He unclogged the sewer and provided suggestions. No upselling or anything. Reliable plumbing service that I will definitely use it from now on.

He response fast  and make things work prompt and smoothly as possible. He truly is a professional. Even in Corona's 99 degrees weather, he always wears a shirts; not like a simple t-shirts. That tells he stands for manner of professionalism. More importantly, he got the skill. He took about 30~40mins to replace my garbage disposal flawlessly. I liked how skillful he was! so I decided to fix my main water pipe that was leaking on our front yard. Next day, he came back and fixed up my water pipe nicely! I really like how he works. Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Main drain line stoppage, ASP came out to service and repaired major leaks in kitchen lines and main drain line that connects to city line. Very professional and would recommend to all my friends and family. Truly a company that you can TRUST.

Mike came out next day to install a water pressure regulator & ball valve shut off as our pressure was reading 100+ psi causing a serious leak (they fixed that leak a week ago). Excellent customer service, reliable knowledge at an affordable rate! Highly recommend.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, our water heater broke after 16 years.  We called our regular plumber but no return call so I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace our water heater.   I sent emails to the plumbers and we decided to call Mike J (the owner) from Complete Plumbing, he came the day we called, and gave us an estimate, we decided to go with him.  That was the best decision we made.  They came the following day and replaced the water heater within two hours.   I was so impressed when I came home and it was already replaced. If you need an honest plumber I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Santiago arrived on time and diagnosed our plumbing problem immediately.
He took extra special care to be very careful moving the big ole rooter unit in and out of our home, leaving no scratches or marks on the carpet or flooring.

He unclogged the sewer line, got rid of the crud and reset the toilet with a brand new seal in less than forty-five minutes, then went to the kitchen sink and had the old corroded faucet/sprayer unit out and replaced in less than thirty minutes.

Best part of all, he had a great attitude and no plumber crack approach.
Instead he worked like a skilled tradesman, which is a great plus as I hate dealing with the Larry the Cable Guy types.

He had all the parts he needed, solved problems instead of complaining about them and he was pleasant to be around.

If you're looking for an honest opinion on your plumbing issue, I suggest that you call these guys.  Plumbing is something that you don't necessarily think about until it happens to you, and having these guys as a reference, even for a small question is a good idea.  Highly recommend.

I'm not one to post reviews....but in this case I felt it was necessary.... we recently purchased a new home and we went through all of the typical protocols of the home inspection... the home was a flip ...which aesthetically the seller did a good job ...  so while in the midst of the home inspection the home inspection team/contractor stated that the house was in over all good conditions ... the air conditioning and furnace units are new the plumbing (copper and abs) was in great shape... so we asked the team to run their plumbing camera  , but they stated that their camera was not working... so as two soon to be owner's (my wife and myself) asked the team what they thought of the existing plumbing... they said that everything is brand new and looks to have been properly installed you shouldn't have any problems... with my wife being a nurse and myself an electrical worker for a local utility company... were both extremely busy  !!! They mentioned that they can have the camera repaired later that  week , but for my wife and myself to get time off throughout the day during the week is almost impossible...so needless to say we took the home inspectors word ... fast forward... we bought the house and on our 2nd day there ... one of the toilets backed up into the bathtub and of course this happened at night ... I had to work the next day but wife had the next day off .... she called our realtor and he said sorry it's your house now ... our home Insurance was still in the process of transferring from our old home to our new home , so in essence we didn't have home Insurance until the Insurance company recieved payment from escrow... we were in limbo.... so someone recommended a plumbing company which I will not mention their name... they came out and temporarily remedied the problem by hydro-jetting the clogged plumbing line.. they started by quoting us $900 to hydro-jet and dropped there price to $450  and yes we paid !!! They said that we need to trench to expose the corroded iron city coupler ... they offered to do it ... they also said you can have anyone do it ...its mainly digging to expose the corroded pipe.. they made it seem like they were not too interested in performing the work ... there assessment of the work that needed to be done was extremely vague with only solution... fast forward 3 more days.. now our downstairs bedroom had water coming in through the walls  !!! Turned out that the other bathrooms abs waste plumbing was never properly installed by the previous owner!!! And all of the waste waste/dirty water was accumulating under the restroom and finally soaked through the downstairs bedroom walls (3 walls) completely ruining the walls and new wood flooring and furniture !!!!  we asked our family and friends about which plumbing company to call... one of my friends recommended Prodigy so we got in contact with one of there plumbers.... he came over and he asked what the problems and issues were... and of course he was wearing all of his covid-19 ppe ... with covers over his boots  ... he preceded to inspect our homes plumbing issues.... upon completion he  gave us multiple solutions  ..
He even commented about how the previous plumbing company tried to seriously over charge us to hydro-jet ... he provided 4 solutions , all emailed with pictures to explain what he was making reference too ... so now that were somewhat settled and our home Insurance is squared away... I'm able to provide my new Insurance company with critical information about our existing plumbing issues which hopefully they will cover. .. the plumber's name is Luis .... he was ten times more professional and was able to diagnose the the plumbing issues and offer amazing resolutions... the mode of communication was impressive  !!! He wasn't overbearing like most contractors trying to push a sale  .... he was genuinely concerned with our frustrations and the lack of confidence that we had with the prior plumbing company's assessment... I want to say Luis did a fantastic job and give credit where credit is due  !!!! If you're looking for an experienced plumber/company with a no nonsense and professional approach please give Luis and prodigy a chance  ......
