I purchased 2 toilets from Lowes...Lowes contracted the service to Handy who contact Pricepoint Plumbing to installed the toilets.

Pricepoint Plumbing installed 2 toilets for me today 1/26/2022...they arrived before time ...they were very professional when they entered my home wearing their mask was a plus ...the gentlemen were neat and clean while working.

Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub.  Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work.  This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors.  We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol.  His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable.  Not expensive but not dirt cheap.  My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer.  We will always call him back for future needs!

Looking for a savior? Looks no further! Joseph Rose Plumbing saved us big time not once but twice. We had two nightmares happen at our house within a few months of each other. The first time we took to the internet to try to find someone to save our house from flooding from a leak in our water heater on the third floor. These guys got back to us immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour (and this was 9pm at night). Every other plumber took days to respond back to us. This company is extremely responsive and professional, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

Our water heater went out the day before Christmas Eve.  We received a quote that night from another company and it seemed really high.  I contacted Jayk's on Christmas Eve morning, via yelp messaging and received a response almost immediately (and this was early, around 7:00).  They gave me a quote that was over 1000.00 less and could install the same day! Jose and Cody showed up on time, worked hard, had great attitudes and were really great!  I would recommend these guys to anyone! It's stressful to have the unexpected expense, but these guys made it better all around.  Thank you!

Great job.  Came on Sunday when Jody else would. I was really impressed with his work and the time he took to get it right. Pricing was reasonable.

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

I scheduled a consultation Through Yelp following the instructions and no one confirmed or showed up.

I called sparrow and son for a simple job to replace a water heater.  I verbally told them what type and I also e-mailed direction because I was out of town. They came out and spoke to my elderly parent and got her to approve a much more expensive type. A water heater is about 300 dollars and 2 hrs of labor. Should be about a 5 to 6 hundred dollar job. By the time it was all over I paid 2500.00 for a simple water heater.  They made a mess of my kitchen and created more of a problem. All the  savings I had earned from renting my space went right into this job.   I will never in life use them again.

Hire this company only if you'd like to become a plumber in the process. My kitchen sink leaked. They couldn't find the source. I repeatedly suggested that it might be the faucet. They ran tests but couldn't diagnose the issue. They did manage to turn off my hot water in the process. After going back and forth with the owner by text (where he kept asking me to send photos and videos- and asking if I thought it was this clamp or that ring that might be the issue- dude, I don't know. I'm not a plumber. That's why I hired you) I gave up and called another plumber who...wait for it....replaced the leaky faucet. For a fraction of what Greene charged me to diagnose the issue. Their billing dept is MUCH more diligent than their repair crew- I'm giving up and paying them in the hopes of just never having to deal with them again.

We highly recommend Mr. Shelton if you need any plumbing services related. He came to our place on Sunday and fixed things so quickly. Very professional and responsive.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.
