We reached out to him on Monday night around 9:00pm and he responded about 5 minutes later even though he was technically off the clock.  We made an appointment and he was here on time and took care of our issue. Super friendly guy and so easy to work with. Don't hesitate to reach out to him. Very good prices and does excellent work!  I am going to recommend him to everyone I know. Can't say enough about him.  It's always hard to find someone you can trust when dealing with plumbing issues and I am so glad we found him.  Gives me peace of mind knowing next time we have an issue we know who to call right away!  Thanks again Daniel!

Joseph seems like a nice guy, and he took his time looking through our house (we were planning a whole-house repipe). When he left, we gave him a soda and thought he'd get back in touch with an estimate.

Instead, a week or two later, I hear back from another company that he asked to call us (I didn't know that Joseph was planning to do this or that he couldn't do the repipe himself...he never told me). I spoke with the guy Joseph referred and he said he would call back to schedule a time to come and take a look at our house (he never did).

I ended up finding a reputable repipe company that ended up doing a good job on our place. Joseph's probably good at what he does. Communication could have been better, though.

Quickly responded to emails and offered a fair and competitive price. Alaina in the office was great to work with.

I am very pleased with All Service Plumbing. I called late Friday afternoon and they said they could come over in a couple of hours. They sent an email and text to confirm the appointment. Oscar arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He gave me two options for the fix and didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive solution. They snaked the line and cleared the blockage. The only problem was that a part broke and they didn't have a replacement part, so they put plumbers putty to stop the ensuing leak. Otherwise Oscar would've gotten 5 stars.

Just had John come over our house to fix loud noise coming out of our plumbing and he pointed right away the issue with the water pressure regulator! That just shows how expert he is. He understood our financial challenges and gave us a really good discount! Job was excellent and neatly done! Will be glad to have him again! Highly recommended!!!

Team Rooter sent out the most wonderful team of drain technicians headed up by Lex, an extremely polite and communicative man. We had horribly clogged drains on our pool deck, and after a few days of intense work, scoping, hydrojetting, and replacement of pipes, we have great new drains! The team was very nice and very professional, cleaning their work area and even drainage out in the street gutter! We are extremely pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My call to So-Cal 1 Plumbing was because my water heater needed to be replaced. The technician who came to service my issue was very knowledgeable and was able to give us options in pricing. My husband chose this thankless water heater, and I have to admit the outcome turned out very nice. It's more appealing than a traditional one. The job was done in a timely manner and with no mess.

Diego is the most friendly and reliable plumber! He came over to us within an hour and helped us unclog our main drain in an instant. He really knows what he's doing and I would definitely recommend him.

Joseph's response sounds like the job was done as agreed and a hefty amount was refunded and everyone is happy now. I will correct the fact without exaggeration.

I have confirmed with my tenant that the job was not pre-quoted. The plumber called somewhere after the job and said $555, my tenant was shocked then the guy said it's expensive because it was on a weekend and offered $20 discount. There was NO PRE-QUOTE.
After a call with Joseph, he listened and offered $50 refund. It's free money so why not? But that still doesn't justify $485 rate.

Now I did my google research and think the acceptable fee would be $250 and perhaps $50-75 extra for weekend = $300 ~ $325 total.

I do appreciate Joseph's gesture to refund 10% but his response on satisfaction isn't just correct.

This is a follow-up on my previous review.  The owner of the business reached out to me and we exchanged some very pleasant conversation. He was interested in what I had said; now the point was I did not need the work that I originally thought was  needed.  However, I did have a minor job that was taken care of  by one of his employees (Andrew) a very pleasant young man  who did the job very efficiently. My wife and I were  very satisfied with the work and I would consider using HomeX again if needed.

George is absolutely the best .. workmanship, quality and price! He installed our alkaline water f and we couldn't be any happier. The job was done flawless from point A-Z.

I've been meaning to write this review for months, as my experience with ASAP Services occurred back in February/March of 2019!

I manage several properties in the Newport Beach/Laguna Beach areas. It was Valentine's Day when I received a frantic call from one of clients saying that  it was literally raining water inside her house! For those of you who live in the area, you will remember that we had record breaking rain and wind storms during that time.

Upon arriving at the property, I saw we had a major interior water damage issue. Large sections of water sodden drywall both upstairs and down needed to be removed ASAP to allow the area to begin drying out to prevent mold.

My existing contacts for drywall repair were already swamped, so I was left to find someone I didnt know and hadn't worked with previously. This made me quite nervous - working with an unknown.  After doing an extensive search on Yelp, I contacted Todd with an urgent request for HELP!

Todd answered his phone (huge) and sent a team the very next day and stayed on what turned out to be a very big job -  until it was DONE! This is huge! Why? I've worked with a TON of businesses/ contractors in this area over the last 12 years and can tell you that there are a lot of flaky people with flaky work ethics - ex: showing up one day and skipping 2, not answering calls, leaving messes behind, poor quality, etc..

I mainly worked with Todd and Marco on this project and can say with 100% confidence that you can be rest assured that they will take care of YOU and your project with top notch professionalism and skill. My client was extremely pleased with the outcome, as she has curved walls which can be tricky to patch!

My A/C wasn't working, I called another A/C company and they tried to tell me I needed a new unit and it was gonna cost me $$$$$ Rick came out and it was a quick fix. Saved tons of $$$ and will be a customer for life.

Tim was great! He set an appointment for Tim to come take a look at what was wrong with our older water softener (which many other technicians wouldn't even bother coming to look at). We appreciated that he took the time to come look at our water softener system, assess our needs and provide pricing for repair or a new system, based on the route we wanted to take. He was very communicative -  even called to let us know he was running a little late and if that was ok. He really took his time going around our home to see where the system was funneling and where the issue was, and proving suggestions in such a caring fashion rather than just saying here's a quote for a new system, yours is old like all the other technicians we reached out to did. We'll definitely be using him again in the future!

Rick is awesome. I have used several other plumbers in the past, but never felt the need to ever give them more business. Rick is now my plumber. He was clean, knowledgeable, and finished the job in great time.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any job.

Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into emergency call territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and my husband called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!

Cory (might be Kory?) was awesome with our backed up toilet! He was at our house in 20 minutes  he also took care of my mom's leaking kitchen faucet, he installed 3 different faucets in the whole house and a grab bar. He was so nice & helpful!
