Fast. Excellent work. Best electricians. In a class of their own! This is the only company I let touch my electrical work. I refer them to all my clients, friends and family and everyone is amazed at the quality and quantity of work they can do.

I have contracted Enoch every time I've needed any electrical and HVAC work over the last 3 years and they have always done a phenomenal job. This last time, I had Esteban change out a bunch old electrical at my house. He arrived early, completed the work in record time, and was one of the nicest contractors I've encountered. Had a handful of electrical tasks/project that piled up around the house. Got a quick response from CTX with a very reasonable price. Tech arrived ontime and was very professional. CTX did a fantastic job on all the tasks: two ceiling fans, couple of switches, and a broken exterior light. Will DEFINITELY be using them for future electrical and likely plumbing needs.

Our 11 yr old unit went out.  1st AC guy came and after many tries to diagnose the problem said it was a $5k repair.  So naturally I said I need a 2nd opinion.  Well next guy said we need a new unit: another $5000 bid.  So after some research we found Big Bear:  wow turns out we just needed a new capacitor a $186 part.  It went out and caused the compressor to overheat.... The compressor is fine.  He was here less than 45 min and did the repair.  Wow!!  After having it explained to me it seemed pretty basic.  When the capacitor goes out the compressor has to overcompensate and do more work.  So it overheated!!!  Anyhoo... I expect to have to replace these units one day but seriously a $5k bid for a $200 job is just plain robbery. #ibigbear
