Best Thermostat Repair in Fort Worth TX

BUYER BEWARE. We had a problem after attempting to install a nest thermostat. We called team Enoch and they were able to get us in quick but the service was terrible. They came out for two hours and did not solve the problem and were told a new technician would be coming out to help. We reached out multiple times with the same answer- the new technician will be coming out soon. The new technician never showed and the problem went unsolved. We went without A/C for over 24 hours in the hot summer and finally called a new company who came out and solved the problem. The wiring was very messed up when the new electrician arrived and he was impressed with the poor job they did. They did not follow through with the job they set out to do and did not communicate well. I would recommend a different company.

I came home from work last week to a house without AC, temperatures hitting the 90s and extremely muggy inside.  There was no way we were staying in that house all night with my 11 month old baby and dogs.  I was either getting us all a hotel room, or with any luck, track down an HVAC company in short notice.  I called 10 different companies (all highly rated on yelp) and left detailed voicemails.  Kevin, the owner of TX Star Srvs, was the ONLY company to return my call.  Not only did he return my call, he did so within 25 minutes of my call, and arrived at my house 30 minutes after that.  TALK ABOUT A+ AFTER-HOURS SERVICE!  He was very pleasant, professional, and understanding of my plight, having kids himself, he knew that there would be no way a baby could sleep in our house that night.

In ~45 minutes, he had the problem diagnosed, FIXED, and the AC blasting again.  I knew that I would have to pay extra for the after-hours emergency AC house-visit, but I think it was a fair price at the end of it, and definitely worth every penny.  I highly recommend this company! (side note... my bro-in-law is also in HVAC, he agreed that Kevin charged a fair price.)

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Tradesmen are so busy these days, it is difficult to get them to commit to times and stick to them.  Dave and his guys did a very good job for me, tackling a number of non-standard installations including LED shower lighting and recessed power and lighting under my kitchen cabinets.  Dave's rates are very reasonable and they welcome credit cards which is not always the case as some of these guys are clamoring to get every last penny out of you and less concerned with providing convenience to the customer.  I highly recommend Electrian on Call.

Super disappointed! Spoke with a really nice lady to schedule a time to visit. They were responsive. But they kept getting their visit times mixed up. I got a call that someone was on their way the day before the original scheduled time. Then I got a message someone was on their way and would arrive in 15 minutes on the day of. But an hour later they never showed. I had another appointment so I had to ask them to reschedule. Then I got a VM saying they got their times mixed up and would arrive before 12 the same day. The confusion and disorganization is not what I am looking for in a company tasked with managing the electricity in my home. I appreciate the frequent updates on arrival times. Just wish they would have actually arrived and on the day I took off work for them!

I've known the Long's for over 30 years. Quality, honest, trustworthy and friendly as well as knowledgeable and helpful.  

They bailed us out when our 'home warranty' left us high, dry and HOT!

Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

Where to start.  This company was the first one I called out of several that actually answered the phone.  I told Michael what I was wanting to have done and he meet me that evening when I got home from work to give an estimate. The job was scheduled and on that day two Bruton Electric vans showed up with 3 guys and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed.  Had up lights installed in 3 areas of the front of the house, two electric runs to our trees in the yard, back yard house lights installed, photo sensor installed and several new switches to run all of the new lights features.  Nothing was half done, rigged or not discussed.  Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and follow up with us in the coming days. This company comes to you extremely highly recommended.

Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Mr. Gavin should you need some assistance in the HVAC area. Thank you again.
