They showed up within the time frame they'd promised.  Very nice man who did a great job in a short amount of time. Would use this company again.   Very professional.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

The work that is done is excellent.  A real family operated business.  Father son daughter team.  Very satisfied with the work and quality of work. Also they are clearly trustworthy people. I would NOT feel worried leaving them alone on my house.  I am confident they would never steel or snoop.  -1 star for price.  But hey, you get what you pay for.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer last year. I called Hawk Air to see when they could come out to check out the problem. They scheduled me the next day and had my AC running in no time.  The Technician's possessed exceptional customer service.  Happy with their services. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our front water line cracked and was spray water, flooding the yard. I called SNL and they were at my home in less than 30 min to shut off water to the house. They promptly repaired the break, explained everything w/pictures. Great prices, great staff, great experience. I will never go else where.

He's a really cool guy at a very fair price. He did two ceiling fans and a suspension mount. I would definitely hire him again.

Albert just left.  Before he started work he quoted, 215 to $225 to take a snake machine onto the roof.  
I approved.  I thought he was quoting me a by-the-hour and that he would take about that long.  No.  35 minutes later he is finished.
He brings the invoice in and says, $245.  So my conclusion is: they charge more than $400 an hour.
This business needs to explicitly say, The job is quoted by the work to be done.  We do NOT charge by the hour.
When I called to clarify my misunderstanding, the woman on the phone started making up stories and misquoting me three different times.  She is very good at confusing an issue and blaming a current customer for past customer's complaints and issue.
They really need to get interpersonal communication training.  Because they did not clearly say, WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR, they left room for misunderstanding and hard feelings.
No, I will not use them again.

We're in a 25 year old house, just at the point where a lot of the original plumbing is starting to go a little weird.  After calling Fresno Plumbing out a few times for issues caused by our dishwasher (don't ask lol), we used them when a tub stopped up badly, and started leaking. They were able to take care of the problem quickly, and were very reasonable on the bill too!

Do not hire this company.  We did a remodel and our contractor used this company.  First they didn't cap off a pipe and caused a leak in our ceiling, then they dented our refrigerator moving it back in, they reversed the hot and cold on our washing machine hook up, they left a piece of plastic in the garbage disposal when hooking it up that made us think something was wrong with the disposal, and the worst was hooking up my gas stove and not checking for leaks.  Thankfully we discovered it before it blew up my house because it was leaking gas!

I requested an appointment to help us detect a leak. The technician arrived and was unable to find the leak. He stated that he would have to get the equipment from another technician. He suggested that I schedule this appointment for tomorrow. When I called Albritton to ask why they do not send their technicians with the equipment the woman on the other end of the line proceeded to argue with me. Albritton cares at all about their customer service I would listen to my call to them today a little after 4 PM and have a talk with the woman who answers the phones. They just lost a customer for life.

I had a great experience with B B plumbing & would recommend highly ! I called for appointment on a Friday & they were able to come out on the next Monday morning. The Plumber  who came was courteous and took the time to explain the repair.
