Best Pipe Repair in Anaheim CA

I randomly saw The Golden Rooter truck today and Daniel came over this morning to help us out with a leak under our kitchen sink. He made time for us right away and was very friendly and easy to work with.  He even used the shoe covers that I love so much to protect the floors... we are a no shoes in the house family so I appreciate that! Daniel said the sink was just missing a washer and it was an easy fix... he did it free of charge because he doesn't believe in overcharging like some big companies tend to do. It was unexpected and very refreshing to work with someone who is such a straight shooter. Can't say enough good things about him. We will definitely call Daniel for any future problems!

Joseph seems like a nice guy, and he took his time looking through our house (we were planning a whole-house repipe). When he left, we gave him a soda and thought he'd get back in touch with an estimate.

Instead, a week or two later, I hear back from another company that he asked to call us (I didn't know that Joseph was planning to do this or that he couldn't do the repipe himself...he never told me). I spoke with the guy Joseph referred and he said he would call back to schedule a time to come and take a look at our house (he never did).

I ended up finding a reputable repipe company that ended up doing a good job on our place. Joseph's probably good at what he does. Communication could have been better, though.

This is the second time I've used B&B and both times they sent Mike, who is friendly, professional & efficient.  I have water pressure again, my drain is never slow and it's bone dry under the sink again.  Very reasonable rates.  
You will NOT be sorry if you give B&B a try.

I reached out to this company because I needed a pvc pipe caped and they never replied to my messages. They don't care about people that need help with small projects.

John and his crew were clean, honest, and reliable. My plumbing is old and in bad shape! I need to re-pipe everything but the main issue was my drainage. They replaced my drainage and added a clean out to the front yard, they also cleared out all the root back up that had accumulated.
All of their work was done in two days and it did not once disturb my everyday life. I went to work and showered like normal meanwhile, they did the work while I was gone.
The price was extremely reasonable I had got several quotes from bigger companies and they could not match his. I felt like I could trust him, and I felt more at ease using a small business :)
He even gave me a warranty,he  is going to refer me to someone for the re-pipe  and is going to come over to show me footage of underneath my house.

Great experience all around!  Very responsive from my first contact thru the end of the job, which required 3 visits. They showed up on time, called when they were en route (which I appreciate), and completed the job as promised. I would refer these folks to my family, friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Chris is great.  He is very quick at communicating, punctual to the appointment (he was 10 minutes early), courteous (he took off his shoes in our home without us asking him to; we are an Asian household), and honest.  Before our appointment, I sent him a couple of pictures of our leaky faucet and he confessed that he is not exactly sure what the issue was, and said he can't give me a quote if he doesn't know what to fix.  When he came, Chris quickly identified the issue with the faucet and it turned out that the part that needed adjustment was not pictured in the pictures I sent him earlier.  He even told me that he did not need payment because the fix was so quick (less than a minute).  I will for sure ask him for any fixes moving forward.

SoCal 1 Plumbing and Rooter came out same day and we're able to fix our drain pipe. Thanks again Jose and Federico. I'll definitely be recommending them my friends and family.

I had a plumber in mind to clear a drain problem, but was waiting for a reply. In the meantime, the next door neighbor had Overtime plumbing fix something for them. I asked Diego for his details just in case. Am I glad I did! I set an appointment with my plumber, but the night before the drain completely blocked. As it was after 5:00 PM, I couldn't get a hold of my plumber, so called Diego. He just got home, but came to me immediately to clear the drain. Unfortunately, the main drain was blocked by a large root. After explaining everything to me (including educating me on different types of piping and their histories) we decided that a full replacement was probably the wisest thing to do. He came out with his crew and dug a trench roughly 30 feet long and then replaced the Orangeburg pipe with PVC. They completed the job quickly and efficiently that day. Really professional, friendly and economical. I will be sure to use them again and highly recommend them. I will copy and paste this review as it is long on another review site as well.

They still managed to keep the water running for us as all the construction was going on. The team was so efficient and Mario was extremely knowledgeable on what we have to do. Rick is the best and most honest plumber I have ever dealt with.  I really can't recommend him enough. We were having some issues with a water softener that was installed about a year ago, and Rick very quickly figured out the problem and fixed the issue (a piston and seal malfunction).  One of Rick's greatest qualities is his no nonsense and straight shooter approach to his business, which I really appreciate.  He's a true professional and we will continue to work with Rick on future projects for our home and other properties.  Thank you Rick!

Our family has been using Trusty Plumbers for quite some time. The company did an amazing job re-piping our home after a fire. Mitch, the owner, had wonderful advice on what to do, and we couldn't be happier. Recently we had a need and they were quick to dispatch technicians to our home. Glen and Kasey did a wonderful job. Even took some time to check around the home and make sure our faucets and everything were ok. Can't say enough about the owners. No hot water yesterday. Called Prodigy and decided to replace our water heater at a price of $3,500.00 at their recommendation. Not cheap but after reading the glowing reviews here, we decided to trust them and proceed. We were told all was working and well. Two hours later, no hot water. We called the after hours line, and we got no response. We called the service again this morning, no response. We called the office and were told they'd come over within two hours. No one has arrived. We are beyond disappointed. Do not recommend.

Eddy was great!  Very professional and explained everything he was going to do to unblock my drain lines.  When a simple snake procedure didn't work, he thought it might be a stick baffle in the drain.  Sure enough, it was and he unclogged the drain line.  I had another plumber come a week earlier and he couldn't clear the drain line.  Thanks Eddy!
