Very efficient, cost-effective, and wonderful service! Dylan was quick to respond to our initial question, took the time to explain things to us and did a great job replacing our water heater.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers worked on, toilets, spouts... basically everything and anything plumbing related we needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best priced from multiple estimates. Organized, efficient, communicative, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. Felt very safe with him alone as a woman too which is very important too. Great service - highly recommended

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

Adding in yet another issue. Shower valve in downstairs shower not secured to the framing. Pulls from wall and will eventually fail. Costly fix!

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

We needed two toilet bowls replaced, and sent the request to via Yelp for plumbers. We got a lot of responses all wanting to charge to see the job. Ronald responded with a very reasonable flat rate to install the two toilets and haul away the existing ones. We told him when the toilets would be delivered and scheduled his services for two days later. He was on time, professional, and polite. The toilets were installed within two hours, and there was no mess or anything for me to clean up afterwards.  Ronald gave us a great experience! And I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors for their plumbing needs.

We had a problem with our water heater in the apartment, and initially I called a different company - which was my mistake. Not only did they give me an estimate for more than $700 to just change one part, they also couldn't find this part for a few days! Thank God, I contacted Eugene at The Art of Plumbing! He was super friendly, calm, professional and knew exactly what to do. He found the part at the online suppliers' in seconds, called the manufacturer to make sure all the technical characteristics would match and came over to fix our mixing valve very soon. It took him less than an hour, which obviously ended up costing me a few times cheaper than the other company had quoted! Also, Eugene offered a few other options for a solution, which I found very interesting! He said we could do different things with the faucets, in order to avoid ordering and changing the mixing valve itself if we wanted to cut the costs even more - there were ways to adjust every faucet separately and regulate different temperatures in the kitchen sink, bathroom, shower, etc. He suggested that this technique was often preferred and used by commercial properties where they need to reach different water temperatures and different outlets - this means Eugene is an expert in both residential AND commercial plumbing! We had a broken drain pipe in our crawl space causing a terrible odor in our house. I called Jordan Plumbing on a Sunday to schedule an appointment for Monday. They came out and fixed the problem and give me free advice to fix a clogged foundation drain on my own.

Anyone hear of the song, Jim Dandy to the rescue? This is the guy!! For the second time Vincent has made me a VERY happy home owner. Only this time I actually got to meet the man behind the prompt and accurate service. Again, no muss and no fuss AND I got the bad parts in my hand with an explanation and recommendation.  Reasonable prices and JOB WELL DONE, VINCENT!!

Excellent work, but at an extremely high $600 per hour cost.  I have not received the receipt yet and will have to contact the company.

Tray had to come out on a Saturday afternoon because my ceiling was leaking. He was very courteous and traced down the leak and repaired it. He kept me informed as they went along. I really appreciated everything and would call them again.

Kevin came out to clean and check our system.  The unit is quieter and the interior and exterior are spotless. I was impressed with Kevin's friendly and professional service. I would call them again.

I contacted Sublime Handy Work and Seth E. indicated he would come to my home either 6/10 or 6/11.   He didn't come and I have not heard from him since.

Awesome service and amazing customer service thanks for being so helpful. I had a small leak on a water line coming into my home and Aaron was very punctual and took care of everything right away.

We have been out of our house for a week with no AC. Service guy came out on Thursday and said we needed new system. Ticket for new parts that were needed didn't go in until Monday. Every time we call to check on our service request the person assigned to handle home warranty calls is out of the office. Was told it would take another 5 days for parts to come in. Will probably cancel our home warranty contract based on this experience. Every other vendor our home warranty has used has been fine - this experience has been terrible.

Horrible experience. Completely misdiagnosed the drain problem. Then they had the audacity to send me an estimate for work not needed--nearly $3,000! I asked for a second opinion and, sure enough, it was a simple fix which was taken care of on the spot. Be aware.
