Best Water Heater Repair in Anaheim CA

Who do I call when plumbing problems of all sorts happen??  I call Daniel.  Been using Daniel for (7) seven years - he is the best!..Very trustworthy, honest and promptly answers phone calls and gets the job done right away.  Tenants request him also and I recommend Daniel to all my friends.

Joseph is awesome.  I messaged a few plumbers for quotes on installation of two toilets and nobody would give me even a ball park for an estimate, they wanted to come and look and chat.  I'm very busy and wanted an estimate, Joseph gave me a good range of the cost after seeing some pics of my old toilets and the new ones I bought.  He is super responsive and we coordinated a time for him to come.  

Toilets were installed without any issues and look beautiful.  He didn't make a mess and hauled the old toilets for us.  We are having him come back to install a new tub and shower.  He advised us on which to buy, he said he does not do tile but his brother does, so we are looking forward to working with Joseph again.  

Price is very fair and he is very pleasant to work with.  Super efficient and quick!  Highly recommend.

I had a leaky flapper and water inlet turnoff valve. I called B&B late at night and very polite woman answered the phone since they offer 24-hour service 7 days a week. I managed to stop the leak, but I made an appointment the next day. Robert (plumber)  is a real professional, who knows what old fashion customer service is - show up on time in a clean new truck and a clean, pressed uniform with  a warm greeting. He had to put in a new Fluidmaster Pro 45 fill valve and I was lucky I had a spare Toto flapper. He fixed the inlet water turnoff valve, where a plumber on commission would have said you need a whole new valve ($300). Robert and B&B Plumbing have integrity and honesty as well as doing good work - a rare commodity these days. I have had maybe a dozen different plumbing companies over the years, B&B is one of the best.

Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Smart, polite, know what they're doing and good prices.  Every single part of the encounter was pleasant.  I highly recommend them- and they guaranty their work for 30 days.  Once you'll see their attitude and service you'll know what I mean about how unusual the experience is!

Mike is a life saver.  Called him before to come snake my main drain. Everything was cleared  and good to go. Figured out I probably have a tree or bush with roots going into the line. Mike gave me some suggestions and what to do and how to fix it. In the future when I do any plumbing stuffing I'll definitely be calling Mike.

James was supposed to come in between 10-12 got to my condo at 12;15. Came with a huge attitude like he was fed up and further got mad when my wife told him that we did not where the valve was Guy could not find the valve; Even though he is supposed to have experience AND the rep said he would find it or he would know how to. Service got postponed and the second time the plumber had an emergency so they canceled the day of and offered to rescheduled till 4 days later. Did not offer me a discount or anything to remedy the inconvinience for both times. Do not call this people WHATSOEVER

I'm very shocked and disappointed at the same time for my recent experience with Complete Plumbing Heating and Air company.

I've been with this company for about a year now and never noticed anything out of ordinary until now... sigh...

I had called and spoke with Leyla to quote for a yearly A/C and Heater maintenance for the first time and they quoted me with $299 for both services.

Leyla said there is a 10% Yelp discount applied for every customer, so I thought I was getting a DEAL.. Until now...

I had Ron and another assistant came over on time and basically did the standard cleaning of the A/C condenser and the Heater up in the attic.

Both jobs took about hour and a half and was completed professionally.
I was given the total of $268 and I just paid $270 in cash without receiving any change because Ron did not carry any change.

I didn't mind because I knew they were trustworthy and I felt like as a customer, I was treated fairly with a very great competitive price on their services.

I had no idea what the cost of yearly maintenance of A/C and heater was, because I never shopped around. I trusted this company and BELIEVED they were treating customers fairly and provided excellent service with competitive pricing.

Instead they ridiculously overcharged for two services I requested for (standard heater and A/C clean up) for $268.. why do I say I was overcharged??

I had a feeling it was little expensive so I decided to ask around on Yelp for pricing from reliable and proven businesses that does the same job.

I contacted about 5 different companies that specializes in HVAC maintenance and repair in Orange County areas, and I was given a shocking total for 2 services.

The most expensive I was quoted was $129 for yearly maintenance of both A/C and Heating system... The cheapest was $120.. All of the 5 different quoted prices averaged around $125 total for both services that Complete Plumbing did..

I checked out during the maintenance of Ron and his assistant doing his work, and there was nothing special other than cleaning and tuning the system. It's just like any other company would do.

Instead I was overcharged and felt upset that a trustworthy company can overcharge a customer by over 100%... that is not 10%... OVER 100%...

Average yearly maintenance for A/C and Heater was quoted from multiple companies in the amount of $130 or less.. Complete Plumbing was $268...

Imagine yourself leasing a brand new BMW 528i series for $400 at Santa Monica BMW dealership and you go another BMW dealership and after you leased it, you find out next door BMW dealership could've given you $200 per month given same circumstances?! For the exact same car?! same model?!

WhaaaaaaaaaaattttttaaaaaaaaaHeeeeeeeeCCCCkkkk?!

Did I just say that?

Yup.

Wouldn't that blow your mind how blasphemous that is?!

Yup.

