I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Unreliable!  I made two separate appointments to replace my water heater and they were no-shows both times.  Not even a phone call.

They communicated well but there were slight issues with how repairs were made and they needed to make multiple return visits to get the issue finally corrected. I would call them again if I was in a pinch.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

Wow, I had a blower fan start to fall apart on me and was rattling my house and screaming at me from the air handler. I called Rescue Air as they'd just replaced it about 13 months back. Even though the part was out of warranty, Joe managed to find it and still replaced it at no cost. I am truly blown away! (No pun intended) It's nice to have a company that is willing to stand behind their services and set homeowners' minds at ease. It's easy to shop for HVAC repair but when it comes down to it, I can't thank Joe enough for coming through when it mattered most. Customer for life!

I was washing my dishes on Sunday night and my sink starts backing up a bit.  I turn on my garbage disposal and it starts coming up the other sink.  Eh whatever I seen this happen before.  I walk away and about 5 min later, i hear a sound unlike any i've ever heard coming from my laundry room.  It was the sound of water splashing onto my floor.  Lots of water.  

I ran to the laundry room and saw a gush of water hitting the tiles and spreading fast.  Oh. My. Lord.

I'm a big do-it-yourselfer.  I've done tons of plumbing projects including sprinklers, showers, tubs, sinks, and even put in my own water softener system with a integrated whole-house filtration system.  But this is 7pm on a Sunday night and I'm not feeling the urge to run to Home Depot and messing around my plumbing system in the dark.  

I turned to my trusty Yelp for help in finding a good plumber in the area.  Tiho caught my eye with his 5 star reviews so i called him.  After debating on whether I should wait until Monday when the rates are a bit cheaper, I decided to just have him come right over so I don't have to lose sleep at night.  Within about 10 min, I heard a knock on my door.

The Russian stud cleared my clog well within the hour and I didn't have to stress about the long lines at Home Depot, nasty sewage, or working in the dark outside.  It was definitely worth the reasonable rates he charges and a good night's rest.

Simply put, absolutely fantastic! Called on a Saturday morning and had an appointment that afternoon. Team of Mikey and Jesse arrived right on time. Courteous and professional the entire time. They were quick and thorough. They were precise, informed me of the issue with my AC and fixed it right away. No up-selling or dishonesty, just friendly service. This company certainly has my business for years to come. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC repair in the DFW area.

I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.

I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism in handling the matter and I'm happy with the final results.

We contacted Mars for electrical issues, but before we could schedule that service, we had an issue with our plumbing. I contacted them and they sent someone out same day. They had all the equipment to fix the issue and were in and out quickly. They were transparent about the issues and pricing and communicated clearly. They even cleaned up and sanitized the room after repairs.

I would give them zero stars if it would let me!  Dad purchased a new unit a year after I purchased mine in 2011.  Fast forward to 2014 and my unit just stops working.  We get the runaround about when they will be here to look at it...by 8, by 10, well after midnight!  Well 48 hours later someone gets out here to look at the unit that is 3 years old!  Needed more freon!!! What?!? Now my dads unit (a month later) went out...completely out! They aren't charging him for a new unit BUT are charging him for the LABOR.  This is their error and he is getting charged...bunch of crooks!!

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.

They are thieves that pry on people that trust them. I've cancelled membership because they don't do nothing but try to sell you don't need and over charge for everything. They are still billing us almost a year after I cancelled membership and stopped auto pay.  DONT GO THERE.

Justin Ivy performed a thorough inspection of unit as part of the tune up package. He took his time to check all important parts of the system to make sure all was working well. It was very hot in the attic but he was not rushed and performed all needed checks. He also answered all my questions. Definitely recommend Justin to anyone needing AC service.
