I had a sewer problem caused from the city tree. Called city and they informed me that I needed a plumber. So I called around and liked the receptionists so they came out within the hour. Michael worked with his boss John to determine the problem. Gave me estimates and Michael worked on job for two days. They finished and that evening had the same problem gurgling in my bathroom drain. So called them and got no reply. Called again next day and Micael came out and snaked all drains on there dime. Thanks Michael and Noble plumbing

He was quick responding and did the job on a Saturday without charging an arm and leg.

I honestly believe they are the best in town. Great service. Came on time. Very efficient. Great price. Will promote this company to anyone that needs plumbing done. Highly highly recommend. I'd give extra stars if I could.

These guys are great! I had my 4th job done this morning by D & S and EVERY time they are timely, professional and reasonably priced. I'm not much of a reviewer but here is my experience this week:

-Had a plumbing stoppage at our house
-Reported to our home warranty company
-They sent a plumber out who spent 5 minutes walking around and said we needed to install something (~$1200) for him to clear the stoppage
-Called D & S myself, they came right away and had the stoppage taken care of in less than 2 hours, without the $1200 part!
-Eric and Angel from D & S have done multiple jobs for us and have been excellent every single time!
-100 stars!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

You cannot go wrong with this company. The entire team, from the members of the office scheduling team as well as the owner and all of his technicians are very customer service oriented. I have never dealt with a more trustworthy and dedicated company in my life. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is more than reasonable. We were first introduced to Snake 'N' Laterals about 2 years ago for some clean out work. We were impressed with his service and ended up using him 2 more times after that. They repaired several leaks/drips around my home in November 2017 for what I thought was a fair price, all things considered. It wasn't until after they left that I noticed things were a little suspect. First, in all of my showers, they replaced the handle so now cold points to hot and hot points to cold. I can understand making this mistake once, but in all 3 showers?? I didn't call Angel, the owner, back because I didn't consider this a deal-breaker; just a minor annoyance that I would have to get used to (and make sure any guests using my showers were aware of). Additionally, the shower handles have now returned to their pre-repair state. They are loose again (despite my trying to re-adjust the screw) and the drips are back. Snake 'N' Laterals initially replaced the cartridges and while the problem was resolved, it wasn't long before they started to fail again. This is in less than a year and a half's worth of time. I expect problems to resurface eventually but certainly not that quickly. We had another problem with a leak under one of our sinks, but since it wasn't actively leaking upon inspection (we had a bucket placed underneath that would collect the substantial amount of leaking water), Angel said he couldn't diagnose the problem. My total ended up being $550 for cartridge replacement, a new hose bibb and a toilet angle valve and supply, for which - after several price searches after the fact - I suspect was maybe $65-$75 (if that) worth in parts and the rest in labor. Was I taken for a ride? Who knows- plumbing is obviously not my field of expertise and this is why I leave it to the professionals. Still, I wish I could say the quality of work matched what I paid for, and I can't. Ultimately, it makes me grateful that we didn't utilize Snake 'N' Laterals for major, more costly work, like the installing of an additional clean out that they said we were missing, that another plumber was able to locate under a pile of leaves. Also, said other plumber was able to quickly diagnose and repair what was wrong with my leaky sink (they needed new hot and cold angle stops).

Bottom line, I can only recommend that you keep searching for a quality plumber. They are out there. I can't say that Snake 'N' Laterals is one of them.

Called for a water leak at our business.  Even though it was the end of the day they responded quickly.   Got us water into the building for the night and did the repair today.   Armando was excellent.  Quality and customer service minded.   No complaints at all.   Office staff was great to deal with as well.    This was a great experience.

Hired them to repair a tankless water heater.   Nice guys, but they didn't know what they were doing- despite claiming to have a lot of experience with tankless heaters.  They worked for a week and in the end the heater doesn't work at all. Nothing but cold water. But we paid more than $800.

Our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air but the condensing fan motor was still working.  Had Allbritten come out to diagnose the unit.  Was told that the capacitor was bad and would cost $400 to replace.  Told the tech put the unit back the way it was because I would replace it myself.  The same replacement capacitor can be bought online for $30, total price gouging! Found out after replacing the capacitor the tech wired the unit back incorrectly.  Had to call them out again they sent out the original tech with an additional one who was the one that found the wiring issue.  They charged me a second call out fee even though they wired it back incorrectly.  Do not recommend using them they do not stand behind there work and price gouging at it's best.

Ray was able to get to the home that night and had everything fixed so we could close on time.  He was very nice and reasonably-priced. I'm so appreciative for their fast service.  I will definitely call again.
