We've always had plumbing issues at my house and run into clogged drains frequently. This time it happened on Christmas Day, just hours before friends and family were coming over. I called around many places and Ben was the first and only one to call back. Came out within 30 minutes and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond and saved the day! Definitely my go to plumber from now on. Highly recommended!!

As always things go wrong on the weekends..I recently purchase a home and yesterday I was having issues with the plumbing in the home ..I emailed Noble plumbing and within min.i was contacted. They all.are very nice kept informed during the day on time of arrival. Juan was the technician who came to my residence. He was absolutely amazing ,knowledgeable and very nice .He fix the issue in No time .I can say if I ever need help.again I will certainly use Noble plumbing and I will.request Juan as my tech ...Great Great service Thank you

Very nice young man who arrived when he said he would. Then proceeded to accomplish the task as required. More than satisfied with his work and ability! He cleaned up and was on his way. He charged a reasonable fee and was very pleasant. I recommend him highly.

Enjoyed the A/C for a couple of weeks, then the weather got really nice and I didn't really need A/C anymore.  Then w/ the first cold weather, I find that the heater wasn't working.  Thought I could tough it out until next week when the hubby would be off from work to be home for a service call.  Saw the weather forecast of 30 degrees in the mornings and decided to leave work early to get the heat fixed.  D&S came to my rescue again; was able to come to the house the day that I called.  The service technician came EARLY and had the heat going in less than an hour.  Even gave me a tip that the cheap thin filters are better than the thicker, more expensive ones.  The thinner ones allow easier air flow.  Thanks again D&S!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Our water heater began leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. This happened on a Sat. Tod was able to give me a quote and setup a time to come first thing Monday. They were in and out in an hour and a half. Very professional and friendly. Excellent service and follow through. Will def be my first call in the future.

You cannot go wrong with this company. The entire team, from the members of the office scheduling team as well as the owner and all of his technicians are very customer service oriented. I have never dealt with a more trustworthy and dedicated company in my life. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is more than reasonable. Called Angel and he was able to come out the next day to unclog our sink drains. They were very helpful and friendly, and most importantly our sink is now usable. Highly recommended.

Texted maxwell a day before to see if he's able to come out and look at a toaster for a restaurant and he was able to come the next morning. He looked at the toaster and was able to fix it! Very honest work and pricing is really good! We definitely recommend and if we need anything done, will definitely call maxwell again!

Albert just left.  Before he started work he quoted, 215 to $225 to take a snake machine onto the roof.  
I approved.  I thought he was quoting me a by-the-hour and that he would take about that long.  No.  35 minutes later he is finished.
He brings the invoice in and says, $245.  So my conclusion is: they charge more than $400 an hour.
This business needs to explicitly say, The job is quoted by the work to be done.  We do NOT charge by the hour.
When I called to clarify my misunderstanding, the woman on the phone started making up stories and misquoting me three different times.  She is very good at confusing an issue and blaming a current customer for past customer's complaints and issue.
They really need to get interpersonal communication training.  Because they did not clearly say, WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR, they left room for misunderstanding and hard feelings.
No, I will not use them again.

So they did the plumbing on my new construction home and the tub in the guest bath and the shower in the master bath are sinking/bending (how ever you want to put it) It has caused an unsafe surface to take a shower in. I am a disabled Vet and an uneven floor without being in the shower is hard enough to navigate.
While dealing with this company they have no sense of urgency to get this fixed. I reminded them that it is not safe and can cause injury that leads to a lawsuit and he just said OK, have a good day I said dont hang up on me and he replied I thought you said what you needed to say. This was after the Supervisor got on the phone and started in on I thought we worked out the solution with the builder and you need to contact them...etc
I had to tell him I am not calling about that but a time frame. How un-professional to argue with a customer about something I didnt even bring up. He was referring to a conversation over a month ago. Oh yea its been unsafe for almost two months.

I spent a half million dollars on my home and have to get a hotel because of this company not placing any priority on safety and health.

Update...So they don't want to deal with rude people. If that's the case sir you shouldn't pick up the phone and immediately go on a rant about how you thought the repair (how it's being done) was settled with the builder and I would need to call them instead of letting me voice my concern  over waiting until next month with an unsafe shower l, when it's your schedule. Then when I did voice my concern you just (I don't remember your exact words) said bye. I had to stop you just to get a response. I only cursed at the end when hanging up on you because you made it very clear that my wife falling in the shower ment nothing to you and for me to go ahead and sue...

Best plumbing company in town. They've been locals for near 30 years now I think and have always been super reliable, friendly, and fast.

These guys are great!  We started a service contract on our rental unit last year. The A/C system was old and we were advised it may be on it's last leg.  We contracted with them to do a full replacement; new unit and ductwork.  They not only moved us up a week, but finished quick.  Their daily communication with regards to the technicians arrival, who it is and asking for feedback just shows how much they want to do right by their clients.  They are a first and last stop.  If you need to hire someone for plumbing (we used them as well) or A/C, call them.

I had a great experience with B B plumbing & would recommend highly ! I called for appointment on a Friday & they were able to come out on the next Monday morning. The Plumber  who came was courteous and took the time to explain the repair.

Too bad he was rude when I simply made a call to his business   We needed a plumber, found his business on Yelp. My suggestion to the owner, regardless if you are too busy, are having a bad day or, if you don't want to work during a certain time, politely let people know that you are not available. Referrals and recommendations are key to every business. You won't get one from us.
