Best Sink Installation in Fresno CA

Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

I called on 12/16/19 and left a voicemail requesting service.  I never heard back. I called today 12/17 and immediately got an automated text that said,  please text me. So I texted, hey is this the plumbing service? I never recieved a response so these guys are worthless when it comes to communication. If they are busy,  all they have to do is call back and say so. I have a leak in the house and don't have time for messing around.

The number I used was 232-9590. If this isn't their correct number then perhaps they should update it. Lousy way of doing business.

I was calling the first plumbing service team at 12:35 p.m and they didn't take any schedule until 2:20 p.m and I called another plumbing service team and they will be taken the service with tide schedule without any schedule. They will charge $125 and the technician will charge again when he saw a part which he changed. The pipe has to change 7 and the guy said $375. I thought I paid $125 for office fee and I have to pay another $250 with fine. I didn't ask any bargains or discounts. Finally, the guy said $375 for repaired and office fee $125 total $500 for 30 minutes. I was very upset on that amount and I think not reasonable price for that. They charged an emergency repairs and I never expected on that amount. Think about it, $500 for 30 minutes!!! Shame on you guys!!! Shame on you... 7 inches copper pipe for $500... but thank you for your help Justin!!!

My new found favorite plumber.  Helped us at Christmas time when our regular never returned our call (still hasn't).  Just had him replace my mothers' water heater.  Same as before: Uber polite and professional.  Can't say enough this company.  Kudos to Brian for a great job.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Don't believe the other reviews. Unprofessional flakes. My water heater broke. So I have no hot water. Can't shower, can't do laundry, etc. They set a three hour window to come to my home. They texted right before the end of the day and said they couldn't make it. They did not reschedule another time. I was left in limbo without hot water. They didn't answer their phone when I tried to call. They didn't respond to my (very polite) voicemail at all. It seemed like they couldn't care less about me as a customer.

I had a well known company come (they had a special) to check my air conditioner, and found a leak in the coil. $2100 for a new one. I called D and S because they were recommended by a friend who raved about their plumbing capabilities, and they gave me an alternative which was to seal the coil. It is guaranteed for a year, and one tenth the price. Hopefully it will last me a few years, and then will replace the whole unit which is now 12 years old. They also charge $14 less a pound for freon than the big company did. They are very efficient and extremely friendly.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Unfortunately I had a leak in the main water line service coming into the home.  I called Tod after talking to some other Plumbing services who did not inspire confidence and timeliness in getting out to the house.  Tod came out the next day, located the source of the problem, fixed it appropriately and charged a fair price.  I would highly recommend.

We needed to replace three outside doors.  John responded in minutes, and we made an appointment for him to look at the doors.  He came promptly at 8 am, and suggested replacement doors and a total bill at a very reasonable price. He purchased the doors at Home Depot, brought them in his truck to our home and installed and painted them on the same day!  Excellent workmanship, very professional, and prompt.  We are quite satisfied with the work and would recommend him highly.

Today A Reliable Plumbing fixed a water heater at a rental property I own.  The technician came out earlier this week, and wanted to charge me $350 for a new burner assembly that would take a week or two to receive!  Just the part, not even labor was going to be $350.  I explained that this is ridiculous because a whole new water heater costs $350-$400.  He agreed and said that I could order my own part.  I bought the part directly from sears and I was at my house the next day for $90.  After all this I was still dumb/desperate enough to have him install this part for me.  While at the unit to install the part today, he was rude to my wife, and insulted my tenant.  After all this, he charged me $160 for labor that he said was only going to be $95.  All this headache for an easy plumbing job that I would have done myself if I had the time.  Don't use this company unless you enjoy bad customer service and deceptive pricing.

We're in a 25 year old house, just at the point where a lot of the original plumbing is starting to go a little weird.  After calling Fresno Plumbing out a few times for issues caused by our dishwasher (don't ask lol), we used them when a tub stopped up badly, and started leaking. They were able to take care of the problem quickly, and were very reasonable on the bill too!

I had an appointment to service my airconditioner that they instelled. The first appointment they canceled i waited another month which was today they sent a text saying they would be here sometime today but couldn't say when, about 3:00 i called the office asking when they would be here she said they had called three times which is a flat lie my phone log has no calls and my wifes has no calls. So my assumption is that its sat and the technicion wanted to go home. So i wasted my sat for no reason.

B&B plumbing has stepped up to the plate and taken care of the problem that I had since they replaced the sewer line back in June 2017.  They worked with Jose Ochoa from City Tree management (great tree company if you need one) and resolved the problem.  I wish that B&B had taken my first calls seriously. This would never have escalated to my giving them a negative review. I have used B&B in the past and they have always given me good service.  Thank you and I will use B&B again as needed.

Jason is a horrible employee. He came into my home with an extremely bad attitude and horrible customer service. The reason for his return visit was because he didn't do his job right the first time in unclogging a drain. He said I did do a good job because I even recorded it. He then says I'm gonna record it again without asking for permission to record in my house. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my own home before. So I recorded them as well. Some lady also comes in without stating who she is or what she's there for. She was blocking my bathroom door so I asked her to please move so I could see him do the job, she says in a snooty voice he's fixing it I'm like okay I just want to make sure he's doing a good job. She replies with you don't need to give me attitude. So I said noooo, you don't need to give me attitude you are in my house Jason then says okay were outta here. I'm like yes please get out of my house! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people before! That guy with the tattoos keeps yelling yeah whatever thank you, thank you. Seriously I'm surprised anybody would hire such a hostel person to enter a home on a daily basis. I don't recommend this business at all. Besides he couldn't do the job right the first time, it was my fault for expecting a better job from a lazy employee.
