Best Water Heater Repair in Anaheim CA

My tankless water heater failed heading into the weekend before Christmas.  On Friday, I put out a few quote requests on Yelp. Daniel from Golden Rooter and Plumbing was the only one who replied with a suggestion for how I might fix the problem myself - an unexpectedly kind deed.  Unfortunately, the reset procedure didn't work, but Daniel was out at the house to assess the issue the next day and had the entire issue resolved by Tuesday.  I've only owned the house for c. two years and it turns out the tankless water heater was probably 15 years old and had never been maintained.

I'm really pleased with my experience with Golden Rooter and Plumbing.   Daniel was punctual and professional and did a great job.  He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working as expected.

We had a stopped up kitchen sink that we could NOT fix for the life of us with a snake. They came out and put a camera down our drain and found out the problem. Joseph explained everything in detail to us through the whole process which is a huge plus to us. Everything is running good and honestly we were very surprised at the reasonable price compared to the good quality of work. Definitely recommend

Very disappointed in this business, I have used them several times over the years and they seemed to have gotten very greedy. I called them out for a quote and was charged almost $300 for just the time it took to quote me. (about 30 minutes)
I ended up having to go through insurance and had to use a restoration company.
I was quoted $1675 from B&B and they were going to let me use $200 of the $300 I paid to credit towards it, then I also got a quote through the plumber that the restoration company recommended and was quoted $750 for the repair. I was honestly shocked and now I feel stupid. Will not be calling B&B again.

Wow! These guys are great. I called them with a plumbing emergency and they were at my house in less than an hour. Price was more than reasonable for the situation at hand. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about All Service Plumbing. I had a major main sewer line issue and my whole house backed up. It was a complete mess. I called ASP and they came out within an hour!  Dan was our tech and he explained everything he was going to do so that we understood the whole process. They put a clean out trap in the front yard and had the problem taken care of in two days. They also hydro jetted like 10 feet of old roots out of the pipes under the driveway. Dan and his team were super friendly, trustworthy and totally understanding to how dire our situation was. I highly recommend them and they will be the first company we call if we have any other issues. They do free estimates too! A+++

Team Rooter responded code 3 to my water heater 911! Two technicians were at my house in 2 hours.   Jacob and Ricardo were friendly and skilled.  I was back on track in only a few hours.  I highly recommend this company.

Very happy to have found this company. We were given a time to expect Mike with a call before, and he was true to his word in showing up right on time. He pinpointed our problem (with a gas fireplace), repaired it right then, took time to give me advice about another problem we had, and generally left me satisfied and convinced that we had found someone we could trust. I requested a quote for to replace my pipes and bot o ly did he and his team come through, they did a great job. My house is on the older side so the team went in for 3 day the first time replaced galvanized pipesas well as installing a tankless water heater and the main pipe that connects to the city. In order to assure my house would be fine they came back to replace out going pipe. They did a great job in removing, hauling and replacing all pipes. I'm a highly satisfied customer who would recommend SO-CAL 1 PLUMBING to any one who wants a job done well and effiecient.

Our shower in the master bathroom flooded in the middle of the night.  Called quite a few places, most were answered by their dispatchers, but Diego answered for Overtime and came within 20 minutes.  The two men were very respectful, professional and explained things clearly.  Hopefully I won't have to call them at 4 AM again but would recommend their outstanding service to other people.

Was referred to this Company through an insurance program I had with the Gas Company. My gas line which leads into my house had rotted, which meant a total extensive repair. Tech's Erik and Octavio did a fantastic repair. The job took almost all day and a lot of physical manual labor. They took care in preserving the lawn they had to remove, and totally cleaned up the area before they lift. This is a very professional firm and I totally recommend them.

I had a second experience with HomeX Plumbing & Rooter today.  We were having trouble with one of our toilets and gave them a call.  Juan arrived on time, took a look at the toilet and gave me a couple of options.  He answered several questions that I had and told me that he was going to go back to his truck to writeup an estimate so that I could speak to my wife about the options.  

When he came back, he brought an auger to see if he could fix the problem (one of the options that we discussed) and said that he would try using his auger free of charge.  If it didn't, I would know that the toilet would have to be removed or replaced.  

I'm extremely impressed with this company.  I was quoted $89-99 from other companies to come out and auger the toilet and Juan did it for free!  I will definitely continue to recommend and use this company in the future.

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

Great job on patching and texturing several holes. Marco was polite and efficient. His schedule set him back quite a bit. 1-3 became 4:45-7. Overall, good experience. He came with a truck that had all the equipment he needed. I would use ASAP again.

I found Western Heating and Air on Yelp and asked them to come and look at a newly installed unit that didn't seem to be running correctly.  They came the same day and diagnosed what was wrong.  They came back within 5 days and completed what we needed done timely, cleanly professionally.  I would highly recommend Rick and his team.

All I have to say is Tim is awesome!  His prices are reasonable, he is very knowledgeable, and work quality is top notch.  My reverse osmosis water system was acting up and Tim was able to solve the problem as well as change all filters in less than an hour.  Wow!  A few other places didn't call me back, or wanted $150 just to come out and look at the system.  He quoted me over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days.  In addition, he checked out our water softening system to make sure it was functioning properly.  You can't beat the customer service!  Call him...you won't be sorry!

Rick was awesome!! Can't recommend enough. Absolutely fair prices and great customer service. He came same day and replaced my water heater. Even took care of replacing valves and fixing floorboards that sta. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into emergency call territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and my husband called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!
