We contacted Daniel at the recommendation of many people in the neighborhood.

He came out to replace our toilet.

(The toilet has a double flapper and 2 previous plumbers, plus a supply company, had never seen that before.
There was a clog in the actual toilet that they could not get through as well (which was why it wasn't flushing) and everything together could be costly... probably most cost effective to just replace the toilet.)

First off, he was very available to communicate with while we were choosing the new toilet.

When he came to do the work, he first took time to inspect our current toilet.
He asked questions and tinkered with it.

Wrapping up the story, he adjusted a few things in the tank, and turns out, we didn't need a new toilet.

That was already great news, as I didn't want to contribute to the landfill, but he also offered to take the toilet to Home Depot and meet us there so it could be returned!
So kind.
And then, he didn't even charge us!!!
He said he didn't really do anything.

Kind, kind human and really good at his job as well.

Tuesday 3/22/22 I left home around 8:30 AM and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Came home around 4PM and the water meter vault was flooded as well as part of the parkway. Well shoot.

Years ago I had been a plumber for a while and knew how to diagnose the problem, Turned off the ball valve at the house and looked at the meter and the flow indicator was spinning, indicating a leak between the meter and house.

Through Yelp, I contacted several plumbers and ended up obtaining 4 quotes Wednesday and Thursday, one of which was for Trench Plumbing.

The instant I met Joseph C. and started talking to him, I was very impressed. This is a driven young man with an excellent understanding of  work ethic and customer service in an old school kind of way.   He is polite, affable, neat and clean.

Comparing  the quotes, I chose Joseph, Trench Plumbing . His quote was significantly lower than the other 3 (though the next highest was only $150 above his) and $1500 less than the highest bid. He started the work Friday morning around 11 (he had 2 jobs scheduled before me) and before sundown my water was back on.

Now to the most impressive part, the quality of his work. This was a replacement, not a repair, so there was plenty of shovel work. When the digging was done I was dumbfounded. Joseph did not dig a ditch, he sculpted a trench. Sculpted. Never in my life have I seen shovel work like it. The depth was perfectly consistent. The bottom was flat, the walls were vertical, and watching him, there was no wasted movement. Every move counted. He takes a pride in his work that is rarely seen today anywhere. Anywhere.

Joseph is a rare kind of craftsman, and 'craftsman' is a strange word to attach to someone who most would call a 'ditchdigger'. He is SO much more than that.

I love B & B Plumbing! The plumber showed up on time and was neat and clean and polite! He put booties on over his shoes to come into my home.  He assessed the problem and gave me a few options.  I love that he recommended a few different ways to fix the  problem with my shower.  He did a great job and the price was so reasonable! The only problem was that he kept calling me ma'am! LOL! This is the third time I have used them for different things and I highly recommend them!

Five stars...definitely a 5. I have suffered from so many plumbers that treated me like I know absolutely nothing. That is what is so refreshing about All Service plumbing. From the moment Joey set foot in my door he treated me respectfully and listened to what I had to say. Joey was also very professional and aware that cost was an issue for me. I have 63 year old pipes that eventually go bad. Needless to say, I had to have a substantial amount of work. Joey even found the company to remove the sewage from under my house. Joey held my hand every step of the way and when I had my breakdown (momentary I promise) he and All Service Plumbing promised to worked with me. I saw all the pictures before after during and trust me I felt like they saved me a lot of money and they did a lot of work.  I highly recommend them. I have a bathtub slow drain problem and I believe that this should be common problem for most households. Mike uses the snake to remove mostly hair from the pipe. He wore cover on his shoes before he came to my house and have a disposable sheet for the area. I am very satisfied with the service.

Called early on a Saturday morning. Needed help locating a main sewer line as part of project, and determine where the cast iron tie in was to the clay pipe. Had done a lot of digging trying to find all the bends if you know what I mean.

Mike came out within the hour --- ran his camera, determined some lineal footage, and allowed us to quickly find the pipe we had been digging 6 hours to find.

Great customer service, urgency, knowledge, and engagement. Asked him about looking in another shower drain that is going to be removed as part of the construction. DISCLAIMER: Myself and another professional drain company was unable to clear it.  He cleared it in 3 minutes FREE of charge AND pointed out the size of the drain was undersized.