I'm sorry to post a 2 star review for Complete plumbing  but for us consumers, it is not fair and it's ridiculous how a same services can cost more than double.. Not acceptable and Not happening to my fellow Yelpers.

Please make sure you compare and shop around  via Yelp messages with the owners. Keep those messages as proof of record and do not delete them until it's fully paid just in case.

I have found another reliable company that charges $120 for same services.. I will using them going forward and I hope that everyone is aware now, how companies can decide to overcharge you without comparing what they are charging to customers with their rival companies... smh!

I sent an inquiry late Thursday night, and got a quick reply. He was at my house Friday night. He took the time to investigate, explain and correct the problem. In addition, he gave me steps on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. 2 other companies came by my house today and have very drastic reports suggestions without checking out my problem. Chris, his team, and his company are the best.

I HIGHLY recommend So-Cal 1. The main sewer line had separations. I did my due diligence and talked to several plumbers. Federico from So-Cal 1 was great. He was friendly and professional. He carefully explained everything and gave me a few options to repair it. He was on time for every appointment. We decided to repair the sewer line using a liner. Once completed, they spent the time to show me the liner with a camera. Everything looked great! If you need a plumber, I HIGHLY recommend them!

These boys get it done needed my toilet fixed asap and they came in 10 mins flat it was good, service was great, good response time, quick and easy fix, their value for the job and customers is astounding, and I recommend calling these guys when in need because I know I will.

I had to use this company in the past because of my insurance (i.e. the insurance has a contract with them).  I had such a bad experience, a terrible one indeed, with them, that I asked the insurance to NEVER send them again.   However, I had an emergency last week and because of situation I accepted them.  My experience with the company again confirmed by previous opinion (a very negative one).
I would avoid them at all cost.

Great and prompt service. Juan came out, quickly identified my problem, and got the job done. He went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me the solution to another issue I was having. Very professional, excellent customer service.

George is absolutely the best .. workmanship, quality and price! He installed our alkaline water f and we couldn't be any happier. The job was done flawless from point A-Z.

I'm sad we had a poor experience a few times. Once we had an urgent problem with worry about gas problem amongst other things. Todd wanted to charge extra for weekend help (I think real reason being because he heard my desperation and urgency...he had few weeks prior sent someone over on a weekend, for casual help, with no price increase).
He ultimately sent a helper for the weekend, who was more than 2hours late. We were going nuts as we had scheduled tightly around this handyman help (as it was urgent need because of the gas. but weekend times are so critically in demand with kid events!).
Todd's handyman (Jeremey) arrived late and didn't know how to do any of the items on our task list (which I had told Todd). Didn't apologize for being extremely late, and Todd didn't make up for sending someone who came super late, didn't know anything off our list, wasting key weekend time.
We also found out that if you call gas company, they send someone free, very quickly. Which I'm sure Todd new, having been in the business. I was very disappointed he wouldn't share this when I called him worried about gas problem and requesting urgent help, but rather he wanted to suddenly increase price on us.
Because it felt like taking advantage of us, and not being helpful, we haven't called back for our other needs. We have reached out to other handymen.

Pluses are that Todd was polite. And responds quickly to texts.
(But that's not that helpful when he's sending a third party over, whose whereabouts he knows nothing about :-/)

Rick did an excellent job!  After describing my situation with my air conditioner, he quickly figured that I had a burned out capacitor.  He had one available in his truck and replaced it.  Problem fixed.  Rick was very professional.  

Scheduling was easy.  I had to switch the time of my appoinment, and Valerie was very helpful too.

Excellent customer service. Tim came out to answer my questions and check out the plumbing configurations for install of a New WaterSoftener to replace my 20-year-old unit that had quit working. Within a week I had my new softener up and running and what a dramatic difference in the water quality!  Tim is very kind and genuinely cares about his customers needs.  No hard sales pitch or pressure. Excellent communication and very responsive.  I was able to get a great water softener within my budget.   Tim is also very neat and left the area very clean with everything neatly in place.

We saw this business through yelp. Quick service. Quick on availability. They installed a faucet that was leaking in my bathroom. I had a small issue on my other faucet as well and I thought I needed work. Turned out a small piece was missing on my faucet sink stopper. He installed a small part and didn't charge me for it. Great work . I would definitely use his business again.

I own a property management company and manage over 800 properties and the vendor we rely on most is our plumber...we have been with Mitch Clemmons (then) and Trusty Plumbers (now) for over 8 years and since 70% of our property calls are about plumbing, I would not be able to grow my business and make owners and tenants happy without Mitch.  In life, you need a good attorney, cpa and plumber..and I have all 3.  If you are looking for a company where the owner cares about the service his company provides....look no further than Trusty Plumbers...it's right there in the name..there aren't the Untrusty Plumbers.

Our bathroom sink got back from what went down the drain and they had Jerry at my home within 30 minutes of me calling and He fixed it so fast and was super nice.  I've had many plumbers come by recently for other projects but Jerry was the only one who had shoe covers with him and ready to use.  That's huge for me since we have little ones.  Since we needed some other work done we asked for a quote on that stuff as well and it was emailed to us not long after he left.  Looking forward to using them/Jerry for the rest of our plumbing projects/emergencies.
