Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Fort Worth TX

We have used Schrader Plumbing twice in the past month for two completely unrelated issues. Both times, the tech was personable, professional, and took the time necessary to do the job right (unlike whoever previously fixed the plumbing). I would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

My plumber threw a fit cause he couldn't fix the toilet. Then I asked him what's wrong? then he yelled nothing's wrong! as he smacked my phone right out of my hand.

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

My house needed sewer pipe repair after the line was damaged by tree roots. They provided me free estimate even though other companies were charging for running scope/camera through the line. The estimate was reasonable and lower than other estimate that I had received.

The work was done promptly with minimal damage to yard. Overall I am very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work.

Will and Mitchell were great. They identified where the blockage was in the sewer line and had it unclogged within 20 minutes. In addition to resolving the issue, they set out with suggestions so this issue would not pop up again. They were informative as they explained through camera pictures as to what needs to be fixed in the future. Thank you for providing excellent customer service.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Don called that he was on his way snd arrived as scheduled. Work was professionally done. Don was pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Lone Oak again.

I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! Mike and Adam came to give us a second opinion on the broken sewage pipe we had. At $5700 we figured a second opinion was worth it. They found that our pipe was NOT BROKEN- it was a calcium build up! They saved us more tan $6000!

Have used this company a few times and they've been great. We actually have gotten the same plumber so he's already familiar with our home which is nice. Def recommend

Pros:
-Upfront pricing
-resolution of two problems after calling them back out
-camera-ed my system at no charge after the error
-Carissa Stinson makes genuine efforts to hear my frustration
-warranty on work good for 12mos

Cons:
- felt like I didn't get what I initially asked for in inspection of system BEFORE installing flooring, which will now cost me time and money
- didn't perform quality inspection after work causing me to call them back out more than once
- didn't perform thorough testing/inspection of gas line to fireplace before selling me new line
- didn't provide me with requested materials for insurance and have no recorded notes of phone conversations requesting this info

Still, they have plenty of 5-star reviews. Sometimes relationships just don't work out. Might have just been a bad time for them. You may have better luck, and they might make the necessary changes so that my experience does not get repeated. This is my hope for them as I desire small, local businesses to be successful. I had really high hopes about them based on the recommendation....it just didn't work out for me.

Highly recommended by a trusted source...ultimately let me down.  

After buying a house I had some time before move-in to get some necessary repairs and renovations done. LS Plumbing was highly recommended by a close friend. They came out as scheduled. Upfront pricing so no surprises. Pricing was high, but based on recommendation I assumed it would be good work, and I was tied up with other things.  I asked for an inspection of total system, and let the tech know of a specific issue relayed to me by the seller. He diagnosed the first minor problem he saw and went no further. I asked That's all? and the tech indicted yes. I felt confident in their expertise and moved forward with installing flooring throughout the house. After move-in we had a major backup and called them back out. They diagnosed a sewer line issue under my living room slab (and brand new floor). The tech's response was wish we had known about this a month ago.....which did nothing to make me feel better about the new flooring having to be taken up at my own expense and the disruption for my family...which again, I wanted to identify and resolve BEFORE moving in.  The rest of the work was poorly done and they made two more trips out to try and resolve....which could've been caught in the initial call had there been some quality control, or even a simple thorough inspection. I diagnosed on my own that they had installed a part backwards. This was also extremely frustrating as I am NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER, and they missed it TWICE before.  The office manager (Mrs. Stinson) genuinely seemed to care about how their company let me down. However, there was very little accountability from Mr. Stinson beyond admitting that the work had been of poor quality.

I still have a sewer repair to complete, but I have vacillated between giving them another chance to do good work...and not giving them another penny.  

Ultimately, they self-selected themselves out. I needed a quote and description of work to turn into my insurance agent for possible claim. After multiple requests (and assurances from them that they would provide) I gave up. I think they were hoping I would go away. And this review will live on the internet forever, which is a shame because nobody is perfect...and they had opportunities to get it right, but they didn't want to.

Had to call ABC for an after hours call on a Sunday night when we had a major sewage backup. Steven responded and was at out house in under an hour. Due to the nature of the backup someone else needed to come out the next day. Taylor cleared us the rest of the way out Iike a boss! Both guys were professional, honest and completely transparent about the cost of the service they were providing prior to their work. Their costs were fair and they did a very good job. As far as I am concerned, they are the only plumber I will use and recommend from here on out.

March2023: I could recommend this business, but something just seems fishy.
I searched Google for a plumber service that could come out the same day. I found it amazing that several of my initial calls to bigger TV type names couldn't get out until three days later. Hmmm...guess those TV commercials are really filling up the appointment book for them. LoL Too bad for them, good for this company and good for my family. This company had decent reviews online, so I decided to abandon the big box brand appointment that was scheduled for three days later. The company scheduler sent me a text message with the picture of the plumber who would be coming to the house. The plumber spoke about the price then offered a subscription plan for the same price. He mentioned another price which I didn't understand if that was a call price or rate. Hmmm...weird. I declined the subscription plan, accepted the price I thought it was going to be, but was charged the higher price? The plumber was seemingly competent and capable. He wore shoe covers and was professional in all contact. He represented his company pretty well in my opinion.

Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

The tech was very knowledgeable and work was done professionally.
The main reason I did NOT give them a 5 star rating is the price they charged. I found out after they installed my new water heater that they were $500 higher than two other highly respected plumbing companies in my area for the exact same products and installation.

Mr. Router was very professional and definitely helped us during the recent ice storm.

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!
