Joseph installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced 3 shut off valves in my parents' home in Newport Beach for an excellent price. He was very professional and polite. The only minor problem was that he stated that he was Covid unvaccinated but tested negative earlier in the week.  Because my parents are elderly, they took precautions, but they would have felt more secure if he was vaccinated.

Joe came by to what was believed to be just a leak in the garbage disposal. Turned out to be a crack in the housing and had to be replaced. The work was done quickly and Joe was nothing but a professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and all around great guy. I will keep using B and B for any plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Our shower was backed up and Mike came with in an hour of calling and fixed it very fast and cleaned up after himself.

Very grateful for Fed!  My Mom's house had an issue with water not draining properly.  Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away.  He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones.

There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through.  He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area.  Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well.

Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue!  Fed was honest, reliable, and friendly.  Would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a 2-page list with all the 'miscellaneous' work we needed done, ordered by priority.  The most time-sensitive and worsening problem was 4 small areas in our kitchen linoleum where several spots had the seams separating and buckling up.  Other handymen we called said they didn't think it could be fixed.  ASAP services had great reviews, and Todd seemed willing to try, so we set up an appointment for a week later.

When Todd and Marco arrived, Todd not only DID fix our linoleum (even going to Home Depot to buy colored sealer so the glued seam would make those separated floor areas like new), but he and Marco also started fixing many of the other tasks on our list (painting bathroom door and touch-up painting baseboards, fixing kitchen faucet, installing a valance, and removing old corrugated plastic from our patio cover).   We loved checking our list off one-by-one!  We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and their pleasant attitudes made them a pleasure to work with.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our family has been using Trusty Plumbers for quite some time. The company did an amazing job re-piping our home after a fire. Mitch, the owner, had wonderful advice on what to do, and we couldn't be happier. Recently we had a need and they were quick to dispatch technicians to our home. Glen and Kasey did a wonderful job. Even took some time to check around the home and make sure our faucets and everything were ok. Can't say enough about the owners. All service representatives were professional and thorough. They explained what was causing the problem, provided pictures, and detailed estimates. They responded quickly to our calls and text messages. We will be working with them soon to update our plumbing and sewer connections.

I had a tankless water heater go out.  Ugg. So no hot water for a family of 6.  B&C was out there in one working day.  They assessed the issue.  They helped me negotiate a great deal with the supplier, picked it up and had it installed the next day and voila no more stinky family.  Also the workmanship and communication by Brandon who installed it was superb.  There were no surprises and removing/installing a tankless is no easy task.  Also want to mention that Greg the manager at B&C was extremely helpful when it came to working with the tankless manufacturer/distributor.  I don't believe the deal would have been as favorable had B&C not put their name behind it.   I have been going to B&C  for almost 40 years since my father first introduced me to them.  There is no other company I would trust to work on my properties!

They did show up on time.  
Be aware that they are trying to sell hydrojetting.  Called them to snake the sewer line from a cleanout for $55 - $99, and wondered why the good price.  They sent down a camera first.  Said there were breaks in the pipes and tree roots all throughout, which I suspected because of snaking done in prior years.  Said snaking could further damage pipes and they recommended hydrojetting which was a few hundred dollars.  Sounds like a bait and switch tactic to me.  They even wanted to charge me for the scoping I never asked for!

Excellent customer service, i messaged them thru yelp, and within 10 mins they replied saying that they offer free estimate. They were able to send someone name is Phillip the same day, gave me a quote, explained what they need to do and showed me what the problem is. He even called some company that they worked with to check about mold issues.The next day Phillip came back to fix the broken pipe. Very professional, and i would use them in the future.

We worked with Ted and Bros Plumbing to install gas piping to our new custom backyard fire pit. Ted was extremely polite and knowledgable and even came out a few different times to redo the piping to get it just right for our large fire pit size. We are EXTREMELY happy with the result and would recommend their services and definitely use them again in the future.