I'm not a journeyman when it comes to trade work,  but I'm not a novice either. What Mike represents at Complete Plumbing I can appreciate, and most importantly, respect.

What we thought was a issue with our washing machine turned out to be a larger plumbing problem than expected. Federico explained to us some of the work we had gotten done in 2017 when we paid to have the house repiped was not completed at all, done incorrectly, or haphazardly. Federico explaind all that needed to be fixed and educated us on what our options were and the best route to go.

As you know plumbing can be pricey and Federico provided us a fairly priced estimate with payment options. He was able to finish the remainder of the piping work, get us a new water heater, and a new garbage disposal. All was installed within half a day. They left our home just as they found it, removing all evidence that they had been there.

Couldn't be happier with our experience and would recommend his team to anyone looking for a small business to support that provides stellar service.

Diego is the most friendly and reliable plumber! He came over to us within an hour and helped us unclog our main drain in an instant. He really knows what he's doing and I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted HomeX to help clear 2 drains I was having trouble with.   Shane and Max showed up on time and were VERY professional,  wore appropriate PPE, and were mindful of the home by wearing protective booties.  They cleared both drains and gave me some useful tips for the future.  I would recommend HomeX Plumbing and I would definitely request Shane and Max again.  Very positive experience.   Thank you!!

George is absolutely the best .. workmanship, quality and price! He installed our alkaline water f and we couldn't be any happier. The job was done flawless from point A-Z.

Anytime we have plumbing or A/C & Heater issues, we call these guys. 

   We weren't having any issues this time around, just some regular maintenance on our A/C unit.  Tyler was beyond helpful, explained everything to me, made some observations about the unit, made a suggestion that I went with, and it probably saved me $ down the road.

   We've depended on them for years and have never had any issues with them. All the guys that have come over are courteous and professional. They give a decent window, usually 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to show. We've even had guys call to say that they were running late or on their way. 

   When working, they are always eager to show me what they are doing, why, and how often it should be done. All the guys usually don't mind answering questions about what they are doing. 

   Prices are competitive, but I've learned when it comes this type of work, you get what you pay for. And these guys know their stuff, so I don't mind paying. (They usually send coupons in the mail.)

   Next week they'll be here to descale our tankless water heater. I almost look forward to them coming out again. LOL.

Great experience! I needed my bathroom remodeled and Todd was able to sketch out my dream bathroom within a day.  It took about 2 weeks total to finish the job.  I was quoted by three other contractors and ASAP gave me a better price and finished the job faster than any other contractor anticipated.  The work was clean and beautifull (great attention to detail) they were friendly and very professional. I have found my go to plumber now... I just wished I had found him sooner. Rick is what everyone have said he is on Yelp. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and cleans up after the job.

Not knowing too much on water softener systems, and not having a trusted plumber to start with... I went with purchasing one online. I had Rick installed my water softener and I am having him come back to install my kitchen sink and reverse osmosis system.

AMAZING plumbing company! We'll never use another plumber again. We recently moved into our new home and needed several faucets replaced, shower head updated, waterline installed, and a pedestal sink installed. Mitch and his great team came to the rescue! We've met three of their technicians and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Charlene is also amazing and scheduled all appointments quickly and worked with our schedule. They also text appointment reminders and even send a little blurb about which technician you can expect to show up. We couldn't have found a better plumbing company to trust our home with. We had a clogged tub and I called prodigy and they came out the next day. Great customer service and reasonable pricing!! Will be using them in the future for any other problems!

Our a/c was not functioning properly so they scheduled Tom Y to come, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything and found the best repair options, and resolved the issues. He also is very Courteous and helpful.

Alan did a great job at my house. Great service. Will definitely use again. I ended up doing the hydrogjet service and my water flushes super well now.

I had a clogged kitchen sink & they came out the next day, on time, & fixed us up quickly. I asked them if they could look at the slow draining bath tub while they were here & they were able to snake that out as well. They were quick, clean, efficient & nice. Wore their PPE inside the house & I would call them again for any future troubles.

Ted & Bros Plumbing sent Rachel to come out on short notice to do a job that I needed doing. Rachel charged a very fair price, did a wonderful job, was very sanitary, and did as well as could be expected with all the PPE.  I would absolutely call Ted & Bros Plumbing again.

Great price for my laundry drain cleanout.  Saved me a lot of money off what I used to pay. He even added a helpful part on the hose for free!
