I need to have a hot water heater replaced and wasn't happy with the service or estimate from the first plumber that came out. I reached out to Mo Flow based on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I found him. He was quick to respond, efficient and the communication was great. Thankful to have found a great plumber in the area!

When our shower head pipe broke off behind the wall, we got no answer and no callback for days from two previously trusted plumbers. Then I found Joseph Rose's great reviews online. I was shocked when someone picked up the phone late on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled a plumber for that Tuesday. (It wasn't an emergency.) Ethan was able to fix the problem in less than 1/2 hour without cutting into the wall, which we had expected. He also added some missing caulking and even replaced our shower head with one he had in his truck, all within the one-hour labor cost. And he couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.
Note: We did have to wait 4 hours from the scheduled arrival time, but he called to tell us he had an emergency job and asked if we wanted him to show up in the evening or the next day. We chose the evening. Of course, we weren't happy about the extra wait. But afterwards, we realized we'd rather wait a few hours for an excellent plumber who responds quickly to emergency calls. That could be us someday!

I would have left a 5 star review 3 months ago or even if I had received better customer service this morning but I can't. Jayk's came out and fixed issues with our house bib and emergency shut off valve in April. We wrote a check and went about our lives. We randomly get contacted in July that we gave them a blank check and we need to pay. I knew this wasn't the case...we would never hand out a blank check to anyone. Long story short...they never took care of our check, the ink faded (left in the sun in a truck maybe? Who knows) because you could see where my husband had in fact written out the check but it was unusable bc now the ink was faded. They contacted me 3 months later in July wanting payment. I was not comfortable paying someone who also still had my personal check in their possession so we arranged for them to come this morning to sort it out. I explained that I was not happy with the fact that our original payment was not handled properly because we had to make sure to have several hundred dollars available at that time and now I'm have other major financial obligations this month and paying a $625 bill from 3 months ago was not something I was expecting. I asked if they could reflect the inconvenience with today's payment. The employee that came to the house was very kind and professional the entire time. He put me on with the business owner who was anything but. He didn't want to listen to me but instead wanting to make sure I knew how inconvenienced he was for having to track down our information to get our payment. He kept emphasizing that we are both inconvenienced here...and when I tried to explain that we hadn't done anything wrong...we received the service and paid same day he would not agree that we were 100% not at fault for the situation and just apologize for not taking care of this sooner. I was told by the employee that the check wasn't turned in for weeks after the service (which would make the faded ink make sense) but the owner told me that is what the check looked like when he received it two days later. Which in that case...why are you waiting 3 months to collect payment from me if there was a known issue 2 days later? Again we don't write checks without being aware if the ink is coming out of the pen. At the end the business owner ended with well I don't care pay what you want just make sure ink is coming out of the pen when you write the check. Then 2 mins later he texted the employee the amount I had to pay him. At the end of the day the company was at fault for not handling the payment at the time of service, would not take responsibility for their lack of doing so and wanted to make it sound like we were somehow at fault and were inconveniencing them. A simple hey I'm so sorry we should have handled this better... would have been great. So I'm sure this would be a great company to work with as long as it is a straight transaction and there isn't any REAL customer service needed.

There is not a creature or human being that does not value their times. Animals are always busy preparing for season changes. The average working human being are always preparing for the next day. We all know time is money! No one wants their time wasted especially if you schedule an appointment weeks in advance and someone does not show. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance with this company. HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED for the appointment. Yep, the company are not reliable. I should have notice closely the ONLY FEW REVIEWS. Anyone can pay their friends or cousins to write a four star review. HE DOES NOT DESERVE A ONE STAR RATING! This should have served as a red flag and pre warning. You decided this is the message.

We had a leak in our main water line running into the house so we contacted ARC to replace the line. Clay did a great job throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional and talked me through the entire replacement and was able to answer all of my queries. The team, including Clay and Shane, were able to replace the line very fast and filled in the hole where the new line was installed in under a day. I would definitely recommend using ARC, and specifically Clay and Shane for your plumbing needs.

Jason Hogg, the technician came out to my house on a Saturday to put in a shower/tub faucet. He had to cap off the pipes so he could come back to do the install on Monday. He scheduled the appointment and told me he would be back on Monday at 10am. I called Monday at 8am to ask for a detailed bill, which by the way they do NOT provide. They told me I didn't have an appointment. Turns out someone didn't do their job I was not on the list. Long story short, no plumber ever came to fix my shower. Cody and Brandon the dispatchers did not follow-up with me to let me know they were late and may not be able to come. Finally at 5:15 I called them back again and was told no one would be coming. And they do NOT schedule a time for arrival for a service call.

Bell Cow came out twice referred by our home warranty company,
1st time it took them a week to come out and then the guy left after inspection without checking if the air conditioning was working (it wasn't) and never said he was leaving or why the air conditioning wasn't working.
It took them 10 days to come back and tell me it was a part not covered by our insurance and the part would be $385 plus tax & installation. They never spoke to the warranty company, then the guy just left without saying a thing while I was calling the warranty company.
Then they said it will take 24-48 hours to look at the service record and then they'd schedule an appointment to fix the problem. (probably another week)
I'm so fed up with the warranty company and their 2-star rated (should be -2 stars) bad repair companies that I called a local 5-star yelp company Burke's heating and air, they'll be here the next day, and fix it for $165 installed. They've already texted me a thank you message for calling and an appointment time confirmation with another thank you! Very nice on the phone too!

Horrible experience. Completely misdiagnosed the drain problem. Then they had the audacity to send me an estimate for work not needed--nearly $3,000! I asked for a second opinion and, sure enough, it was a simple fix which was taken care of on the spot. Be aware.
