Our main sewage line was backed up and my wife had Roto-rooter come out and fix the issue.  Upon further inspection, they advised us to repair a portion of the sewage line citing root damage and gave us an estimate of $1500.

I decided to get a 2nd opinion since $1500 is no drop in the bucket.  I called John on a Friday afternoon and setup the appt the next day on Sat.  John and Mike came right on time and inspected our lines.  John had us watching the monitor with him while Mike dropped in the camera down our line.  

He said there was absolutely nothing that needed repairing and explained to us certain situations that the line might get backed up.  He gave us some great tips to avoiding any future issues.  My wife an I were very relieved to say the least.  

I asked him how much we owed for the services and he said there was no charge!  These guys are truly professionals and will be our go-to plumbers in the future.

We needed a new water heater and some ground pipes replaced. Also, we wanted a water conditioner for the whole house. These guys are amazing. We had a back up on the mainline Saturday night at 8pm. I called a few of the usual guys and got no answer. Not here. Picked up right away and was here in less than an hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made quick work of the issue. We live in an older house and they took their time to really make sure the clog was clear. Our company (M.H. Powell & Co., Inc.) has been going to Downey Plumbing for years for our A/C needs. Just recently-this Summer, our furnace, and central A/C unit broke in the middle of the heatwave. I have had this guy work on a few plumbing projects at my home in the last 12 months. The guy does a great job, but unfortunately he is FULL OF HIMSELF. DOWN RIGHT RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, INSULTING and PATRONISING. He has ZERO people skills or any customer service accumen.  If you are thick skinned enough to accept and tolerate that and are not offended by his MISOGONISTIC behavior then go ahead hire him.

Our toilet wasn't Flushing so I called on Trusty Plumbers. Daniel was scheduled to come out on Friday morning between 8 and 9 a.m. and he arrived about 8:20 a.m. and provided us with very prompt & efficient service with a smile. Our toilet was back in good working order in just a flash! Matthew came to check out the draining issues on our main pipes. He was quick, efficient, and one of the most knowledgeable plumbers we've met. He was able to clear the clog and explain how we could improve our situation in the future. Having little to no knowledge in regards to plumbing, we had many questions. Matthew answered them all without hesitation. We would definitely do business with them in the future!

We had a major drain issue in the house. Two other 5 star review plumbing companies came. One did hydro jetting but couldn't fix it, yet charged me $750 for the work. The 2nd company came. The plumber said I needed hydrojetting for $1000 based on what I told him, without even use camera or any tools to check out the line.

Then here comes Louis Avina from clean out king. He didn't rush to draw any conclusion of what happened. Instead, he took his time (a few hours) to trace the issue using various tools. He was able to trace how the two house drain lines met together and where the broken pipe could be. Then we scheduled tomorrow to dig the ground to check out the broken pipe.

If you look for a god plumber who is serious in doing the job right, Louis is the person I recommend.

In terms of the company, I can't say their price is the best as I don't have enough samples to compare. But they do have a clean print out price list that I can see. The transparency of pricing is something unique.

Our AC needed  to be service.  Once the technician Martin arrived, we learned, and he showed us how dirty the unit was .  He took his time and did an acid wash on the unit, washed and cleaned the blower, which had not been cleaned since the unit had been installed.  Martin was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Andrew did an excellent job clearing a drain for a tenant. He showed up on time, did what he said, and charged what he quoted. I am very pleased with his work, his service and his professional demeanor. I will use Andrew again and highly recommend him.

I found them on Yelp. They came to fix a clogged pipe in our bathtub. A couple of other plumbers tried and said it was impossible and that all of the pipes would need to be replaced. HR Plumbing was able to unclog the pipe and with a really reasonable price. We will definitely call them in the future. Thank you!

A pipe that feeds my patio spigot sheered inside the wall of my condo late in the day on a Sunday (sending water spewing out of the wall). Adrien was on site within 90-minutes (bailed on the gym), cut into the wall, replaced damaged pipe, and installed a new spigot for a very fair price. He was professional, efficient, and a genuinely good dude. I'd recommend his services highly and I'll use him again.
