Best Electric Furnace Repair in Fort Worth TX

Needed to clear a drainage clog. Called Wednesday afternoon and arranged to work it out the next day. Plumber called the next morning at 11 and was there by noon. He worked on two clean-outs to make sure the line was thoroughly cleared and then charged exactly what he quoted ($136). The job was well-done, finished promptly, the plumber was friendly, and the price was okay. I would call again and recommend to others.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. When we found a leak in our shower we looked for a plumber on yelp and decided to give Tiho a call.

Tiho came the same day to look at our shower. He was punctual and friendly. He looked at our situation (which was pretty severe) and gave us an explanation of what exactly was happening with the leak and what it would take to fix it. He took the time to explore different options and answer any questions that we had about each process. He is very honest.

Unfortunately, we didn't end up going with Tiho as we ended up finding a more practical solution, but I would totally call him back for any future plumbing needs.

Their scheduling app was great and convenient to use! Took more than one day to fix our plumbing issue but they had to order an extra part. Overall a great company to use for a quick and painless fix.

I had a water heater failure that caused quite a mess in the garage. From the person that answered my phone call to the actual service call, the service was terrific and reliable.

We were given clear options for repair or replacement, but we knew a replacement was a long time coming anyway so we went for a replacement. KMP sent Zane, who called before arriving, helped clean up the mess as we had physical limitations, and even texted us later on to be sure the water heater was working OK.

It was great to have such quality and caring help in a stressful time. We will definitely be using them again.

They had HORRIBLE news for me! I still have to give them 5 stars though. I went to their website and gave an online chat person my info and was called probably not even 10 minutes later. Probably an hour later, Gary showed up at my house. He opened up my unit and immediately told me my 15 year old unit needed to be replaced b/c my compressor was shot. Disappointing news but Gary was VERY PROFESSIONAL and thorough and gave me my options as far as replacing the unit. I would definitely recommend Rescue AC. I'm gonna elect just to get some window units for now but still, I was very satisfied with Rescue AC's customer service and professionalism. I recommend.

I am selling my house and if that isn't enough stress, I get the inspection report and there are a few issues. I live out of state and after a few calls to companies that were NO WHERE NEAR Denton, I called Force Home Services and spoke to Lisa. She's Amazing! They are locally owned and could schedule 2 separate services (Plumbing & AC) the next day. It took extra effort but Brad and Kevin (plumbers) located parts needed to complete the job. Came back the same day and finished.  Also, big thanks Travis. The AC guys, Johnmark & Emanuel also made sure everything would be completed on the same day. I highly recommend Force Home Services. Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is.  Called Dial One Johnson to do the job.  Everything went smooth.  They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885.  Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Price gouging! I've used this company in the past for plumbing work and believed they were honest and fair. So when my AC went out in August I gave them a call. The problem was pretty straight forward. The fan motor needed replacing.

From the time of arrival, it probably took the technician less than two hours to diagnose and replace the unit. The motor itself isn't costly, $250 if I were to buy it myself. Total cost... $1358! That's over 500 dollars an hour and they know they can charge it because time is a luxury I can't afford when my family is sweating it out in a hot house in the peak of summer.

Desperation will make you agree to some terrible terms. It eats away at me that I allow myself to be taken advantage of by companies like this. Do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.

I have used Mars for over 8 years now.  They do a great job of carpet cleaning and repairs.  I have used them for A/c replacement, boiler replacement, plumbing leaks and pest control.  There is not much they can't handle and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr.Roy came out to our house on a scorching August night at around 11 pm because our AC stopped working. Having 2 kids under the age of 6 he assured us he would have our house nice and cool in a matter of a few hours and there was no need to get a hotel and he was a man of his word. He went above and beyond to fix our AC in a timely manner. He acceded all our expectations.We could not be pleased more

We the service tech showed up to my home as scheduled. He troubleshot my tanlkess water heater and said it was shot. It would have to be replaced. The cost was $8400 for your unit. The warranty company was not going to pay for it. The tech did say they had financing if I wanted to get it fixed. So I waited and called another company the tech came out and said their unit was 1200.00! But he troubleshot and found two valves leaking. He replaced them in an hour and we havent had any issues. The problem that I have now with your company is that your business practices are unethical and suspect! During these times you decided to price gouge at this opportunity to help the community. I don't understand why it was such a huge difference in the work being done! I will be reporting you to the BBB and the state attorneys office. Thank you and have a great day!!

RUN, RUN away from this company. Hobson Air also doing business as Comfort Experts. They installed a different full heat pump system than what the contact stipulated and refuse to replace or discount the unit they did install! So in place of a name brand good quality unit, we have a builders grade unit that has the worst reviews. Even the installer admitted he knew he was installing the incorrect unit! They come out for a meeting to make things right and admited they should have contaced me for approval of the different unit before installing the incorrect unit. Upon demanding they install the correct unit they (Service Mgr, Parts Mgr, and Salesmen) storm out of the house because I won't sign a new contract that night without them agreeing to fix the issue.

RUN. Don't ever use them. CROOKS!!!! Installer came through ceiling. A/C never
worked right. Had to come back a year later and redo entire attic work. Way
overpriced! Neighbor got same system at half the price. They pay for those big
ads in the paper by ripping off senior citizens.
