easily could have charged us more for the extra time he put in he stuck with the estimate. I recommend him to anyone in the central valley needing handyman work and will be using him in the near future.

Today A Reliable Plumbing fixed a water heater at a rental property I own.  The technician came out earlier this week, and wanted to charge me $350 for a new burner assembly that would take a week or two to receive!  Just the part, not even labor was going to be $350.  I explained that this is ridiculous because a whole new water heater costs $350-$400.  He agreed and said that I could order my own part.  I bought the part directly from sears and I was at my house the next day for $90.  After all this I was still dumb/desperate enough to have him install this part for me.  While at the unit to install the part today, he was rude to my wife, and insulted my tenant.  After all this, he charged me $160 for labor that he said was only going to be $95.  All this headache for an easy plumbing job that I would have done myself if I had the time.  Don't use this company unless you enjoy bad customer service and deceptive pricing.

I was in a country house that is over a hundred years old. The septic had forced all the pipes to be clogged. I called in the afternoon and they had someone out 3 hours later. That guy snaked the line till everything was working. Then did not charge me. He was going to come back in a week to make sure it was okay before money changed hands. That is awesome service. I will call them again for any problem I ever have.

Hired them to repair a tankless water heater.   Nice guys, but they didn't know what they were doing- despite claiming to have a lot of experience with tankless heaters.  They worked for a week and in the end the heater doesn't work at all. Nothing but cold water. But we paid more than $800.

Plumbers, any plumber, are not cheap.  You want someone who will do the job right for your money.  These folks give you the information you need to make the right choice?  I was told the cost could be $600 to $1500.  Shockingly the job came in at the lower number and solved my problem. Chris from Allbritten has come out to fix several to fix different problems.  Good guy, good plumber, provides all the information I needed.  Highly recommend him and his company.

B&B plumbing has stepped up to the plate and taken care of the problem that I had since they replaced the sewer line back in June 2017.  They worked with Jose Ochoa from City Tree management (great tree company if you need one) and resolved the problem.  I wish that B&B had taken my first calls seriously. This would never have escalated to my giving them a negative review. I have used B&B in the past and they have always given me good service.  Thank you and I will use B&B again as needed.
